Took them 2 tries to actually fix my phone. I will say its way better and faster to take your phone here than to send it in to your phone company to get fixed. I would give it a 5 star but since they didnt fix it right the 1st time I think 4 stars in reasonable. Overall its a great place and the employees are very respectful and do theyre best! Thank you for all your hard work! (Had to add this funny hillbilly cellphone I got in Tennessee) lol

I went here and saw an employee named Christian who was very helpful!I had gone thinking Id need to replace my phone/battery for $100 or so, because my phone wasnt holding a charge. However, Christian discovered my phone was working properly, and it was my charger that was broken. It would have been very easy to rip me off and charge me up the wazoo for this because of my bone-headed move, but Christian was very honest and helpful. I highly recommend this place, and would go back again for a real problem in the future.

My screen connection somehow got detached from within the phone and I had a flight to catch later in the day. They did everything they could to get my phone repaired before my flight.Whole process was honest and straight forward. Awesome customer service.

My phone battery has gone out suddenly. The techs did a great job explaining the problem and gave me an estimate on cost and time. I had my phone back in 3 hours during a crazy busy Saturday. Went online to schedule a drop off hoping I could simply drop it off and go but nope. Was second in line and waited 20 min anyway. He wasnt the only person working and someone else should have stepped up and taken care of rescheduled drop offs and payments. Took my MacBook pro in to have a battery replaced, they were easy to work with and did the work in the discussed timeline but the problem comes after the fact, when I received my MacBook pro back it was in far worse condition than when i brought it to them. They have since messed up my screen and added on blotchy spots and lines through the screen and when i returned later to show them and try to ask them to fix something the new issue they caused they just tried to tell me to call apple or a different vendor and that they cant or wont help me. Overall a very frustrating process. Given any future opportunities to bring faulty tech to them, I suggest looking elsewhere if you want your tech to work as promised

This is about the 4th time ive come here and been refused service. The first 3 times were to get front/back of my phone fixed. This time i brought my laptop and told them problem and they wouldnt even look at it. They said its a problem that is 90% of the time a mother board issue but literally wouldnt even take it to check if it was the motherboard or if it was something else. I do not recommend this place. >:(

I dont usually take time to leave bad reviews because life happens and were all human. It could have been a bad day for them at the Greenwood IN store but I had such a bad experience when I had my phone looked at. After many days of stress from calling my service carrier and the manufacturer several times, I was told to bring it in to the repair shop. It was there for 1 whole business day. I called to check the next day and they told me it was done yesterday at 5pm. He could not tell me why no one contacted me on the other contact # OR my email that I provided.?? I went to pick up the phone before work that morning and waited 40 minutes (which is not their fault others were in line before me) but there was only 1 staff at the counter even though another arrived shortly after I got there. (Again I know other staff are doing their own work in the back but cant someone help out during busy rush?)Once its my turn the guy couldnt find my phone because they logged my phone under a wrong name. We finally found it and all he can tell me is it was declined and no explanation... Im paraphrasing but guess that means they couldnt figure out what was wrong with it but that they had trouble with it..? There were no notes on my record to explain what was done to the phone and what they had trouble with. I asked twice if I could talk to a technician and get a little more info but they were too busy. He went in the back to ask but didnt give me any useful information. I left there in tears because my phone had been factory reset and I was not given any guidance what to do next. He could not help me restore my phone settings or recommend next steps other than consider buying a new device.After 2 hrs (not exaggerating) on the phone with Samsung I got my phone restored but no answers to my ongoing phone issues. This has been such a frustrating process which is not this companys fault but the lack of communication and unprofessional business certainly made my day a lot harder.

My note 9 screen cracked. I took it to them, they snuck me in last minute and had it looking brand new in less than an hour. I hope I dont have to go back, but if the unfortunate happens again then they will have me as a customer then as well.

Dropped my phone off to be repaired under Samsung Premium Care for my Note 20 Ultra. I filed the claim online and paid the $30, dropped it off right before closing, they had it repaired late morning the next day. Super simple process, device looked great.EXCEPT. After getting home, I noticed the ultra-wide angle camera was blurry. I dropped it off the following week, turns out there was some adhesive from the repair on the inside of the lens. Dropped it off, they had it done within an hour.I was skeptical of this shop, and Samsung Premium Care, but it was an excellent experience and totally worth the monthly premium. Ill certainly recommend uBreakiFix in the future.

