What a great experience! I called from five states away looking for a particular outdoor fixture and Archie spent about 40 minutes on the phone helping me find the manufacturer and when it was found that this fixture was discontinued, he went out of his way to help me find other manufacturers and styles. This man loves light fixtures. knows the products and is great with people! Next time I need a fixture, Im calling him … from Virginia!

We went there to buy some lights for our kitchen. We called ahead and were told we could shop as long as we wore masks. Our salesperson was Alex, who was very helpful. He was patient and knew all the disinfecting protocols and had many suggestions on how to think about lighting.

Fantastic! This is the beauty of dealing with a local store. Fashion light Center is the best of the best. Ive been a customer for over 30 years. They are honest, reliable have wonderful products and a pleaseure to deal with. I just exchanged a fan, recently purchased, for a smaller model. They took it back and were so gracious, even though my electrician opened all the packages. Archie, the owner/manager is the best.

Lamps were backordered till 3/31/17 (for 6 weeks)...an additional 2 weeks later no update to status. Do not return emails. Do not answer live chat. In general, poor customer service. Lamps have been paid for.
