I recently purchased a Q50 Sport and was generally unimpressed with both the dealership and the process. I arrived at the dealership with the financing taken care of and a Cashiers Check in hand. I mistakenly assumed that the buying process would be simple and quick, I was wrong.I spent roughly 3hrs at the dealership literally trying to buy my car but because I didnt know the account number of my trade in they werent going to let me purchase the car. They actually suggested that I go ahead and leave and come back Monday with the account number. I offered to come back Monday but I wanted to get everything thing done and take the car with me. I eventually had to track down a bank employee and have them get the account for me. It was ridiculous. Once that was done I was taken to the Customer Lounge and told to wait until finance was ready for me. Im not trying to be a whiner but I just bought a Q50 Sport and they could have cared less. Im pretty sure that I would have been treated better at a Buy Here Pay Here dealership. I was also told that someone would call me on Monday to set an appointment up to have a minor issue fixed..No one called.Needless to say Ill never buy a car from them again. Ill buy a car in a different state before giving them my business again. They acted like they were doing me a favor by letting me buy the car. All in all it was a terrible experience that wont be repeated in the future.

I brought my QX50 in for normal service. It was a great experience. It was easy to schedule online. When I arrived at the service department they provided a service recommendation based up my last service appointment. Valerie was so helpful and Brayton shuttled me back home. It was so easy.

I had a G37 that needed a control module installed. Infiniti charged for labor which included installation and programing of my keys as well.They work done was timely and proper I was impressed with professionalism and communication between the services coordinator Karen and the tech who installed and handled it perfectly.Very glad I chose to take my vehicle in and take my chance with this location I highly recommend for your Infiniti needs.A+++ serviceService was 1/13/2021

Our Infiniti QX60 broke down while traveling across the country. We were in a unfamiliar area of the country and didn’t know what to do. I looked for a local Infiniti dealer and had our vehicle towed to Dreyer and Reinbold Infiniti.Enter Service Manager, Karen Dunbar.She was phenomenal! she understood our situation. She was sympathetic. She was professional. She was persistent with the warranty company. She and her team got us back on the road way sooner than we expectedIf I lived in the Indianapolis area (Greenwood) this would be my dealership without question.Bravo Dreyer and Reinbold Infiniti, you have a new fan!

Karen Dunbar and team did a great job of scheduling, providing a loaner and servicing my Q60. I only go in once a year, but she always remembers me and makes the process efficient and comfortable. I also like the new text feature to confirm any choices that need to be made during the inspection. It really saves on the calling back and forth for those who are at occupied during the day.

The service department is absolutely the best I have ever dealt with by far. Karen Dunbar the Service Consultant is outstanding. She always explains beforehand what service is going to be performed, the cost and time. If anything comes up during the service she always contacts me to let me know what is going on and recommending if it needs to be addressed now or later and the cost. I will continue to buy all of my vehicles from Dreyer & Reinbold Infiniti of Greenwood as long as Karen Dunbar is there. She exemplifies what customer service should be about.

We have purchased three vehicles from this dealership in the past three years. Sales team is very good. The service is almost too good to describe. After dealing with terrible service at a variety of other local dealers for years, I cant believe how well it is done at DRI. Karen Dunbar takes care of the service on both of our current vehicles. She could not be better. My wife will not buy from another dealer completely due to Karen and I agree completely.

I had a great experience in looking and purchasing my pickup truck. Steve Marsh was the saleman that took care of me. There were a few issues with the truck they had to fix before I was able to purchase it, but they were taken care of quickly. After purchasing my truck a few other things went wrong with it. Took it back to get serviced and it was fixed and I love my truck. Service dept could be more informative on a time, but overall my experience at Dreyer and Reinbold Infiniti was great thanks to Steve Marsh. Thank you and I will absolutely refer anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle to you.

Terrible customer service. I went in asking for pricing on a QX60. I was helped by Miles who was not interested in getting up from behind his computer. He only showed me vehicles on the internet rather than showing me actual vehicles from the lot. When I asked if there was any room for negotiation on price, he rudely told me that this is the internet and we publish our best prices. I promptly left his office and went next door to Acura where I was given excellent service. I purchased a new Acura MDX the same day.

Service is awful! Took our perfectly fine running SUV in for an Oil Change. Got the car back making a noise, took it back only to told there was a rock in the manifold. Drove the car on a trip and it ran pitifully!!! Making a noises and just not running right. Low oil light coming on etc. Called the Service department only to have them tell me it not their fault!! Took it in when we got back only to hear a whole bunch of excuses how they nothing to do with it and it was just a bad oil filter. Took it in the next time to have TUC upgrade done (2G to 3G) and it does not work either! Instead of just apologizing and fixing it they started with the excuses.
