Dont trust the prices on the shelves! I purchased 4 items on 11/2/21: shelf prices read juice @ 1.84 or 1.89 & rang up 2.08, Ritz crackers @ 2.68 & rang up 2.74, the case of soda pop was accurate @ 7.98. (only a 44 to 54 cent difference- but thats on only 4 items;) & I didnt have enough money... which means waiting 10 min to get an employee to delete an item from the register rings .... ugh!Also, four Walmart employees locking the east entrance about 10:04pm waited until I was within 4 of the door ... they could have waited another 20 seconds, or motioned me away before I was there, or mouthed sorry as we were only 5 from each other.

Nice as far as Walmart’s go. Nice that they reorganized their selection of alcohol. Was able to get in and out no problem

Came here to pick up dog food went to the lawn and garden to check out because it was right by there and the employee working in lawn and garden told me she couldnt check me out because they were short people I mean Im standing right there willing to spend money and employee standing right in front of me couldnt help me makes no sense I would understand if you had no one at all to work that area but come on

Walmart is always busy. It’s not a problem for me but it is for my friend who has to drive in a scooter. She has had to abandon her scooter twice because the battery died so quickly.

This Walmart is close to I65 exit 100. The parking lot entrance to the north has a big dip as you enter off Emerson Avenue so RVs and other travel trailers might be helpful if you chose the second entrance going south. The market is on the east side with the garden center/tire center on the west. The building faces north. Always clean and stocked real good. Has a Subway up front. The deli has hot food which is quite good. The fruit and vegetables in produce are well maintained and always looks fresh. The meat section is huge and offer rotisserie chickens. This place doesnt change the floor plan like some so I never feel lost. I can usually find what I am looking for rather quickly even though it is a huge place. I like the fact the gas station is at the closest side of the building near Emerson Avenue. You dont have to fight the many customers in the parking lot. The garden center in the spring offers alot of bedding plants. The tire center is convenient and very helpful.

I like how this location has products that are not at my typical location. I travel down to this location every 2 weeks to grab things they have that the other does not. The store is clean itself and some of the staff are great and friendly. My last experience I just had I was looking for a certain part of the store and I seen an employee walking so I stopped to ask her, and she completely ignored me, didnt even look at me and kept walking. So I had asked a customer (since I am not familiar with this area) where the particular section I was looking for was. I like how the liquor aisles are set up. The look of it draws you in. The lights they have hanging above the items remind of a bar type scene, along with some of the signs my father use to have.

I had a great experience at this store. They were polite and courtius. I will go back.

Why can’t this Walmart properly stock Corona lights? I go weekly and they’re always out!! Might need to re-evaluate your inventory with the liquor rep???

Very pleased with the photo center. I had over 200 photos on a thumb drive from several years back. I actually went online and was able to upload them to the website and said they would be ready for pickup in 1 hour. I got a text notification in less than 1 hour they were ready and I got to the store and picked them up and was out in less then 5 minutes very impressed.

Employees not very helpful was on her phone said hang on I asked my question and very quickly was told no we dont carry that then back to her phone.

Staff was extremely helpful. This store is clean and stocked well. However, the parking lot lights are frequently off. There was a customer that was almost hit by a car because its so dark. This is just a huge safety issue. The businesses on the far ends of the parking lot always have their lights on so I venture to guess its not due to a power outage.

Its a big box store where no one makes a living wage, but its really convenient its existence has forced out all local alternatives so its not like theres a comparitive local store you could shop at so if you need it they likely have it check out lines are long this place too is understaffed like everywhere else

This one isnt to bad. A little nicer than most. Not stocked great but better than the Camby one I was at yesterday

The store was nice and clean some of the crew was not very friendly you could tell it bothered them when you asked them for help

This store has almost everything you can ask for. The cashiers overall nice,but one in particular goes above the normal. His name is Dave and his bubbly attitude is outrageous.

Good experience. Except we hadnt shopped there before. So we had to hunt things. One item we left without because we were tired. And one item we left without because it was behind a locked case. We couldnt understand why the K-Y ointment was locked up.

