I got an email quote from these guys and liked the price so I called them to schedule a time to replace my windshield. They told me they would be there between 10am-2pm so I scheduled the rest of my day around these times and made sure I was available during the window. I was told they would give me a call 30 minutes before they were coming to coordinate. 1:30pm rolls around and I had not heard from them so I called the main office and they gave me the cell phone number of the employee who was tasked with my replacement. I give the guy a call and he tells me he wasnt planning on coming until around 5:00pm since I live close to him and he wanted to make me the last stop. Okay... It would have been nice for him to communicate that to the customer who was told a specific time they would be there. I tell him thats fine, but that he should have told me. I go and take care of a few things then come back about an hour later. 6:00pm comes and still no word from them, I try to call the guys cell phone twice and I get no answer (his voicemail box is full leading me to believe this happens all the time). I try to call the main office and also get no answer. They ended up never showing up and never calling me back to give an explanation. I wasted an entire day waiting for this terrible company and I have read several reviews with similar stories. Avoid this company unless you want to experience terrible customer service and waste your entire day waiting for them.

Completely thrilled! I was scheduled with another company that didnt actually contact me to let me know the glass was going to QUADRUPLE in cost. I called Auto Glass and they were VERY polite, had me hold off on scheduling until they could verify they could get the glass for me at the quoted price, and arrived as scheduled. Super clean work, it looks beautiful. Thank you!

Quoted $189 then after mobile install then the price changed to $223. Then they claimed to have no change for $20 even though I seen them have change when they pulled cash out. So then cost me $240. Ripped me off for a total of $51 over quoted price. DO NOT USE!

They were on time, cleaned up after they finished and were the cheapest in town. Best place to buy glass I know of.

These guys are highly disorganized. Although they did repair my rock chip to the windshield but theyre disorganized business makes things worse for both employees and customers. This is my opinion.
