Last week I visited this location and it was my first time in a PGA Superstore. I brought my clubs in for adjustment and new grips. They took the extra time to walk me through grip options and verified my adjustments I received from another company. By taking 5 minutes in a hitting bay, they discovered my suggested adjustments werent 100% accurate, and eliminated any doubt in my mind that I was taking the right steps with my equipment.They took the extra time to take care of me, and showed great customer care. Ill definitely be returning in the future!

The level of service I have received from this store has been top notch! My experience from the first fitting to the replacement/return issue that was resolved in a matter of days has been excellent. Blake along with Ryan were amazing and very helpful in the fitting process. Vince the manager was understanding and went above and beyond to resolve a problem with some clubs I had purchased. The guys in the shop were also helpful, quickly handled regriping and lie adjustment on the new irons. I drive from Colorado Springs to do business here because of the people who work here. Not the name on the building...

Needed a couple clubs re-gripped. Done in less than an hour and prices were reasonable. Store had a great selection.

Would be cool to not have to listen to the weekend help rant about vaccines while waiting for my food at Chick-fil-A. Went to Golf Galaxy instead.

Great store! The employees are helpful with every need. I myself am a lefty and this store is great to get anything you need.

Was told twice product was in stock. Twice. I would see them in 2 weeks. Based on this information I left my other set at a friends house in Florida. Received an email later telling me items would not ship until mid to end of May. That would be 6-8 weeks from time of purchase. Quick to take my money and I feel I was told something to get a sale. Not a way to treat a customer who has asked twice for delivery time. I understand delays and volume. But dont tell me something to get my money. Would not recommend buying irons and trusting what you are told.

Usually a great store with great staff, I bought a glove for my father for Fathers day. I was never notified that my order was canceled or even changed, when when called to check on my order I was told all the gloves were stolen last night. Not sure what is going on but I was still charged for my purchase, and apparently my order was stolen?

This store refuses to stand behind the products they sell. Tried to exchange a defective range finder. Was told it could only be taken back if it was fully functional. (If it was fully functional I wouldnt be returning it). Mgr then proceeded to test the device and told me theres nothing wrong with it. (Ok, so you can exchange it, right?) Nope, it has to be defective for an exchange. (Enter circular argument). Mgr then encouraged me to fight with the manufacturer and make a warranty claim (for a product he claims works flawlessly).Left the store in disgust.If you shop here, better hope your products arent flawed. Cuz theyre gonna stick it to you at this store.

Bait and switch on ping clubs. Horrible communication with a custom ping order I was told during my custom fitting that I would have arccos smart grips with my new clubs. I waited 2+ months for my clubs to get in which was expected with the current delays but nobody ever informed me that they were going to switch the grips out to something less valuable. I called and the only solution was to send my clubs back to ping until 2022 as they are backordered on the grips I was told I would receive. Unacceptable solution for the problem.

Poor customer service plus awful prices has me avoiding this place at all costs. There’s a Golf Galaxy on county line just a few minutes away - go there and save yourself the trouble.

If youre looking for longer shorts, better off going to Dillards or Macys.

I went in for a putter fitting. Wait time was 5 minutes. I worked with Tyler. He took the time to review my swing and made solid recommendations. He explained how the different putters reacted based on your individual swing type. He did not pressure me to buy anything, however when I found a putter that I liked, he suggested that I try each putter in the store that was similar, just to make sure I liked it. I couldnt have been happier with the personalized customer experience. I spent a solid hour swinging putters, comparing the different weights and styles. Never felt rushed --perfect experience! I always get great help at this store, Joe is always great to work with. I must say though, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve wanted to purchase clubs they have in stock, only to be told it’s a 30-60 minute wait to hit them. Perhaps build some more bays or don’t rent so many of them out to individuals on your busiest days.

The store is great and the expertise is above average. They typically change less than everywhere else for club fittings and the service is good. They can get backed up however at the specialty ordering and club adjustment counter.

