I had such a wonderful experience with the staff at this location! Woodie, in particular, was professional and communicated with me during my repair from start to finish, without issue or delay. The paperwork was fast, the car was repaired to its previous glory, like nothing had ever happened. I was certainly grateful for the transparency and quick-to-finish crew! If I ever experience issues with my vehicle in the future, I’d definitely come back! I definitely recommend!

I was involved in a hit and run collision, which is hard enough to deal with, but then stuck with a car that the police had lost the keys to! They did an excellent job at getting things going asap without the keys and then immediately getting things going once we located the keys. I was shocked at the short amount of time in the estimate, because I’ve been warned about shortages in parts and long wait times, however, not only was the repair time only a month, but they got the job done in 2 WEEKS! They kept me up to date with what was happening with my car every day and step of the way. I highly recommend them for their attentive and helpful service. God forbid I have another accident but if I do, I will definitely go back to them!

I brought my car here after damaging my front bumper on a light pole. They were friendly and very efficient with my repairs. They finished about 2 weeks ahead of schedule which saved me a chunk of money on my rental car. they work with enterprise so I was able to get all my needs met in one spot for both rental drop off and pick up.Woodie was awesome and communicated progress updates every few days. When I picked up my vehicle they explained all of the work they had completed and answered all of my questions. They even gave the interior of my car a courtesy cleaning. Was really happy with the service I received here, and would be happy to use them again in the future!!

I dropped off my Volkswagen after a small fender bender. They delivered on the services they promised. The mechanics communicated often and on-time. Couldnt recommend them enough.

If I had to describe the repair process I experienced with Caliber in one phrase it would be this: This is exactly the way it should be done, and everything I hoped for. This was my first time getting an auto body repair done, and I was more than impressed with the entire process. I was skeptical at first because I figured the dealership would be the best place for a repair, but opted to use an insurance approved vendor - and Caliber came recommended from a colleague at my office. I quickly realized that by choosing Caliber I had made the right choice. Woodie & team was able to get me scheduled almost immediately for an inspection and estimate. Woodie estimated that it could be a few weeks for parts to arrive and a spot to open up in the scheduling for me to come in. The entire time, I was kept up to date on vehicle status and when all was said and done, Woodie finished my truck 5 days ahead of schedule. Despite a large amount of damage repaired, the truck looked like new. My biggest concern by far was quality of repairs in terms of paint work, correct vehicle badging placement, and functionality of my door (where damage was caused). Woodie & the team did an outstanding job on the quality with each of these items. Taking my car to this body shop after the accident was truly the best experience ever! Ive been to many body shops in town and I loved everything with Caliber. They made it so simple and convenient to go through them. They allowed everything to go smoothly and they finished my car earlier than expected. The best part was their relationship with Enterprise car rental and my insurance company. I just dropped my car at Caliber and my rental was dropped at Caliber for me to drive away in. And when the car was done, I just had to drop the rental at Caliber and pick up my car and leave. I didnt have to get a ride to/from Enterprise to go through that whole process to get a rental. This was such a flawless experience. It couldnt get any more convenient and easy as this.

Absolutely THE BEST SERVICE Ive ever had! Got me in for an estimate on my damage same day, worked with my out of state insurance company, and finished all the work days ahead of schedule. Woodie, the technician, was quick to assess the damage, estimate the repair, and did a great job on the fix.If you’re new to the shop, it’s a bit confusing because it’s directly adjacent to the Kia Dealership on Arapahoe. You have to walk inside their garage to find the front desk.

