I went in to grab some plumbing items and root beer! The staff wasn’t very friendly but they weren’t rude either! The place was in tip top shape cleanliness wise! 4/5 recommend

I just went here to replace a broken window shade. I talked to an employee about getting a replacement custom-cut. I went back twice to talk to someone about getting one cut. He said there was only 1 person that could handle it. I saw no one in the area, but plenty of employees were wandering around doing non-customer things. Can more than 1 employee be trained to use the stupid cutter?! 30 minutes later I walked out and have put Menards on my “ No-Shop” list

Always a great place to get all my home improvement needs. Today’s project is, making a king size bed out of cinder blocks while making little rooms for out cats to hide in.

Steven in lights needs a BIG raise or Im poaching him to my store. Such a nice guy that knows his stuff and spent 45 minutes of his time helping me find lights. He even went out of his way to go get me a cart. Stand up guy I am not giving yoyr store 5 stars I am giving Steven 5 stars! A second gentleman helped in our search that deserves a ton of credit as well. Thanks guys for a great experience.

Always love stopping here. Finished my Halloween decorations and was surprised Christmas decorations were already out. Maybe a little early but I still looked around.

How much paver base do you need for an 11 ft diameter circle patio area? Definitely not 104 bags, and they tried to charge me to pickup the excess stones that they sold me. They only sold me 14 bags of leveling sand for the same area, doesn’t make sense.Trying to get them to pick it up made me feel like a criminal! I live in Greenwood, IN and shop the Menards there. The folks are friendly, helpful and reasonable about most everything including returns, exchanges, etc. I know many of the employees by name and they know mine. I shop there all the time and it isn’t often they don’t have what I’m looking for.

Most pleasant store experience I’ve had ever! Came in an hour or so before closing to get lumber, had a very nice employee help with cutting it(didn’t catch his name) and then a very nice cashier help us out(Jerome) Menards give these boys a raise!

Was nice to get asked if I needed anything and get their help, as opposed to the competition where you have to hunt someone down and they cant answer your questions.

I normally love shopping at this Menards. They normally have all the items I am looking for but things have changed recently. I spend a great deal of money monthly at this store. However, more and more often they are out of stock on regular items. Twice in the last month, I bought an item off the shelf and it was broken and repackaged and placed back on the shelf as new.I am used to items being in short supply due to the COVID excuse, not just here but at a variety of stores. However, here it has been items they have in store just not stocked.Furthermore, I went into this store shortly before they closed. The store was almost empty. I am in a county that has no mask mandate. I was on an aisle alone. No person in sight. The manager, Patrick, came from aisles away to confront me about not wearing my mask correctly. His exact words, “I need to put my mask on correctly so I do not endanger the lives of his employees.” I reiterate, there was no person within eyesight except for the manager that hurried toward me. I complied with his request until I was alone again. Patrick followed me and told me to leave his store and they do not want my business. As I was leaving the store, I stopped by the service desk and was treated very disrespectfully by the front end manager named Kenny.I spent thousand at Menards every month. Due to this stores disrespect and manner of their stores policies, I will oblige their request and take my business elsewhere. That very night I went to Lowe’s and spent over $2000. I am not frustrated with their store policy but rather with their manner of enforcement. I will take all my future business to a different store. I will only use Menards as a last resort but never this location again.

Walked in and had only been in once before, had a blank look as to where to go for the item I was looking for. Almost instanly Inwas greeted and shown directly to what I was looking for. Way better than the other box home improvement stores...

Menards is consistently a very good hardware store. This location is a bit smaller than a lot of other Menards stores but they still seemed to carry most of what I was needing. I did have an employee here get a little hateful with an associate of mine but nothing major. I will definitely still be using this store for my hardware needs when in the area

Worst Customer Service I have experienced in a long time. Save yourself a headache and go to Home Depot at the next stop light. It is super sad as the customer service used to be top notice about 10 years ago....I can only assume there is new management??

The Greenwood garden center entrance is open & made our purchase of items we needed from there much easier than having to walk the length of the store.

Misdirected by two store employees and overall not very friendly staff. Cashier was very off putting. Nice merchandise though…

2 different stores showing stock online but not actually in stock. Both stores show multiple in stock and no one in store seems to know where it could be, if its even there.

The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Two of them went above and beyond helping me find what I needed and explained how to do what I wanting to do... even though I know that is not part of their job description. Being kind and courteous -yes... helping me figure out how to accomplish my project .. probably not. So thank you !!

I would have given 5 stars if product item web pages provided location information within the store. Different brand water timers inGarden products (outside) and irrigation products near plumbing, very confusing. Water pumps and sewage pumps not colocated. Strange layout.

Nice place good prices on air conditioners bought 2 and a fan for less than lowes or Walmart very good selection but you can tell they are busy and they are going to need a lot more this summer heat is coming in hot 🔥

Very forceful with the mask I told them that it makes it hard for me too breath and then one of your employees got rude and forced me too put a mask on and if I didn’t I would not be able too shop here and told me I would have too walk too the exit if I didn’t put a mask on. this is the last time I stop here too shop very rude

Dont expect much from the yard staff. As I sit here waiting to get loaded passed by fork lift after fork lift even after I went into the order pickup and requested fork lift help, 20 minutes have gone by so far. So if you have other stuff planned for your day, this isnt the place to go.