Store has great variety and lots of bays to test equipment. However, their sales reps are indifferent. I worked with four different reps and none of them made me feel special. Rather I felt like they helped me only because it was their job. They didnt listen to my needs and gave me standard opinions . I was disappointed with the customer service.

Are all golf stores staffed with men who think they’re God’s gift? Zero support for beginners and they make you feel like you’re less than.

I was first one in the door, told to wait in a bay. 20 minutes later nobody had came, went to desk and asked for someone again. The fitting was quick and rushed. I had the incredible opportunity to play the Sanctuary Golf Course. I needed a new driver, so made a quick stop during my lunch hour at the Greenwood Village location. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Jimmy not only set me up and instructed me on the uniqueness of the driver we selected, he also helped in fixing my bag. It was definitely a white glove experience and I played one of my lifetime best round of golf. I’m very grateful for the help, insight and ease.

It was very cool having a ball fitting with Ryan, didnt even know that was an option! The game is hard enough, just having the best ball for your swing is a huge psychological advantage.

This is one of the nicest retail stores of any type that I have ever visited. I have been here several times and have never had a single bad experience. I would particularly like to acknowledge Jackie. She is the nicest, most polite and professional person I have ever come in contact with. Her product knowledge is second to none. I highly recommend a visit to this store!!!

Employees are nice enough, competent, and knowledgeable. They have a 24 hour guarantee on restringing racquets and 24 hours later, they didn’t even start on the restring. Makes me question how well managed this store is.

Really cool place if your into golf they got everything can be pricey but that’s golf I got a used set there one of the shafts broke on the range and they fixed it without charging and wasn’t a big deal at the store shout out to the managers there good guys. There their to make golf fun and do a good job at it.

Started using practice facility today and both Vince and Blake were awesome! Great way to stay sharp during the winter.

Customer service is severely lacking, very difficult to track order and 3 times got placed on black hole hold! No one ever came back after being put on hold! I will go to smaller golf supplier in future where customer service issues can be resolved!

Clubs builders were very nice and very professional but not the booth kids.. they sorta rush you to get off the booth. Are they trained to do that ?

I had a fitting with Blake Miles here and it was an awesome experience. Blake is very knowledgeable on how to properly fit people and understands what people are looking for and how to achieve that. I would highly recommend scheduling a fitting with him for any new club purchases!

Dont shop here. They like to charge you twice and hold your money hostage. The online and in store communicate about as good as the telegram service. Never again.

I was working with TJ, and the entire team in the service department. As an avid golfer, it has been difficult finding the right clubs for me. I was in the store for hours, receiving help from the team. I really enjoyed my experience and can not wait to hit the course with my new clubs!!!

First time to be in store. Nice place to shop just not enough selection of head covers unless youre a sports fan.

Kinda disappointing that PGA does not offer free re-gripping when you buy grips from them. Wont even offer it since I bought my clubs from them as well. Galaxy does offer this with the same 24hr turnaround, sad to say PGA has lost my business for all future purchases. You guys are far from pros..

I bought my first set of “grown up clubs“ from this store and can’t say enough great things about Braden who helped me out. He gave me some tips on my swing and was patient about me trying out several clubs. They didn’t have my set in stock so he gave me a deal on on the demo set. I ended up with a great deal and feel confident that if I don’t like them, I can take them back within 90 days. The manager even took the time to take off all the stickers (unlike another golf store in town). Another employee searches literally the entire store for a driver cover that I wanted (and found it!)! Thanks, Braden and the awesome management team!!

I stopped by looking for some new irons to replace my old Ben Hogans. To start, the staff was very attentive and got me into a fitting bay quickly. I was working with Ryan to try out a bunch of new irons. He was very patient in letting me try out quite a few options and was incredibly knowledgeable about the products they carry. I worked with Ryan over the course of a couple days and ended up ordering a set from them. I am very pleased with my overall experience and knowledge of the staff there. I will certainly be going to see Ryan whenever I need a new club in the future!

