Gerber did an amazing job on my and my moms 2018 Subaru Forester. I had been hit twice in under 2 weeks and was to point of being afraid of driving. Our car looks like it was never sideswiped nor rear-ended.I worried about electrical problems due to rear impact being primarily on the RAB sensor and that was silly as everything is perfect.The gentleman that showed us our finished Forester went above and beyond to show sensitivity when asking about my ZoeStrong sticker on my side window. My obvious grief with having lost my only child, Zoe Nicole Martin, at 7 years old, due to negligent homicide, a couple years ago was taken into account via extra kindess in dealing with my mother and I. I towed a vehicle to this shop for a customer...absolutely loved how open and spacious,this lot is...very clean....and had very well lighting and address was clear as day!!!

My car was hit and we took our car to Gerber Collision by guidance from our insurance company for the body work and paint. Nicholas was our estimator and was absolutely amazing. He called me every few days and updated me on the work and estimated finish date. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. He always had a smile on his face and it was a pleasure dealing with him. The work done on the car was wonderful. The general manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results. We even got our car back earlier than anticipated! I would come back here again and again for work on my car. I definitely recommend this place!!!

Dont use gerber Collision in Greenwood. I just had my truck taken to them after somebody pulled out and hit me on the front end. Today I just had truck blow radiator fluid everywhere. the truck popped both radiator hoses, alignment is out, and my front wheel was hitting mud flaps. My first return trip they fixed the wheel hitting the mud flap. NowAfter calling them for a second return trip they wont warrenty the work said they didnt touch the radiator. I said I got hit in the front end how did you not touch the radiator.? Got into an argument. Long story short insurance wont pay, they wont warrenty the work and now I am stuck fixing my truck on my dime after getting hit. All things I can do outside of the alignment. So angry that folks wont do the right thing. I am also still waiting on lights to come in so the truck isnt finshed. I amjust tired of poor workmanship and customer service.

What a wonderful experience! Someone backed into my car while I was at working and killed my poor little Kias front end, I was sent to Gerber by my insurance company for repairs. Can I just say Nick and Ryan were absolutely phenomenal to work with (the other gentleman was really nice too) the process was super easy I was originally quoted 4 to 5 days for my car and they did it within 48 hours my car literally looks like it’s brand new!!! I’m so happy thank you guys so so much!

I brought my 2018 Honda Accord to Gerber Collison expecting to receive my car in great shape after they were done. I read the reviews on every body shop within 30-40 miles from me as I wanted my car to look like it did before the accident. I get a call that my cars done within two days, I get my car home and get to looking at it, only to notice there is noticeable imperfections in the paint and the body lines they repaired on the bumper cover were not matching the rest of the car. I bring it back the next day only to find out the GM Ryan acted like I was making up the bad body work, long story short Ryan tells me that I need to leave and insurance will have to figure it out. So I take it to another body shop I believe will fix my car right, one of the managers at the recommended body shop ‘Caliber Collision’ immediately noticed the poor body work Gerber glass and Collision did on my car. I received my car with a new oem replacement bumper and the paint and work look 110x better.Come to find out my impact bar behind my bumper cover wash smashed in, and Gerber didn’t replace it. Caliber Collision replaced the impact bar and the bumper cover. The car is now how it should be from factory . Don’t pay the outrageous price here for a macco job.

Recently had my tires replaced at a tire shop and they damaged my car. They told me to get a quote from a body shop so I did an online quote with Gerber. That went smoothly. Turns out the shop was also a partner with the tire shops insurance company and they forwarded the file to Gerber and told them to take photos, get the mileage, and an estimate of the damage. I get there for my appointment and Im not even there for 5 minutes, and no one seems to know why Im there. I dont know why it was so hard for them to just get the file off their computer. Guy looks at my car for a minute and was like this online quote looks good enough to me just forward that to the insurance company. Doesnt even shake my hand. So I forwarded the online quote to the agent and sure enough they needed more info than was in that quote. I requested a different shop and wont be going back!

I received a free estimate on some body work I needed done to my car. The staff was friendly and polite. Sadly tho, the quote was very very high for the amount of work that had to be done. So I had to go with one of there competitors. It seemed to me that once they were aware of the amount of my deductible the price of the repair tripled. Be aware dont share!!

Great people and awesome work! Much better then the dealer previously done. They fixed my back bumper and replaced my bumper cover. Even let me pay to fix other corner on other bumper corner at a better rate since they had cover off👍 they also replaced my back side panel and awesome paint highly recommend