What can you really say about Walmart. No matter what state I have been in, the place is crazy packed and very few lanes open. The deals are good but sometimes I just dont want to punish myself by going there

Went to Pharmacy to pickup order called in by my doctor.She says we’ll have it ready in 10 minutes. I go back in 20, and wait in a line. Oh it’s still not ready. Then, an hour later, I getA text telling me it’s ready. On the text, it says they’re open from 9:00-8:00 p.m. I rush back there in crazy lunch traffic (again). Oh we’re closed till 2:00!!But your text says you’re open from 9:00 -8:00, !!!!Please Walmart!!!! If you’re going to put your hours on this text, then mention when you’re closed for lunch.!!!Does anyone in this company have the brains toMaybe mention this to people after they have already wasted their time because someone keeps telling them their prescription will be ready but it isnt?“Oh we use an outside company for that” .Terrible ………Service

Good shopping. Wish there were a few places to sit. Im 77 with arthritis in my ankles. And if I could sit for a few minutes I would hurry my shopping so much. I know there sitting at Subway and the PharmacyBenchrs are goneMaybe a small bench in the back of the store by the Rear restrooms.

With the country wide shelf depletions, this store is staying stocked more adequately than most in the area.

It has good prices and has good veriety.

Big & clean. Well stocked store. Good parking lot. Area for trucks, however posted no overnight parking. A little tight to get in/ out with trailer. Worth stopping just to shop and eat. Numerous options right there.

May seem silly, but me and the hubby went here to get kids posters, and apparently, they stopped selling the cute ones for little childrens rooms. They dont have the selections they used to have.....you know, the kind you browse on big poster boards in black frames.....and now theres just mainly pop/rap star pics, not My Little Pony (one twin), or Sonic (the other twin), which makes two inconsolable girls, and one distraught momma. 😩😉

Never anything good happens at this Walmart. The only thing you can do is hope youre not going to get shot while youre in the parking lot or in the store. This is the Walmart that always shows up in every redneck story or anything where youre laughing at the photos this is the Walmart they come from. This store is worse than any of the other ones even in the worst areas of town. In order to shop here and keep people coming in they should have a full police force just to make sure you make it in and out the door not even for the people that are stealing or anything else.

This Walmart was definitely more clean and organized then others in the area. As well as shelves being stocked.

Had to run in and pick up a few groceries to take back to hotel, I found everything with ease, checkout was super easy, used the self check out. Decided not to purchase an item and clerk was quick to come assist with that and was very friendly.

I needed to return something which I had ordered on line. It was something kind of big and bulky and needed to go into a box to return it to vendor. She could have very easily let me fend for myself for a box and wrapping. She took extra time to find a box that worked and took care of everything for me. It was really nice to experience excellent customer service for once!

Walmart is a great place for all households in most reasonable price. I have visited various stores but the price for household stuff is most reasonable in Walmart.

Went for fishing bait to take geandkids fishing. Cooler was warm worms were dead and slimey. Not an enjoyable experience.

Store was well organized & pretty tidy for a walmart. Out of the item I needed. Bathrooms were dirty...3/4 stalls unusable.

This is a nice store - big and well stocked. But, the womens clothing section looks like a hurricane swept through. It was a totally junked up mess. Plenty of employees working the area, but not doing anything. Its unfortunate.

Extremely low inventory, and half the items dont have prices on them, or on the shelves. The GM needs to be more involved in the structure and process of this location, or corporate needs to find a GM thats capable!

This store is set up alot like the Camby store, which I used to work at so I knew my way around. This store was clean and an employee within a specific department was easy to locate.

Told me my presciption would be ready in 45 mins came back and told me it wouldnt be ready for three days

This is easily the best and nicest Walmart in the Greenwood area that I have been to.

Good selection but super messy. So much overflow product on the floor it was a bit ridiculous.

Super clean store... Very polite and knowledgeable Employees. I enjoy going to shop at this store when I need anything. It was cool calm and they had everything in stock I needed. Even hard to find items there were several choices, one less expensive but equal quality products. I needed.They say Greenwood has changed, but I honestly think its the same Good, clean South side of Indy Id rather be and feel more secure.... Greenwood has always kept a Higher quality of life standard even though can be a hassle at times in certain instances, which is another matter.I honestly like this walmart the best in my personal preference.... This is the dirtiest Walmart that I have ever been in! Carts were overflowing in the parking lot. Nobody around to help. However, while uso g self checkout, a couple of the gals in that area were great.

