Love this place! Great prices and no tax on metals due to their location. Bernie provides phenomenal service and looking forward to purchasing more metals at this spot! Definitely check out this Rocky Mountain Coin if youre looking for great prices and service from a reputable coin dealer. FYI the location on Broadway in Denver charges taxes on metals, this location in Greenwood Village does not.
Very nice coin shop here. Great selection and pricing seemed right in the market. I made a small purchase here and was very satisfied with the transaction and the education on what I was buying. Thank You.
Wow! This place is superior to all other coin shops Ive had the pleasure of visiting. This was our first time in this particular shop and we were blown away by the level of knowledge and overall care for the customer. Bernie helped us pick the right coins for our collection and for some gifts for my nephew. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were choosing the right coins. As stated earlier, this was our first time there, but will not be our last! I can see many years of partnership in our future...minus a lot of money on my part ;) Go check them out if you are a collector..beginner to expert. You wont be disappointed. Thanks Bernie and we look forward to seeing you again in the near future.
We reviewed a number of places before selecting Rocky Mountain Coin. After visiting the location and discussing our purchase needs for our grand children, for Christmas, we were impressed with the assistance, suggestions and knowledge by the associates. We will return for future coin needs and recommend this company to our friends.
This place says they open at 10 AM I was there 15 minutes early and waited untill 10:15, when someone finally showed up they told me that it would be another 10 to 15 minutes before they opened. If they are going to open at 10:30 then that is what time it should say on there web site. And door.
OUTSTANDING experience!! I recently came across an old coin collection and had no idea what to do with it. I went into Rocky Mountain Coin and Bernie was amazing! He took the time to look at my coins and gave me some great advise. He was knowledgeable, patient and made me feel comfortable with my lack of experience. If you have coins that need to be looked at or are looking for a great place to go, this is the place and Bernie is the man!
I had a fantastic experience, working with Bernie at the Arapahoe store. I went in with old coins, and he was able to immediately sort them and tell me about each of them. I intended to only sell coins, but ended up selling some silver jewelry and some gold pocket watches. The entire experience was enjoyable as he celebrated my good fortune. I feel I got a fair price and would highly recommend this store!
1st time going. Had no idea what it was or how to order. Good customer service. They were very patient with us explaining how it worked. Helped us figure out what to mix. It was very Fun to watch. Very good to eat. We even got to talk to them some when they were done making it. I love that all these eastern food, etc keeping coming to the u.s. specifically parker.
Just love this shop and staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Love looking around and bought my first bars here. Will definitely return.
An Excellent and Quality operation of business. They have superior knowledge above and beyond the norm in the industry and they work with you on being flexible with pricing. If you sell or buy they are extremely fair and amicable. Bernie Foot is the BEST! (Former World Class Athlete, M.S., double B.A., and United States Armed Forces Veteran with Two-Honorable Discharges)
After a horrific experience at David Ellis in Cherry Creek. I decided to give this place a try and boy was the service 10x better! Bernie helped me sell my gold and gave me the most fair price I could find. They also gave me an idea of purchase price over the phone, as I know some other places around town wont do that (cough cough Gold Rush Denver). Do yourself a favor go to Rocky Mountain Coin, talk to my guy Bernie and all will be well. Very pleased with this place.
I love Rocky Mountain Coin! They have a great selection of U.S. and World Coins & Currency. Everyone is incredibly polite, nice, and helpful. Will definitely be back!
My go-to shop for buying and selling bouillon and coins. Great service bar none!
HONEST, HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, AND PROFESSIONAL.DIANE and BERNIE are awesome!!!I will never go back to any other coin shopsto deal with rude, fake, and dishonest people.Thank you guys!!!
Best shop around! Friendly, reasonable, honest, awesome stuff! Long time customer and a customer for life. They are the best!
Bernie is the man. He helped me get the best coins possible and didnt try to persuade me any way but did business while looking out for my best interest with what I wanted to obtain.I will be back.
The folks at Rocky Mountain Coin have always provided me with first-class service. They are knowledgeable, attentive and aim to fulfill your personal needs and desires. They have the finest collection of rare coins in the multi-state Rocky Mountain region and have also fulfilled my gold and silver bullion needs.Go to RMC first, you won’t need to go anywhere else. Many thanks to the folks RMC !
The staff are very nice, sweet and experienced!
Bernie was very accommodating. I felt safe and secure in his knowledge. No pressure just an attentiveness to my needs.
I truly enjoy going to this coin shop in Greenwood Village and the personalized service they provide. I was looking for 1 oz Johnson Matthey BU rounds and a week later I returned to the shop and they had four of them set aside for me, I was really amazed!
Well I went in with a number of my Mothers old coins. I did not expect much and they said really all I have is silver. Which I expected with dines and quarters and half dollars. I had done some research and did not expect a ton for nine silver dollars. But they said the dollars were common and only worth the value of the silver as well. Well I did some checking and contacted a coin person and he said I should have gotten 25-35 dollars and they paid me 15. Now is that a big deal, say 10 dollars each, well that is another 90 bucks. Will they get more for the dollars, sure, but I was expecting a dealer who has been in business as long to explain and pay what is fair. I guess I live and learn. With that I really give them two stars. Did not hate but came away with a bad taste.
First time buying silver and had a great experience. Staff was friendly and explained the benefits of each type of silver (Bullion, coins, etc). If you dont know anything about coins, dont be afraid to go in. Theyll show you the ropes and youll be happy you went! Im definitely going back soon.
Love this place. They have pretty much anything you might in the way of coins or gold panning. Also, the people are great.
Im giving 3 stars vs 1 only because the younger gentleman who helped me took his time and was very nice and polite. I was told this was the place to go to find out where else you could go to sell items they dont want, but sadly found out that wasnt the case. The older gentleman was off-putting and I didnt feel taken seriously. The younger guy, however steered me in the best direction for a book on judging coins and showed me their 3 magnifier options- my 20x was just too powerful for reading jewelry and coins. I left disappointed and ended up spending money vs making money.Add 1 star because: Though I will say, the older gentleman did tell me how much my dime collection could be worth once filled and said I had a great start. He also told me why my nickel collection wasnt worth anything-because someone had cleaned the coins before putting them in the book. Likely just disappointed that he didnt know where else I could go to sell the other items that other shops were only going to melt down for the gold.
Informative staff. Willing to educate shoppers. Will do business there again.
They hands down the best deals on rarecpennies that I have ever seen.
I had a very good experience:). Thank u !
Not very friendly and they use every excuse in the book not to pay you true value for silver coins. I will say buying coin supplies there is decent.
I recently inherited some coins from a family member and decided to have Rocky Mountain Coin check them out. They went above and beyond my expectations in educating me about them and seemed extremely genuine and fair in their valuation / appraisal. I would recommend them to friends and family and I will be back in the future.
I have enjoyed working with the staff RMC. They have given me great advice on buying coins. They helpful in looking for coins that I might need.
Advice to people. This satellite branch of Rocky Mountain coin doesnt have the testing materials needed to test palladium items. I suggest anyone who wants to sell Palladium to go to the Denver branch on Broadway
I visited RMC inc on arapahoe Rd. The store was clean. They were ready to help and answered all my questions. The staff is knowledgeable. I will definitely be buy my silver and gold here.
I highly recommend doing business here
Had a great time buying and talking to them.
Fair, honest, and knowledgeable staff. I wont shop anywhere else for my metals!
Best selection in town, happy with the services I recieved
Check out the Platinum!