Bottom line: My car looks great, take your car to a different Caliber Collision so you don’t have to deal with Woody.Worst customer service. Woody was very rude from the very beginning, even before dropping my car off. He had the worst attitude every time we spoke. Before dropping off my car I had an appointment, when I came in he told me with a bad attitude I didn’t have an appointment because my insurance didn’t approve it yet. I called my insurance and they said it has been approved. I called back and spoke to someone else (very nice man) and told me he sees my appointment, there was just some miscommunication with the name on the appointment and the name of the policy holder (I completely understand the confusion, that could’ve been misunderstanding on both parts). During the process Woody called me back saying there was a wait on the repair because the supplement had not been approved for six days. I had called my insurance and they said that it was approved the day before, which I know is true because I received a copy of the supplement repair. I had called Woody back to tell him that the insurance already approved it and they will send you another email in case you didn’t get it. With an attitude he told me that he didn’t receive anything. On November 18 they told me my car will be done in nine days, on November 19 they told me my car was done and I told him that I couldn’t pick up my car the same day (it was 4pm and I was at work so I couldn’t make it before they closed) and I will try my best to pick it up the next day (Friday) I had work and nothing arranged because I was expecting the car to be done next week. He told me I had to pick it up Friday because they’re closed Saturday and Sunday and “they aren’t storage”. After picking up my car Woody asks for us to leave a good review however I decided not to leave a review because I have nothing nice to say. I have now had my car back for two weeks and I had a missed call from Woody, I called him back and the first thing says is “I’m gonna need that $1000”. I’m confused because I had already paid my deductible when I picked up my car, he told me my insurance sent me a check for $1141 and he needs that because it shows that I cashed it out. When I had picked up my car he told me he would keep that check because he “didn’t want another check floating around”, he then starts to remember taking the check from me so he loses the attitude and said he will call me back. He definitely could’ve approached every situation in a different way. The last call I got from him he could’ve asked if I know what happened to the check, or if I did cash it out. And said the first thing he says to me is “I’m going to need that thousand dollars”.Definitely not how you should talk to your customers before OR after asking them to leave you a good review.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. The team there is awesome. I took my car in to get the driver side mirror replaced and Nick was able to work with me and finished in an hour. If you need work done on your car, I do suggest taking your car here.

Chad and his team did an OUTSTANDING job. Our car looks as good as the day we bought it. I’m so glad we chose Caliber Collision to restore our Ford Escape. After we had been rear-ended I worried about the safety of the car, even if we got repairs done. After getting the car restored to its former glory, I feel confident back out on the road.

We got an estimate last week. Took the vehicle in Tuesday. They promised it on Friday but it was done 2 days earlier! How many repair shops do you know that get it done BEFORE they promise it? New hood, new mirror and buffing, polishing and touch up. Woodie was very accommodating and professional. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I would give this collision shop 7 stars, honestly.My truck was broken into and the door and window were damaged.From the moment I entered the shop, the service manager Woodie, was very professional in every aspect. He explained the process from ordering parts to dealing with my insurance company (which they hadn’t dealt with Hartford Insurance in the past) and the timeline to expect for completion. I was told it would take 6-7 days to complete, however to my surprise they completed the work a few days early and he went the extra mile (which no one does anymore) and washed my entire truck and vacuumed it for me. This shop lost the keys to my car and did not tell me until 9 days later. I went in to drop off my only spare and was not treated with respect. The employees were short and not helpful. They are now telling me it will be at least a week until they can even look at my car. They refused to take responsibility. I love to work with Caliber Collision but I do not recommend this location. Very disappointed and will not be returning.Update: After speaking with the general manager, Nick Sattler, I have a lot more confidence and appreciation for this company. Nick was very generous, caring, and compassionate. He accepted the mistakes that were made on their end and have since been very thorough in communicating and assuring that the same mistakes arent made again. We are now able to move forward with a positive relationship. All employees have been very kind, understanding, and helpful since this had occurred.

I brought my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe into Caliber Collision at Greenwood Village. The front bumper cover had popped loose slightly on the right side. Woody promptly inspected the problem, advised me to buy a replacement mounting bracket from Hyundai, and said he would install it. I returned the next week with the part, and he got right on it, repairing the car while I waited. I was out the door in 15 minutes, and couldn’t be happier. Great people and very professional.

The first time I went to Caliber at the recommendation of a friend who had a great experience with her repairs, the person who gave me my estimate (7/2/20) was friendly and very helpful. After going thru my insurance & meeting with this new representative twice who was very rude and unprofessional on 8/17 I was told Caliber could not fix my car because I was paying for it myself. REAL REVIEW!!Do yourself a favor and disregard all of the older reviews that may be a turn off. I almost didnt go here due to previous reviews primarily tied to old management. The new manager Nick has this place running tight. I primarily worked with Woody who had my cars roof repainted and turned around in TWO AND A HALF DAYS which is incredibly quick for anything car related outside of your standard maintenance. The new paint and removed dent look like nothing was ever there. They even touched up a rock chip on the house. Greatly appreciate the honesty, service and quick turn around the Caliber Collision Arapahoe was able to offer. It was a bit pricey but Id rather have the job done right, well and quickly the first time.