Its a busy place, but has great employees that are very good at what they do!

They had everything I needed and at decent prices.

I love this particular WMSC!!! ALWAYS CLEAN, usually fully staffed. An easy in and out at most times, except for the obvious Saturday and Sunday in the middle of the day.

Everytime I go to this one I can never find everything I need, constantly out of something, otherwise its a nice walmart.

The store is huge.....but everything that I went for was a bust! I know, I know.....its covids fault....Im sick of that excuse! Oh and when customers are shopping your stocking crew runs over top of us and never smiles or says excuse me and when I would say Im sorry they looked at me like I had a third eye! Im from the South....just visiting and boy Im glad I dont live here....makes me very homesick!

Parking can be hard. Not enough handicap parking. People and staff half the time dont wear mask when entering store . Just because you may be vaccinated, doesnt mean you should not respect those that may have not been yet. No brainer....so from now on Ill do my shopping online.

Toy isle looks like a goodwill. A lot of the toys have been broken into and separate pieces of sets scattered all around. Went to look for a birthday gift for my niece and it was just horrific. In fact, the whole store looks in disarray. Literally found bras and panties in the bakery. Someone needs to clean this place up!

Out of everything, employees act like you are bothering them when you ask questions. Its really went down hill.

I always drive out of my way to get to this walmart. The walmart near my residence is horrid to say the least. Always experience long lines, even longer wait times...however not at this walmart! Seems to be very efficient when it comes to ease of service. Always in and out. How I like it!

The floor was dirty, the employees were rude, and the aroma of crystal m3th was pungent. As someone visiting abroad it was the full American experience. It was more authenticly American than the Statue of Liberty and Disney World combined. A pseudo toothless transient named Tammy even offered me some sloppy in exchange for a cold Filet-O-Fish.

Cashier shortage all the time. I only buy groceries there because clothing never fits right. i also have a problem with electronic department the employees never have a answer or will actually say i dont know theres not anyone else here besides me. I feel like if Im spending 300.00 on a television or what ever it maybe I need info

I do not recommend this Walmart photo department. They are slow to acknowledge customers waiting to pickup online orders and frequently have trouble finding them. They gave me a card order today that wasnt fully trimmed and didnt include envelopes. Management was not helpful for offering an easy solution or refund remotely.

Better than some worse than others. At least its consistently clean. Just wish the other customers would remember masks. But hey bot my call ill just avoid them.

Love this WalMart! It is huge! About 3 times the size of the one in our old hometown, Shelbyville. The people of Greenwood are so polite and nice.

Less crowded and clean place for groceries, meat, household stuff and every thing else.

Very nice, large store. As with most Wal Mart locations, wide variety of merchandise for home, health and lifestyle. Grocery section, with added services at the front of the store. Subway restaurant inside. Checkout was quick and easy for to the time of day.

Best Walmart in the city. Hands down.

This store is 10 times better then the one in Beech Grove. Im really surprised the health Department hasnt shut that one down. The meat case shelves had meat blood all down in the bottom and dried blood splattered on the glass dividers, the shelves are never stocked, skids and skids of store product are always in the aisles. I think the GM need to make a surprise visit so that GM can see for themselves.

Long line for returns. Woman in front of me had over 20 items to return with no receipt.The process for my return was tedious and slow since it was a grocery delivery. He did finally get the full amount credited to my card.I will avoid this very busy, stressful store with unhappy workers by shopping somewhere else.

Staff is always super friendly. Store was really clean. Not crowded at all. Got right in check out line and checked out in a matter of minutes.

I had my Covid Shot done here and the Pharmacy Staff was so knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They answered every question I asked and they were very efficient.

Best of the Walmart options in the area. Usually pretty well stocked and store is normally clean. Staff is mostly friendly. This store is always busy, so plan an extra few mins to navigate the public while there. Overall if Im going to WM this is my first choice store.

Its all ways stressful being in there people not knowing how to act. The staff are friendly and sometimes helpful. Shelfs always need to be stocked and the clearance always seems to be bare and in dismay. Not what you want to see.