I decided to purchase a new set of irons and was underwhelmed the whole way through. The fitting expert took no measurements and started at his phone for half the fitting. I had to setup the launch monitor because he doesnt need to see a launch monitor to know what I need.The gal at the front door was melancholy and disinterested, whoevers answered the phone told me they had the product in stock that I was looking for without even checking so after driving 20 miles to get there lo and behold, they dont have it.The only reason this review isnt a 1 star is the ability for me to try out the clubs and bring them back to get adjusted or exchanged for something that is better suited for me which isnt something you find everywhere. I probably should have just ordered something online and saved myself the hassle.

I went in hoping to get a replacement Ping Torx key that I had lost. I asked one of the fitting bay attendants if they sold them. He said they dont as Ping only sends 1 per driver. As i was getting ready to walk away he said to wait a second and dug into a drawer and pulled a brand new one out and handed it to me. I asked him how much I owed and he said, no charge. I wish I had gotten the young mans name but I was still in a bit of shock. You earned a repeat customer today. Thank you.

Went in one evening and it was crowded and understaffed probably because of the corona. went back in a different afternoon and got help fitting my wife for her first set of clubs. the associate was very patient walked us through the options didnt try to just bury her in the most expensive clubs. left with some wilson magnolia petite clubs everyone was happy. thanks again

I cant say enough great things about the staff and facilities at the PGA superstore in Greenwood Village. Ive never had a better experience at a retail store. Not only are the staff incredibly friendly and courteous, they are true experts when it comes to the game of golf.The equipment advice Ive received from the staff here is better than what Ive been given by teaching pros. As an example: Ive been looking for a new driver and I thought I needed a stiff-flex shaft given my swing-speed. I discussed this with Jimmy, (very knowledgeable and an all around great guy), and he suggested an even stiffer shaft, called TS, based on my swing. Initially I had my doubts; Ive always struggled with a fade and I thought an extra-stiff shaft would only exacerbate that. However, I decided to give the TS shaft a try after Jimmy explained why he thought it would be better for my swing. Turns out he was right - I felt like I had more control w/ the stiffer shaft and my accuracy and distance improved over the regular S shaft. Now Im working with Jimmy to spec and order the driver he recommended.I could go on about how great the people are at this store - just know that youll leave in a better mood than when you came in. I will never go to another store for golf equipment - Ill be a PGA customer for life.

I stopped by with the intention of purchasing a new Scotty Cameron but I was totally ignored for over 10 minutes while putting. Another customer walked over to look at putters and was immediately asked if he needed help, while I was still ignored. I was in plain sight and at that point I said I needed help. Another 5 minutes went by and still no help so I left. I went down to Lennys on Parker Rd and was helped immediately and left the store with my new putter. I will never step foot in a PGA Superstore ever again.

If you are in Denver and care anything about golf, you MUST visit this place. I stopped in to shop for a new putter and was blown away by the personalized service that I received. Ryan went above and beyond to help me find the putter that was right for me. He also gave some helpful pointers to improve my putting game which was a huge added bonus. DO NOT order your next club online! Go to this store and ask for Ryan! You wont be sorry!

I stop in every now and then just to look at their selection of new and used golf clubs. They have a great selection, especially in regards to used clubs. I do find the prices for the used equipment to be a bit steep but you will find some of the more popular brands in stock. Quite honestly Im not a huge fan of the customer experience By this I mean typically I will get one person who offers to help, which is fine. I typically refuse the offer as Im just browsing and usually know what im shopping for. I find that some not all of their associates are more inclined to follow you around the store, not sure whats up with that. I just dont get a great vibe when Im in this store. None the less I will give them 3 stars. They have a huge selection and plenty of bays to hit clubs. If you are a veteran of golf then go here but if youre new I would goto Golf Galaxy.

