Gamestop always behind in marvel legends always 3to 4 months behind everyone else even behind Walmart and other retailers.So I collect out of comic stores and the toy Federation so I dont have to wait months after the figure release thats dropping the ball!

I didnt get her name, but the woman who worked there greeted us when we arrived. Then she showed us the controller we needed, as well as explained the warranty. She made it a short and pleasant shopping experience.

Very professional and great customer service i like they they now have a secion for pc parts and accessories now as well.

Staff is always down to earth and informative, just wish it was a cooler in there stores, personally things playing on a loop on TV is annoying... At least to me

The Greenwood store has a really funky smell to it and it feels as if its almost sticky/humid in there. Honestly smells molded. Most all of the prices on games are higher there than at Walmart or Amazon, but some of the gaming accessories or used games can be cheaper and you dont have to deal with going to Walmart. The staff seems super friendly, so that is a huge plus.

Some what friendly staff, depends on whos working. Dont waste your time trying to sale your consoles or games here. Youre offered more with in store credit instead of cash, which is A LOT less. They seem to have more used games instead of new ones.

My husband and children really love Gamestop. We have a Power Rewards account and it has saved us money. It gives us discounts on preowned games and points to redeem in order to get coupons to use on the games we buy. Then they trade in games for other games. Its actually a win, win!

The GameStop in Greenwood is a little hard to find. You have to know it is in the Lowes Shopping Center behind Cracker Barrel to find it. If the place is crowded, expect to wait but if you can get there when it is slow, you will get really good service from the people working there. The place is too small for a crowd because it has a large selection in a very small space. Lots of collectables and new and used video games. While I would argue the price for most used games is too high, it beats buying a new game at full price only to find you hate it.

Employees are very nice BUT no one ever answers the phone. So you end up having to drive to the store just to check on preorders. Very frustrating!

My experience. Ive been sick with the flu so my husband went into this store to buy the game rise of the tomb raider to pass my time in bed. I go to put the game in not paying attention and realize that they put the definitive edition cd in the rise of the tomb raider case. The store closes before He could make it there tonight as we live 40+ min away, and it took calling 12 times to finally get someone to pick up the phone, so I am outta luck until tomorrow when I will make a special trip all the way back to town so they can switch it out. I understand things happen but when someone spends $60 on a game and regularly spends $100. Or more in your store it seems like youd get a little more than Im sorry, this is not a small mistake in my opinion. I am without a game that I paid for, and I will no longer be using this store.

Been trying to call for 3 days and havent gotten anyone to answer yet lol. I live 40 min away so Id like to ask if what Im after is in stock before driving there to be ignored the entire time that Im in the store, or watch the associates talk to their friends about what they did last night rather than accommodating the paying customer. If by chance they do actually greet you and ask if you need assistance be prepared for rudeness unless youre dropping hundreds of dollars, they then treat you like family bc theyre getting commission of some sorts it seems. Wish I could rate 0 stars bc they dont deserve a 1.

Phone broken. Printer broken. Store might as well shut down. Some red head guy who is a manager was extremely rude. I really doubt he was even a manager though unless they just promote anyone who shows up. Id rather drive out of town then go to this place again.

I dont know what happened to the other folks that reviewed this Gamestop, and maybe they have a new manager since, but I frequent this Gamestop (Im there just about every Saturday morning through the school year because my son has karate lessons and I need something to do), and most times the manager is in. Shes kind, shes nice, and shes always willing to talk (as long as they arent busy) about the new collectibles and games that theyve gotten in since last I saw her. I really appreciate that, because shes steered me toward a lot of items I wouldve missed out on.Yes, its a Gamestop. As a business that deals mostly in used games, yes, theyre going to give you less than you think your game is worth, because they have to resell it for a profit. Thats a business. If you have a problem with that, dont go to Gamestop; go to Craigslist or eBay. If you need quick credit for a game, THATS what Gamestop is for.Frankly, this is the best Gamestop Ive been in. Only once have I had a bad experience, and the manager cleared that right up. This one has some awesome stuff and is light years past any of the 8 zillion stores in the Greenville area, and as Id previously boycotted Gamestop before that when we lived in Indiana (because most of the employees are rude know-it-alls that, sadly, I knew more than every single time), the fact that I go to a Gamestop at all says something about the quality of this particular establishment.

I was just here for Black Friday, and was able to get everything I wanted except the Injustice 2 which was at a steal for $14, they sold out, no biggie for me because I was able to get it at Wal-Mart for $19 (originally $49)so I am still a happy mama

The store employees have always been nothing but kind to me. I dont know where all this hate is coming from but Ive never seen the kind of treatment Im hearing about. I go in quite often and Ive never seen anything from the employees that is anywhere near the level of what some people are claiming on the customer service front. The staff on was very friendly about my friends and I coming it 2 minutes before closing.