They had 2 customers there that were more difficult (didn’t understand the technology so were confused) but the staff were very kind and took time to explain it to them so they understood. I did not do my research and didnt know that my phone was not rated to be water proof (Google Pixel 4a). Im usually very careful, so didnt get insurance for it. Needless to say, I had an incident and water got inside of my phone. The screen became unresponsive and unreadable. Was so relieved when uBreakiFix was able to repair my phone and quickly!

This location is horrible! I had them fix my Samsung s10 back glass. They replaced it with a different color without asking. I picked it up and they said to come back later and theyll replace it with the correct color. So I went back and their trying to charge me another 50 bucks to replace it even tho it was their mess up. It was kinda insulting to say well $50 isnt bad considering we charge $100 usually.

My son needed his port on his Xbox. We live in Madison, Indiana and they said that I would have to come back to pick it up, but they fixed it in an hour. We were still around the area when they text my son to tell him that the Xbox was ready. The employees are awesome!

My MacBook was not repairable, however the screen was replaced in an effort to resolve what they thought was the issue. The original screen was damaged in the process so the new screen has to be left on. I was not charged for the new screen. Other than that, I did not have much to else to form an opinion. My son brought his phone in to be repaired and they put the wrong back glass on it. They told him they would take care of it but then refused when he took it in and tried to charge him again for the same repair. Now it has worthless trade in value. I will be reporting them to the bbb as well as the Attorney General.

I can make this recommendation about this company: use uBreakiFix only if you live close enough (within ~20 minutes) to walk-in without an appointment. Even call ahead, but dont make an appointment. Heres why:I had an appointment to get my phone battery replaced that I made the day before, and I live about an hour away. The distance was perhaps my fault, but this is the closest place that was able to service my phone, and it had great reviews from people who said that service was fast. The companys slogan per their website is Same Day Repairs.However, even though I had an appointment well before closing time, upon entry I was told that my phone wouldnt be serviced today, because they received too many walk-ins that day. It seems odd to prioritize walk-ins over someone who had an appointment, and it wasnt worth my time to drop off my phone for the day and make another two hour round trip. My two stars is not for my own travel time or my belief in their capability to fix phones, but the deceptive marketing to get you in the door through the idea that you have an appointment that can be completed the same day. I hope this helps you the customer make a decision about whether its worth it to use this service.

Took nearly 3 hours to fix a simple broken glass and front camera on iPhone 8. The tech ended up breaking my home button the first time. Mistakes happen I get it. But then acted like he didn’t do it. Then had to work on it again and finally fixed the screen and camera. The store employees have horrible customer service skills. They need training. The guy who checked me out, presumably the manager, got all upset then ended up giving me half off which was appreciated. The day after is when I noticed the proximity sensor no longer functions. (Where the screen is supposed to go off when help close to your head when in a call) Not going back to get it fixed that’s for sure. Luckily I use a Bluetooth most of the time anyhow. Bottom line is I will check this company off my list of possible phone repair options in the future.

Great staff! Same day repair under two hours for a cracked iPhone screen. Super great place, and professional work, but very poor quality screen for Apple. If you’re used to your original iPhone Retina display appearance, you will notice a huge decrease in quality after having screen replaced. Everything has a prominent blue tint to it, and the color depth/richness gets lost. Everything is washed out, and the original definition is gone. I’ve managed to tweak the “accessibility” settings as much as possible to try and help, but still extremely blue and washy. Not the fault of the staff by any means, but definitely something to take note of. At the end of the day, I walked in with a cracked screen, and walked out with a great repair. However, the display quality of the phone is absolutely a downgrade unfortunately. But, much better than having a cracked screen, that’s for sure! Again, just something to take note of and keep in mind.

Stay away. Walked in with a Samsung tablet because, well their website says they fix Samsung tables. Guess what...they dont work on Samsung tablets. I had to wait in line. Two people ahead of me and one behind. The one customer at the counter received his tablet back and wasnt happy with the work. He had to leave it (again) for them to fix it. The guy in front of me said this was his 3rd time coming in for the same problem. Then it was my turn and they couldnt help. As I was walking out the lady behind me said... Im back. Telling me she had been there before but had to come back. STAY AWAY