Clean store, nice employees and just about anything you need or want for the home/garden/lawn/etc.

A manager named, Patrick followed us around harassing us verbally to put mask over nose, and threatened us that he wouldn’t allow us to buy our items because our mask dropped below our nose... we have spent tens of thousands of dollars at the circus of a store . Will not shop at this store again. Menards may want to reconsider putting Patrick in any authority position. Our entire family felt harassed and singled out, when other employees had their mask down ...

Usually great. But today I went in to follow up on a custom quote for a door, they had no record of it, no information and a week and a half after asking for the information to begin with, the process needs to start over

Im giving stars only for Austin the delivery coordinator he has been wonderful. Please please please do not use Menards delivery contractor big R enterprises for your appliances. We paid for delivery and installation of a washer and dryer and its been nothing but a disaster. They did not install the drain tube on the washer and it flooded the floor. The pictures attached are the dryer and the power cord was incorrectly installed as you can see. For your safety please do not pay for this delivery company. Austin who works for Menards may be the only saving grace that I would spend my money with them again but absolutely will never pay for another delivery!!

Well stocked shelves. Clean store. Good selection of wood.

Found some great food at good prices. Cereals and soups were on sale. They have tons of hand sanitizer also. Just went in for a single serve coffee pot, but left with a cart full.

Such a large store should have more than 2 handicap riding carts. Really need to step up and help the handicap and elderly shop your nice store. Your completion has added carts and upgraded to newer models. We should have to opt for other stores just to conveniently get around.

Most of what I was looking for was sold out. Its always very difficult to find someone to help you. And it was very hot in the store. If were expected to wear masks it should be a little cooler in the stores to accommodate.

When someone asks where something is, obviously they are unfamiliar with the store! After you tell me TWICE the wrong spot, maybe the third time, the 3 employees standing around talking, could have walked over to show us where it was located!

Had some issues with carpet we ordered. Kenny the Mgr couldnt have been more helpful. Thanks so much.Then we had new carpet cut and the young lady who helped us was great as well.We love Menards

We were there to buy lumber for breeder boxes. We found the spot for the lumber we needed, but there was none there. We were told to go to the back and they coud help us out because they had over 100 sheets in stock. First the guy in back told us they were out. After showing him a picture of the bardcode I took he told us they did have some afterall but it four $4 more than the barcode showed it as being. We left. Doubt we will ever go back. Home Depot charged us the barcode amount!

Had to ask lift driver 3 times for pallet of concrete today(3/29/21). Blowed off by associate who really didnt want to be there today. Other than an occasional bad one; they keep it clean and tidy & usually have exactly what we need.

COVID-19 Review: Menards is a big box home improvement retailer that competes with Home Depot and Lowes. I prefer Menards to the competition because generally their prices are better and they have a larger selection. Since the onset of quarantine and social distancing, Menards has been running their 11% mail in rebate non-stop. Save big money at Menards.

The experience was good but what we needed was out of stock. I cant tell you how much of the time we go they are out of what we need. We couldnt wait so we went some where else and got it.

Another horrible review from myself to Menards...I never leave Menards happy, ever. I usually leave infuriated at the complete lack of communication, customer service or even one employee that can help me without involving a manager. I ONLY go to Menards if I have to,(I am a contractor, sometimes customers have a Menards account)This is not a store specific problem, this has happened at any location I have visited.Go anywhere but Menards if at all possible!!!

I used to like this store but all this mask nonsense is ridiculous. There was a guy that started screaming at me about it making a scene. I’ll never come back.

Mask Nazis. Wore the mask the entire time I was in the store until I was waiting in line and could barely breath anymore then pulled it down clearly not anywhere close to anyone 15 to 20 feet away. Then instantly in less than 30 seconds some worker comes along and tells me to pull my mask up like Im a child. many employees didnt have their mask pulled up either. Ive shopped at this store for 10 years or more. Never again............

Menards is a great place to shop but unfortunately they have employees that dont want to do there job by putting merchandise where it belongs so you can find it when your there buying for a project. Its very frustrating when you find it where its not supposed to be or someone checked in from the truck but mislabeled it

I dont care for them. Yeah they offer a mail in rebate. But homedepot is always a dallor or so cheaper with a 10% on the spot discount for veterans.

No one knew where the pump sand was for pools. Had to waste 30 min trying to find on the inside. When all along it was outside. I think they can do better

Miley at the service desk discriminated against a person for no mask. After he told her he had a medical exemption, she said she didnt care. No one else in the store said anything to him. And even the staff wasnt properly wearing masks. Some didnt wear it. Rude, ignorant, poorly trained staff.

Store has really gone down hill lately. Constantly moving things around in ways that dont make any sense, never any one to help, and the selection is meh, unless youre looking for cheap Chinese decorations to place around your yard. Home depots a better idea for almost everything.
