Goodyear is the place to go! I accidentally put the wrong date in for my service and they still got me in on the date that I had originally thought I put. Additionally, I put the wrong tire size in when I scheduled the appointment and they didnt have the right tire but they had a different one that worked perfectly. They are fantastic and so kind. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Great experience as “always.” CJ gets me in on time and makes sure I’m satisfied, and Andrew is the only technician I let work on my two cars. His skills, and attention to detail are unmatched. During the pandemic, their enhanced cleaning procedures and mask policy make me feel safe to wait on my vehicle, but they also offer a non-contact option. They provide options, but always have our familys safety in mind when making suggestions for products or repairs. We recently bought a vehicle for our new driver, and the people here checked it over as if their own child would be driving it. I’ve been going here since 2015. Furman and CJ are the best there is! They’ve never let me down, or overcharged me, and they have never been dishonest with me. They use high quality NAPA auto parts and Valvoline Max Life oil. They can do it all here too: tires, alignment, oil, and major repairs. They aren’t the cheapest you will find, but you get what you pay for. They warranty all their labor and parts and they do very solid work without any unnecessary add ons or trickery. As someone who has had major car issues before, every time I trusted them onto work on my car, I feel like I came out ahead. Please give these guys a shot. Don’t let the fact it’s not a mom and pop shop fool you, it’s actually better than most all of those and they are the friendliest people in town. I refuse to take my cars anywhere else.

I had a great experience with this shop. I had hit a pothole and wanted my car checked out. They took the time to take the car in and look it over for me. Then took the time to explain the damage and possible fix options. And THEN they didnt charge me a dime for any of it. Amazing!

Amazing and friendly service! CJ literally saved our vacation by going above and beyond when we brought in a damaged truck tire that needed to be replaced under warranty. The original shop messed up the paperwork and she dealt with the issues like a pro! Even during this busy holiday week we felt like a priority. Great customer service is rare these days but our experience with CJ today is the finest example of how a customer should be treated.

They done a great job taking care of my car. I need 4 new tires and oil change before leaving for vacation one of the lugs wouldnt come off it took them 4 hours to get it off but they got it off without breaking it. Thanks guys you all done an awesome job

We normally deal with CJ and shes honest and always takes into consideration of our feedback on our vehicle.However, we were super disappointed with the service this time.

I have always felt comfortable taking my vehicles here for oil changes. I believe they do thorough honest work. The waiting room is comfy and the staff is friendly.

Maybe some people just like to complain? Ive been using this location for well over a year now. I bought my tires here, and was so happy I now use them for oil changes and other preventative maintenance as well. I had a flat in one of the new tires as I hit a nail and they fixed it for free. Another time I had a bulge in the sidewall and they replaced the tire with a new one at a deep discount. The people here have always been friendly and up front about everything. They make suggestions based on the mileage on the car, but have never forced me or make me feel pressured into doing any work I didnt want done. They are located on the back side of the Greenwood Park Mall so if youre waiting for work to be done, you can walk across the parking lot and kill some time in the mall. Great staff, and great location. Ill continue to go back again and again.

Our family has used their service for at least the last 5 years exclusively. They do a great job and Ferman the GM always makes sure we are well taken care of.

With Indianapolis being plagued with potholes seemingly every year, I unfortunately had an issue with my rim being bent on my vehicle to the point where it would no longer hold air. I was almost certain that I would need a new rim and finding the time to take a rim to a tire shop is tough through the week for me. Long story shorts, I called a few places and most wouldnt tell me anything over the phone. They all were requiring my contact information before they would answer any questions. When my only solution was having my wife take in my rim in hopes of getting a new one ordered, this shop (instead of selling me a new rim, which I asked for) told me they could simply bend the rim back using a machine to do so. I know this is a common practice among shops, but when they didnt even charge my wife for the repair because it was so simple, I was impressed. They have earned my continued business moving forward. Simply gestures like this go a long way for myself these days.

I normally come here for every single oil change my car has ever had. Ive had it for two years. After today, I will not be coming back. Last time, I had a taillight out on the left side of my vehicle, and they charged me $3 to replace it. Today, I have the same bulb out but for the right side and they are charging me $33 to replace it. Seriously?! I wont be back.

This place is in the business of robbing young women. My daughter brought her car in for an oil leak. They assure her its all fixed and ready to go. After charging her several hundred dollars, she drives her car to work. Only for her engine to blow (no damn oil) on 465 during rush hour. On top of that, someone stole her plate from there!! But thats not their problem..just ask them. Ed and Micha doesnt care if youre safe.

Wanted tires looked at, and possibly drive around there area to here noise etc. Service Mrg. Wanted 52.00 charge just checking tires out less than 5-10 mins. Ridiculous not happy .I go somewhere else.Never got a Response by Independent Owner about directly answering my questions on charging for inspection of tires 52.00 dollars.

We broke down in Greenwood traveling from Chicago to Florida we were desperate looking for a mechanic. D helped us tremendously. They quickly found out what was the problem. He ordered the parts the night before, we had no where to stay so he took us to the nearest hotel and picked us up the next day when our car was ready. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND. I went to get a full synthetic oil change, dont get me wrong front counter was great but service tech was awfull they took literally an 1.30 hrs to do an oil change and at the end when they gave me the keys I noticed they forgot to install properley a flap under the oil filter. Also when I got home I noticed that the flap under the oil pan was dragging too they forgot to tighten the screws that the flap had. Overall will not be going back.

I simply went in to have a spare switched to a rim. They told me i needed all new tires. Not true. I told them i just wanted the rim swapped out and he proceeded to tell me We are not interested in doing that. Lazy and shady. Dont go here.

Worst car repair i have ever encounter i wouldnt suggest anyone to come here if you need little work to be done they over charge you. And say oh we did this and that. To me they clearly dont seem certified. i brought my car in to get my speedometer fixed (later came to find out they didnt even right it down in their notes) my boost sensor was brought to me disconnected (still disconnected) half the things they said they did wasnt even done (after i got a second opinion on a 4.5 rated garage.) 800.00 dollars later they put a starter in? Tf? Thats what i get for being a female not knowing much about cars. And my car is still not drivable havent drove it since. Plus what kind of mechanic says how long do you plan on driving this car? Until the freaking wheels come off!?? Their name is what they are good year work that last mabe up to a good year!
