I had a great overall experience at Galleria Lighting. The prices were very competitive, even vs. Internet pricing. Samantha was a great resource, making excellent suggestions that met our needs perfectly. Also, there was a mix-up with one item from the manufacturer and Galleria not only handled the exchange seamlessly, but provided the services of their electrician to install the replacement free of charge. Even more impressive was the fact that I got a personal call from the owner in response to my concerns, an extremely unusual thing in these days of impersonal and outsourced customer service. Overall a really positive experience from beginning to end!

Wonderful experience working with Nichole Marshall! She was very professional, competent and as excited about our choices as we were. We bought lighting for our whole home since it is a new build at Inspiration and it looks amazing. And they offer a 20% discount to new residents on most products. The lighting really added the finishing touches to make our home feel cozy and complete.

I have been in the construction industry a very long time as an electrical contractor and am so grateful to have such a great store available. I have used the denver store for a long time but love having the greenwood store so close. The staff is great and actually want to help you not just guide you to what they like. My experience with Galleria Lighting was great. We are renovating a house in Colorado from 1800 miles away, and have to do everything virtually. I asked Galleria Lighting if they could help me select light fixtures for the entire house and just to make it complicated, I wanted everything to be made in the USA, and I am not very good at decorating!Galleria Lighting assigned Steve H. to work with us, who was incredibly helpful. Steve invested the time to understand the type of fixtures I liked, proposed different ideas, and explained why fixtures would or would not work in our rooms. Steve shared his insights on how much light we needed, the finishes that would look best, and answered all of our questions. Ultimately, we bought pendants, a chandelier, ceiling fans, and all our bathroom lights from Galleria, and Steve helped us through the entire process -- without ever meeting in person!Renovating a house from so far away during a pandemic when a lot of items are on backorder is stressful. Steve and Galleria Lighting rose to the challenge and helped minimize at least the stress of picking our light fixtures, and we will absolutely go back to Galleria Lighting to buy our lamps and external lighting.

I had an outstanding experience working with the team at Gallerias Greenwood Village store. We had a tricky room, with specific lighting needs--they took the time to sit down with my wife and I, looked at photos of our room, asked about our general lifestyle and needs, and recommended the perfect combination of lighting layers for our needs. All in all, it was a great experience. I cant say enough good things about Galleria lighting

The showroom was fantastic. In fact, my wife and I where about to make a $2,000 purchase for our knew house. We didnt make the purchase because of a conversation one of the sales women had with a customer.The employee complained that she had worked to hard to be handing over her money to citzens who have lost their jobs due to COVID. She went on to say that most of the people getting help from the goverment where just being lazy. She also hypothesized that it was a generational problem because there are so many jobs available but us millenals are to lazy.Look I understand that we all have diffrent political ideals but dont bring that to work. Its completely unprofessional. Also Im a millenal and just bought a house so your conclusion on my generational work ethic is flawed as hell.

We are building a new home and they have everything, and after some price comparisons they are the same price as anyone I have found online. We will definitely be shopping here. Such a beautiful store!
