ShadyWasted an hour and a half of my time:I was told to come into the store to scan my CNA credentials to get a discount off of my monthly bill. The man said I needed a firstnet SIM card. Since my phone is an iPhone7 he said the card wouldn’t work, he was giving me a flip phone for free (Sounded shady). I come home to discover that I am being charged 72.99 for flip phone. I’m paying more than I did before my supposed discount.

Very satisfied with the service and the gentlemen helping me. Very prompt and a pleasure to work with.

Gave me the wrong color phone and couldnt exchange it afterwards. They also couldnt port our numbers. All these things were fixed at another location.

Went in today with a broken phone not expecting to much. I had just brought an old phone of mine in to be activated and used until funds were there to afford a new phone. The team came together and really went above and beyond to get us into a new phone. We left extremely happy. Special thanks to Keith and Remy for working so hard to figure something out that worked for us. So ask for one of those gentlemen if you visit that location, you wont be disappointed.

These guys in this store are really good. They keep their word and honor what they tell. As a customer, thats what I look for. The managers Eric and Tim were helpful and knowledgeable. They have their employees backs without letting the customers down. Thats a good leadership. I dont care whether everyone in the store are super strong in technical skills but as long as they are ready to go that extra mile to help me out, I am happy. The worst service I have ever known lasted 1 hour waiting I decided to leave I was not attended to the girl was more interested in telling her life to a client who wn serve us very bad service

Deliberately misslead us into a more expensive less capable cell phone plan, then signed us up for the same plan a second time when we tried to correct the error. By the time things got worked out the plan we wanted was no longer being offered.

Savanna was such a big help in helping me choose a phone that fit my needs and my budget!

I took my neighbor to this store on 11/10/17 about 1:30 p.m. to ask questions about her cell phone problems and home phone service. The young man was alone and extremely rude. He just appeared to want us out of the store as quickly as possible. I expressed this to him and then he got nicer and said to have a nice weekend. TOO LATE in terms of the poor service and attitude.

My husband and I both needed phones and were lucky enough to come to this store in Greenwood. Kimmie was our primary sales person and was infinitely patient and informative. We walked out with new phones and increased confidence about using them. We would recommend this store to anyone.

ATT has the worst network in greenwood area.- We never get more than a bar.- Sometime we don’t even get our calls, they go straight to voice mail.I would strongly suggest from my experience to not to go with ATT.- No matter they offer the service for free. Don’t go for it.- no phone connection ever- no data connections ever- I am typing this review through my WiFi connection which is through xfinity (at least it works).

Friendly and EXPERIENCED staff. They know their stuff and will get you taken care of. They dont brush you off or just hand you your phone they help and are clearly in the people business. Dont waste your time at the other stores in the area...just come to this one

This is not against the store. It is against AT&T in general. They had promotional pricing online for $50 + $10 off for autopay and paperless. My bill rolls in and its a whopping $84. I have called in and talked to 3 different people, one being a manager in the billing dept and he promised to lower the bill to what it shouldve been. Guess what he did for me, he transferred me to another person that had no idea what was going on and couldnt help and left notes on my account to give me a $20 one time credit and to cancel my account. I am growing to HATE AT&T. Somehow they always seem to screw up my service. I hope you make the right choice not to stay or choose AT&T.

This store sucks. Anytime Ive ever went to them for assistance they always have to refer me to a corporate store. I mean what good is it to pose as an AT&T if you arent able to assist their customers?

Excellent customer service! The reps here are very knowledgeable, understanding and patient! Went here initially for internet service- walked out switching my service from Verizon with a lower bill and a $100 gift card mailed to me for the internet service!

The workers are great at this store they didn’t have the phone I wanted so I went to another store that had it the other store tried to charge me more and was just all around not good I ended up going back to this store and having them jus ship the phone there very nice and helpful I definitely recommend this store

I always receive great service from Kim Brown at the AT&T retailer at Smith Valley and US 31 in Greenwood IN. If I have problems or questions she always helps me even on the simplest questions. I will always bring my service to her because I always leave a happy costumer.

Excellent. They ordered my iPhone 7+ and got me a free iPad mini. They were also able to get me a better data plan.

The gal was helpful with the activation of a new phone. Minimal wait time.

The best ATT store on the south side customer service is all ways great and they get you in and out in a timely fashion

Was lied to by jordan to get my $. He was rude and condecending. his boss sara didnt care in the slightest she was more polite but her condescencion game was one of the strongest ive seen. In the end it turned out the issue with my phone resulted from an employee putting my phone on another account to get paid. In the end they chose to call the police instead of addressing the fraudulent actions by at&t. If you dont get it in writing expect to get stolen from. do not expect help after the $ is out of your hand. good luck every other carrier is available across the st at the mall.

Went to buy a phone and the employees are not only not knowledgeable about most phones, but they are misinformed in general. Being in IT, its frustrating when those who should be educating are generating propaganda instead.

Experience this was a wonderful experience much very very helpful I can now at least make a phone call and Ill work on the other problems later Ive been invited to come back for more lessons thank you very much
