Do you want customer service like it use to be? This is the best place to get that odd item. They seem to have it all.

I was in the market for a new Big Green Egg and had done a lot of research but I still had some questions. I went to another Ace location and they literally were no help at all. I was greeted immediately and was then introduced to the owner. The owner was incredible and very humble to work with. Let’s just say they earned a customer for life

This is the worst ace I have ever been too. I own my own arbor and landscaping business. After refusing to sharpen a lawn mower blades the shop owner Anne told me to shut up and listen also refused to acknowledge that here team was unavailable load my mulch in the trailer. They didnt even want to sell me a wheel barrow last week. It was to much for someone to assemble it after purchase.They are lazy here and the opposite of helpful. Dont waste your time and money here. Big toolbox 10minutes away always takes care of me.

I have been here a few times for all my home improvement needs. Awhile back I needed to replace my toilet and had to cut some tile and put in a mount. David was very helpful and talked me through the whole process. This place and its employees are great.

Run of the mill experience for this place. Limited selection makes it hard to justify going there but its alright in a pinch.

I quickly grabbed a couple of nice looking plants. I asked to change my reward information and the cashier happily obliged. What surprised me is her lack of knowledge of the area. She misspelled the name of my street and city. Thankfully, she had me review the information and it was corrected.

Awful...awful.customer service.Refused to return my $3 ACE branded spray bottle which wasnt spraying after 2 uses.First, time I didnt have the correct receipt, refused return since no proof of purchase at that store..but I had an ACE receipt with.an ACE branded sprayer.When I called to inquire...the gentlemen kept repeating the no return policy. No offer of custimer service again.Then when I went back with the receipt. I was told it was used and they couldnt return it.How would I know it wasnt working, if I didnt use it?I finally called Ace Corporate, a nice young man said he talked to the owner and I didnt give them time to resolve it.I went twice, called once...noone attempted any resolution, so now its on me to go back in again?Its a $3 water bottle...beware of costly purchases and the lousy policies and service, you might get stuck for more then $3.Englewood, Mineral and Holly.are all a drive away...no need to put up with this type of service.

I recently was employed at this store, owner did not treat customers correctly nor employees. The main Manager David made rumors about me, keep in mind I am a minor. Saying things that could put a bad reputation on me and my work habits knowing I did none of those. I also had a conflict with another employee (sexual harassment) and was told that the owner knew. This 20 year old man was only left off with a warning when I was only 15.

Very nice hardware store with nice employees

Went in to their post office and to do some gift shopping. Really nice store. Kind and helpful associates. Their prices are very high. Some lights and gift items are 50-75% higher than other stores that carry similar items. I understand that these are difficult times for merchants - equally as difficult for the paying customer.

Walked in unsure exactly what I needed to finish a plumbing project. The staff was incredibly helpful, helped me figure out exactly what I needed, and I got the job done perfectly for $15 worth of fancy nuts/bolts. Will absolutely visit there for similar needs again!

Recently purchased a grill online and it was an easy going experience with curbside pickup. Anne assisted me by phone multiple times, she is very kind and helpful.

They dont just have hardware here, theres a huge selection of anything and everything for the home.Very beautiful calm peaceful atmosphere. Free popcorn! Even compared to online, I was able to find some better prices here too.

The best customer service consistently since they opened! Ann the owner is very accommodating and has gone out of her the times I needed items ordered etc... Her employees are gracious knowledgeable & quite helpful!! I’m so glad there here - makes my errands & life so much easier!!

Such a great place. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Always treat me with respect and kindness and everyone always has a smile on their face. Whether Im dropping off a package or getting some home supplies, Im always treated right by all employees. My favorite ace to shop at. Also my girl haley is the bomb!

This is a great little place for basic hardware and post office needs. The staff is very helpful when you need to find something. I find Ace to be a little more expensive than Home Depot, but they are convenient for quick trips, and they have some unique items that you may not find at other hardware stores. The Post Office here has been a life saver. The lady I usually bring stuff to has patiently helped me figure out the best way to mail things, and theres usually not much of a wait.

Drive down here to buy a decoration and someone supposedly bought it online before I arrived and they wouldn’t sell it to me. Super annoyed.

Horrible customers service.If I could give this store no stars I would. I was just kicked out by the owner for writing a bad review on my previous visit. As a manager I would never kick someone out for writing a bad review. I would try to resolve the issue by apologizing and ask how I could make the situation better. Im in shock on how the owner of the store conducts her business. I feel sorry for the older gentlemen I was conversing with and all the employees of the store that have to work under her.

I like that each Ace has its own personality. I enjoy shopping here. Parking can sometimes be tough.

The store is clean and well organized. The staff are focused on helping you and provide a good level of customer service. This is a great resource in the area as an alternative to a much longer drive to other retail businesses. Convenient location with many other stores in the shopping center.

Sorry Ace, been a customer for a long while. My last trip in only the person checking you out had a mask on. This virus is real and I am not going to support a business that doesnt take it seriously. Will be taking my business to the Holly location.

Great store, super clean, staff very knowledgeable and helpful. You know when you walk into a hardware store and there are a bunch of older guys working there your going to be taken care of. That’s a sign of experience. I know what I was looking for. So I was in and out. But over hearing conversations from employees and customers. These guys are really pointing customers in the right direction.

Employees are scarcely wearing masks in a tightly packed store, went to retrieve a copy of a key I had made, older employee did not understand I had already paid and gave me the hes a broke millennial attitude, once another employee came to help he realized the tablet they needed to make electronic key copy was not charged and was told I would have to wait until they charged it (again in a cramped store with weak mask compliance by employees), receive sassiness after coming back 30 mins later and the tablet is still not charged, on top of their weak prices, it is no wonder ACE is losing to Home Depot

Label and postage printed there with a representative and then returned for insufficient postage. Incredibly frustrating and disappointing as a small business owner. Will not be returning and do not recommend.

I am a little disgusted. A family member was just harrassed by the owner for giving a bad review. That is not how business should be conducted. Well, since I was being nice about my bad experience at this store, I will now share it! I tried to purchase a few keys and I was given a price by a younger man. Seemed fine, I came back later with all the keys and was told they do not do those types of keys. Ok, so i was misinformed, thats fine; however, that does not warrant acting like I dont even know what Im talking about. Respect and customer service go a long way. Sadly this store is lacking decency!

Ive been a regular shopper there for years. Although part of a chain, it feels like an old time mom and pop shop. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly; much better than the big box stores. The owner Ann, is almost always there and greets her customers by name. And dont forget the free popcorn!

This store is what every local hardware store should be: well-stocked, extremely helpful staff, good prices. Here is just one example: last weekend I went to the store looking to replace my backyard water spigot. I brought in the old one, and David showed me that all I needed was a new washer, which cost a grand total of fifty-nine cents plus tax. On top of that, he spent a good ten minutes replacing the washer for me. He didnt have to do any of that, but he did. Not only was he a terrific representative for Ace, but its obvious that the store management encourages that kind of customer attention and care. That is the epitome of outstanding customer service, and its why Ill make a point of going back to this Ace Hardware any time I need anything. (In writing this review I have probably spent only a quarter of the time that David spent on me.)

Needed a simple staple gun and staples, and while they had a few, they carried staples that didn’t fit the staple guns they carry. I was told there werent any of the correct staples in stock for the gun I chose. Lame. Get your act together. Took my business elsewhere.

This ACE is amazing. They have a huge selection of merchandise and the manager and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

I have never dealt with such rude employees at a store! The manager needs to retrain their staff at minimum. Avoid this place, no wonder there are so few Ace hardwares left.
