I use to come here often until the food change. They downsized all the meals which made them less calorie dense and a waste of money because they want $7-9 for a small portion of food. Friends of mine have found mold and plastic inside their meals.. Yet FK has done nothing about it at all. Do not go here unless you want bad food and service. I recommend Eat Fit go in Centennial.

I love this place. I go for the convenience mainly. I hate shopping and cooking for just me. This makes it easier to adhere to a healthier diet when I’m busy. But one thing. One of the staples that’s just always been there is the “Mac and cheese.” I put it in quotations because it’s literally just plain noodles with ground turkey and like 1/2 a handful of shredded cheese on top. However, their pulled pork with Mac and cheese, is actually Mac and cheese with cheese sauce. I’m a little confused. I have a feeling this is due to calories. But if I have to add a bunch of extra seasoning, it’s kind of a bust in my opinion. How is it still like this? I know you can make cheese sauce with veggies instead. I’ve been going to fit kitchen for over a year and have to laugh that this is still the same

The food is good minus all the cilantro. It is all I can taste! Cilantro is very strong and over powering. For example, I got the salmon with wild rice and broccoli and I’ll I can taste is cilantro. I picked out a handful so far. It’s unnecessary to use that much and this isn’t the first time. Which is why I started going to fit foods.

Great food options. Staff is always friendly and willing to assist.

Mixed thoughts on this place. Food is hit or miss! Portions are small for the cost and at times the flavor is quite bland. Personally the jury is still out.

Less than energetic service and they dont have napkins

I went on a Friday around noon and they had almost nothing to choose from. Very few options. A lot of the meals arent exactly healthy either. I dont plan on going back here. I wasnt greeted, even when I went to pay. The cashier was frustrated and couldnt look me up by phone number before I explained this was my first (and last) time here. Theres a great place across the street I DO recommend.

The employee seemed uncomfortable that I was there... and the food is gross.