In Jan my insurance company told me to go to Caliber Collision after I had a flying object crack my front bumper. What a fantastic team they have. Woodie who figured my claim and then Danny who walked me through the whole check in and check out process. Could not have been happier with their ability to schedule me in and get the work on time! This is when it gets even better...3 weeks later I got a lot of paint splattered on the new front bumper, hood, windshield etc...I was so dissappointed after having this great looking new paint and bumper. I took it back in to ask their advice on how to get it off and did they go above and beyond my expectations. Nick and Woodie got Eric (the paint expert) to take a look and he started taking it off with a special solvent and rag. he said I was in luck it was not road paint but more like a household paint that must have been leaking from somebodys truck. I asked if I could get some of the solvent to do it myself and he said Ill do it it will only take me a few minutes, he remembered painting the car a couple weeks earlier. He asked if he could take it in the shop and finish it there. Nick came back out and said he wants to do this right and buff it and wash it after he gets the paint off, it will take an hour or a little more without me even asking how much it would be, he said dont worry about it we will take care of it. I offered to pay and Woodie said its ok. Man, I could not be more pleased! Cant promise you that they will be able to take care of you like that but if this is how they approach business and do the right thing I could not imagine ever taking my body works needs anyplace else.Thank you Woodie, Danny, Nick and Eric!

Service was terrible as soon as i walked in . Not only did they have a terrible attitude but the earliest that they would be able to give me a simple estimate of a price of a hood and bumper cover would be 8 days ... which this can be done simply by looking up parts labor etc for my specific vehicle. The level of service at Caliber Collision on Arapahoe Road in Greenwood Village is excellent beyond belief!Over time I managed to ding both front corners of the car, so the bumper was loose and protruding beside both headlights. When one wheel well liner started rubbing loudly on the tire, it was time to do something about it. Caliber started to explain what they could do to make it just right again. But really all I wanted was for the car to be functional, never mind the appearance -- could they just sorta kludge it back together, maybe with a few holes drilled, glue, zip ties, or something like that? They first pointed out that they couldnt warranty such work; but, to their great credit, they took me seriously and started figuring out how to do!!What I Wanted!!, rather than what they normally do.The rest of the story is short: in half an hour they got the car looking (from the outside) and sounding like none of it had ever happened -- and because they couldnt warranty it, they wouldnt take a dime.Would I use them again? Is there a yessier word than YES?

Took the truck back to them 3 times to repair the same issue: front bumper alignments and color matching issues. Their typical answer when you point out the problem area was there is nothing we can do. Really?!!Brought the issue to their manager Michael Alexander and he promised to try to fix it. He tried twice and you can still tell from 30 yards away that the bumper alignments were off.Very disappointed with their quality of their work.Just be warned. Bring your car here at your own risk.

I am looking to give a company money to fix my car... the agent says he’ll have it to me yesterday, no email, no call, nothing... I call in and the gal tells me they will get back to me, still nothing! I’m not going to waste my time here and keep going but I thought I would at least comment. I took my car to Caliber after rear ending someone. I was paying out of pocket, and they worked with me to get the costs as low as possible. Both their estimator and technicians saw eye-to-eye with me on what I needed done, and how much I could spend on it, and I couldnt be happier with the results. The car looks great, and they were able to trim a bunch extra costs out.As some other reviewers have mentioned, there was a minor issue with a warranty claim, but after discussing it with them at length, they resolved the issue to my satisfaction.Id use them again in the future.

Worst experience ever, didnt even look under the vehicle, way over bid the damage. Tried to tell me my car was a total loss. Im disappointed in the way I was treated. Seems very unprofessional.

If I could give this place a no star I would !! They call demanding money under the table after the car has already been paid and released !!! Chad was so rude !!! This man calls my mother in law and wife asking for money even a week after the car been paid and released ! This place is terrible I’ve never been or experienced anything like this !

After reviewing what others have written, I am very disappointed the service we were provided was not even close to what other people experienced. We were dealing with the most unreliable historian I have yet to encounter in a business. We were repeatedly told they were working on submitting supplements to our insurance and after almost 6 weeks of the car in their lot, they still had not done the work to submit a supplement.The receptionist was pleasant to deal with and tried her best to mitigate our frustration.We finally had to get our insurance company to intervene and move the car so we can move toward reconciliation of either getting the car totaled or fixing it.The manager did call us back and did not offer an apology. Very disappointing to have your car inaccessible with false information being provided for weeks.