This place is Awesome. Great service. Jimmy our sales rep was excellent. He was extremely helpful in getting our family set up for golfing. He helped me out with club selection and fit. He was really knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We did not feel pressured and the entire experience was great. I highly recommend this place, the service is first class. I ordered the St. Patricks day Titleist hat and golf balls for my brother for his birthday. Ordered them Friday night. His birthday was Monday and St. Patricks day was Tuesday. Needless to say, I paid for next day delivery, which I knew would be Monday the 16th. Well that did not happen. When I called customer service I was told my order came in a 8pm, therefore package is delivered via FedEx and cut off time for next day delivery was 3pm. Nowhere on their site does it state that. Not even on payment screen. So fine not happy but atleast he will have them for St Patricks day, NO not even that. Package did not arrive until Wednesday. I really was not happy with this service and that is why the got 3 star review. Needless to say I did complain about delivery and they refunded my shipping, but still by Wednesday we had already missed his birthday and who needs St Patricks day items day after.

Awesome customer experience. They take a lot of time to analyze your swing and make recommendations. I came in looking for a new shaft for my driver and they took a lot of time to help me. Great customer service and good deals on last years stuff. Definitely go see them. Great place.

Walked in to just look and maybe hit the Cobra F8 driver. Walked out with the new Cobra F8 driver. Ryan Husted was my salesperson and he was much more than that. He was extremely knowledgeable not only about the golf products but he set me up in a hitting bay and had me hit many different variations and setups for this driver. After dialing it in, he then went and pieces together the exact driver that fit me best. All for $0! It was an awesome indoor experience and if you ever go, ask for Ryan.

I came in for possibly a new driver. The lady helping me test drivers, advised me to take a lesson instead of trial and error with drivers. My trainer, Jeff had me work with an orange swing stick. In a short training session, the swing trainer and instruction gave me noticeable results. Rather than spend too much on a driver, I bought the training aid. I cant wait to see the results upon using it consistently. Im very happy.

Absolutely atrocious customer service. I was in this store for one hour, interacted with four different employees. Every one of them, without fail, made it clear that their number one priority was something or anything other than helping me. Their number two priority was making sure, when I finally was graced with their attention, that I was aware that I was inconveniencing them greatly. I asked one employee about a certain type of shaft, he didnt even look up or make eye contact, gave me a one word answer, and walked away. Sorry for bothering you, sir. Next, I asked an employee about where I could test a used golf club. Again, without being bothered to look at me, he replied any bay you see. Great, how bout this bay? He then explained oh no I cant use this bay, he was too busy. Then I finally found a bay, asked the guy there if I could hit this driver, and AGAIN he couldnt be bothered to look at me, walked away and said in departing uh yeah, fine. Next came the girl I asked about the head cover that would come with the driver I was interested in. She scoffed, but privileged me with 2 seconds of eye contact to say Huh, no. That driver is so old I cant even believe we carry it.This place is appealing because of their inventory, thats all. Their customer service seems to be almost intentionally terrible, and designed to drive customers away. Heres my advice: come here to look at new equipment, maybe even test it out (if you can find an available bay, WAIT! NOT THAT BAY!!) and then go buy it at Lennys Ski and Golf, where the employees actually care about you and make it clear that theyre glad youre in their store.

Beware! Awful customer service and a very unorganized store trying to do too much with very limited staff. 2 weeks after sending defective clubs back to the manufacturer, I called to get an update. The clubs had not been sent out and were still sitting in the store. That was after a week of calls trying to get an update. I expected more after spending 1500 bucks on custom clubs. I also had to rent clubs from them for a golf outing. When I returned the clubs they had no record of me renting them and nothing on file to return them. Disorganized. PGA superstore at your own risk.

This place was awesome, Sonny is one of the instructors here and he was by far the best help and advice I had in a long time. Not only did he fit me for my clubs he even gave me some really good tips and improved my swing in know time. hahah Thanks for the advice Sonny I will leave the 3 wood out of the bag and keep the 5 wood.

The variety of merchandise is outstanding. The number of hitting bays and simulators is also very good. Other than Jerry Walters the store employees are difficult to engage with. I will not shop here for that reason. Other golf stores treat me with respect and courtesy and actually try to earn my business.

