The guys who installed our lights, Chris and Amici were very friendly and respectful. Our light installation is great, we are very happy. The only complaint I have is they didn’t have a pole long enough to get the lights all the way to the top of our very large tree. Last year a scissor lift was used and the lights went all the way to the tip of three.

Mason and José installed our lights this year, and they are amazing! We have used this company for around 10 years, and they have good, friendly staff. Mason and José top them all. They are very detailed in placing lights correctly the first time and making sure the house owners like the results. Been using these guys for a few years now, and have always gotten excellent service. This year however, We ran into an issue. The key is, not if there’s problems, it’s how the problems are solved. After a week or so of trying to get it solved, Kira stepped up and handled it. She sent out Luc and Jake to solve my problem. And if you want an absolute great pair of guys working at your house, ask for these two!! Professional, polite, and absolutely great at what they do!!! Kira in the office was amazing and went above and beyond to take care of the issues. Highly recommend!!!

JP and Evan arrived this afternoon as scheduled and promptly and efficiently installed our Christmas lights. They rang the doorbell, identified themselves and made us aware we might hear some bumps and thumps overhead as they re-installed the lights we purchased last year. We were impressed with how efficiently they put up the lights and how pleasantly they interacted with us. Before leaving they made sure we were happy with the installation and they reminded us to contact the company if we had any questions or issues. I was very pleased with JP and Evan and asked them to provide the company’s contact info so I could pass it along to our new neighbors.

Charlie and Luc came by to install our lights. Before they began, they verified the different locations where the lights needed to be installed. Both gentlemen were positive and upbeat and reflect well upon the Christmas Light Professionals organization. Although heavy snow cut their installation a little short, because some of the installation was on the second story, they provided information for obtaining a date in the future when installation could be done more safely. Well my Christmas lights are up thanks to Sarah and Daniel! Yes it’s before Halloween so they had a few challenges with some decorations but they were still very quick and efficient efficient as they did their work. I would highly recommend Christmas Light Professionals for holiday lighting. The bid process was easy and accurate and provided flexible install dates. Our installers, Charlie and Luc were very easy to work with and did a fabulous job with the lighs along our tall roof lines and fence. Both were extremely courteous and patient when I asked to make a few changes to the final product. Couldnt be happier!

When it comes to putting up Christmas lights, there are so many hassles and issues that can come up. Storage, routine maintenance, etc. Then there is putting them up and taking them down. At some point, it becomes more of an annoynace. Thats where they stepped in and saved my sanity, not to mention possible injury. We used them last year and happy we did. They installed what we wanted, took them down, stored them, and then installed the same ones this year. We even jumped at their discount option for early installation this year. However, we will go ahead and leave them off until after Thanksgiving.