Horrible. Never going back. Stood around for an hour ready to spend my money . There were plenty of people in blue shirts that looked like they worked there. They were busy restocking things but couldn’t be bothered to help me in any way. No one explained how anything worked. Tried to set up in a hitting bay but it was broken.Go somewhere else if you actually expect anything resembling customer service.Just don’t bother with this place it will only frustrate you. They deserve to go out if business, they are never getting a dime from me.

Just visited the PGA store in Colorado, I was very impressed with their service. They were very patient, understanding and informative...even when I asked somewhat simple questions. As a new comer to the United States they were very helpful giving me advice on Denver golf. Thank you!

Love this place, the best golf store in town, good attitude, Jerry Walters is best at putting and short game advice. I took a putter that won but simply could not use (a large headed mallet putter) and they gave me full store credit for it, even when I did not buy it there. I am sold on the PGA store

This place is great they have everything you need. also very good customer satisfaction. they also have a very good training program. i have never had a lesson in my life, and after my first lesson it made a huge difference in my game. i now hit the ball straight every time. my instructor is Gary Woodside. he is a very good and well educated instructor. he showed me a proper grip and he evaluated and changed my swing as needed. i would recommend this place to anybody no matter how good your game is especially if you are a beginner and want to learn the fundamentals Gary is the one you need to see. i got a year lesson plus six lessons all for 360 which a steal i can go there and just hit balls whenever i want plus expert advise from Gary which is worth it all by its self. im very satisfied with this place and would recommend this place to anyone.

Dropped a club off for a repair on a tuesday. Was told it would be done within a couple of days and that I would get a call back when it was finished. I called on Friday and couldnt get anyone in club repair to pick up the phone. I left my number with someone and never got a call back. Now over a week later, I finally had a chance to sit on hold for 30 minutes. Took them about 2 minutes to answer the question when they finally picked up.

If you like overprice golf equipment and subpar(Pardon the pun) service, then I highly recommend this place. I was fitted for a driver here and when I took my 600 dollar driver home, I couldn’t hit it at all. I could tell at the time that my club fitter really didn’t care and he just wanted to move on to the next guy. That was a couple of years ago, recently went to try some used clubs but never got the chance to try them because nobody wanted to help me because I wasn’t shopping for the new expensive stuff. I just left and went to Lenny’s. The care about your business. PGA doesn’t

Visited the PGA Store this past weekend looking to purchase a new driver. After standing around forever, a sales person walks by and I ask him for some help. He was clearly agitated and said he was working with someone else. Walk up to cashier to ask for help, he tells me there is nobody to help me. Worst customer service experience ever, do not recommend this store. Dont waste your time. Ill order online from another vendor.

Visited the store on 1/25 and could not find anyone to help me. I wanted to try out the new SIM driver but I guess it was not to be!

I went to go look at a new pair of shoes and a guy named Eric helped me and he was a huge help in finding what i wanted and was super nice and friendly. Highly recommend.

I was at PGA superstore today with a buddy of mine and we are both on the golf team in college. I have been in here numerous times and everyone is always so helpful! Today we met a Taylormade rep/fitter named Dustin. He went above and beyond to help me and my buddy get fit into anything we needed. Never once pushed us into Taylormade and even built us a few drivers from different companies to test out in store. Amazing customer service and wanted to give a shout out to Dustin for going above and beyond!

This place has a great selection but thats where the experience ends. Ive been into this store numerous times in the past number of years to purchase things such as my Mizuno irons. Im not sure why I went back to drop my last bucket of cash but I will never go back. It was near impossible to get anyone to talk to me about drivers. After loitering in the club section for about 20 minutes I approached an employee and to no avail was brushed off and left hanging in the weeds again.Anyhow I didnt let him off the hook that easy and asked him a couple simple questions about when he thought he would be available to help me at which I received a short I dont know. Well now I decided to infringe and followed him for to enquirer about a club fitting on my Mizunos, specifically if I would need to pay a fee as the purchase was about a year ago. He turned around and said of course you dont have to pay we arent Golf Galaxy, and he hustled off with a look of dont bother me again on his face.At this point I left the store and went to Golf Galaxy where not only did they up sell me to a Callaway Driver over the Cobra I was thinking about but I decided to trade in my Mizunos for a different set better suited for my game. I guess I have the luxury to do these things because I have money...see you later PGA Superstore.

Ive grown out of the very basic starter set I bought 18 mos ago and the pro I work with said to get mens senior clubs. After going to a couple demo days and dealing with some crappy sales people who complained about me being a lefty I called a few stores. PGA said they had clubs for me to try so I went, skeptical after my other experiences elsewhere. Investing in clubs is overwhelming and stressful but Ken, who worked with me was great. He didnt try and put me in womens clubs or complain when he had to seriously hunt for irons and hybrids for me to try that would be lefty and senior. It took a half hour or so for me to be able to get in to work with a fitter but once I was working with him he stuck with me for almost three hours letting me try several different clubs till I found the right ones for me. Super grateful!

G-smith used to be my go to but the last two years PGA has been really good to me. Ive had quite a few clubs regripped and reshafted and they always do a really good job. Good selection on new and clearance clubs and good sales.

Customer service was non existent! Super store with no employees! I was looking for new clubs and I was there for 20 minutes.... No one said hi, can I help you or let me get you someone! Omg terrible

Dont expect any sort of customer service here.. I walked in with every intention of buying a brand new driver. The cash was practically falling out of my pockets... As a PING user, I know it is important to fit your clubs.. Since they are a PING dealer and have all the equipment I knew it should be easy... So I head to the testing area and one of the staff is hitting shots. I come up to him, tell him I am interested in purchasing the $$$$ driver and would like it to be fit to me. He casually tells me to hold on while he proceeds to continue hitting golf shots... this is an employee and my money is practically falling out of my pockets... Awkwardly I kind of back off and head over to the isle..waiting..hoping for someone to help me..as I am nervous and excited.. I decide to head over to the testing area once again and hit a few myself...once again a sales employee is there..I excitedly tell him I am interested in the driver.. he says ok but once again!!! blows me off..this is now two employees..MY MONEY IS IN MY FREAKING HAND.. So... I casually walk around sort of waiting... eventually I then causally walk out the door to my car, no driver purchased. The environment of this store is not friendly at all and I noticed here that others have had the same sort of experiences....I am headed to one of the other PING retailers and will likely never set foot in this place again. Lastly I noticed a lot of Name dropping in the reviews below..these are likely employee written reviews.. or I am not part of the some special club as I have frequented this place more than one time and I personally do not believe these reviews are real.

My questions on ladies golf club designs and performance were shrugged off by him saying theyre all about the same. Definitely a lack of manufacturing knowledge and no enthusiasm about waiting on an amateur lady golfer who was interested in buying a new set of clubs for her birthday. Instead, only derogatory attitude and comments. Thats ok though...Golfsmith gets my business with their professional, knowledgeable fitters!

I had new grips put on my wifes clubs at the PGA Superstore. When we discovered an existing problem with the clubs (purchased off the internet), manager Steven Bacheller stepped in and replaced and repaired things that they probably werent responsible for. He made it completely right and didnt have to; I have a happy wife, thank-you.

Im suspicious of the negative reviews. First time in the store today, I was greeted in a friendly way by every employee I encountered. Got a putter grip installed in 15 minutes!I will return and try to patronize this store whenever possible. Special thanks to Brian!

A four hour of hell experience to try to find new clubs. Was dropped off to the Taylor Made rep and ignored the rest of the time. The store fitter refused to let me try any other clubs and I was treated very poorly. Would not suggest purchasing anything from the store. Bad experience, a negative fitment staff that seems to cater towards Taylor Made only clubs and I was left to wander the store asking to try this club or that. Do not think that the store cares very much or knows very much when it comes to fitting someone for a new set of clubs. Regardless of having money to spend I was left to find my own clubs and twist arms to even try to swing one.
