Pharmacy is absolutely garbage. Waiting so long for no reason. Super rude employee, said I could “ go to a different pharmacy.” And I wish I just would’ve.

I was on hold for 51 minutes first time. I hung up and called back, I was on hold for another hour and 8 minutes. I never got to speak with a pharmacist. I was advised both by CVS on Stop 11 and online that I had 2 prescription available. The pharmacist in another state tried to process and they were told I didn’t have any refills available. One finally got refilled, but the other did not. The one that did not, was available online; yet I didn’t want it to process for that location. Now it’s no where to be found and apparently answering the phone isn’t in their job description! I called the front receptionist and tho she tried to help, the pharmacy still wouldn’t take the time to locate my prescription!

Don’t waste your time at this store, it seems to be poorly managed and the pharmacy is an absolute waste of time. Constantly having 30 + minute hold times on the phone, most of the techs aren’t in friendly spirits, and the pharmacists seem to be swamped. Good luck! And may the odds forever be in your favor!

I came in on 9/11/2021 to get the covid 19 vaccine at 4:50 pm and they refused to give it to me because they said they were going to close at 5:30. This is really absurd they should not turn people away seaking the vaccine.

I’ve been on hold with the pharmacy for 25 minutes and counting trying to ask them how much longer until my prescription is ready. my throat is closing up and i’ve already been waiting 3 hours for it because it’s still not ready for pickup

Unfortunately I can’t leave zero stars. Megan at the drive thru is horribly rude. I get it people have bad days but you simply cannot act like this working in customer service. How she still works here is pretty incredible.

Slow, poorly staffed. Was told it would be 20 min when at drive thru window. Parked, waited 29 min. Walked in and was told it would be 35-49 min. Explained to her I was just told it would be 20 minutes just 20 minutes before. All she said was “sorry.” Ridiculous.

Aetna app says walk in available for the minute clinic. But then I had to schedule an appointment for the next day after reaching there.

They are so slow. I had over the counter cream ordered, was not Ben a prescribed medicine or drug and they literally took 25 mins to actually to process it. Ridiculously slow.Better go to the one on Route 135 and not waste your time

The pharmacy never answer their phones. I’ve never NOT waited at least 30 minutes for them to answer. Been using them for a few years and it’s just gotten worse.

They disappoint almost every time. So slow to fill a prescription (at least 1 hour) and long lines and wait time on the phone. The evening employees do not know how to do their job, they have attitude. They do not understand a customers needs and sometimes fill the wrong prescription. Worst cvs in greenwood. Dont recommend.

Had to wait for an hour in drive-thru today and there were 5 or 6 cars ahead of me. You need to better train your staff on how use the CVS app. It took 10 minutes to get my details right because the pharmacist did not know how to use the extracare pickup from the CVS app. Once they got the details, it took couple of minutes to pull up the medicine. Using the app would have saved lot of time.

This is my backup CVS; if it was a wee bit closer to home it would be my primary. I have filled just 8 or so prescriptions here for my wife and I, but no matter the time of day—including a 4:00 AM emergency—the pharmacists are extremely nice, extremely patient, and extremely helpful. Impossible to be any more pleased with a drug store — or, for that matter, any business.

Terrible pharmacy refused to refill my medication I had to go somewhere else to get it refilled where I was able to get it refilled without a problem the pharmacist said he felt uncomfortable refilling it i told the other pharmacy and my Dr and they found it strange and ridiculous

I explained to person at pharmacy window that I am deac. She refused to lower her mask, even though I had one on. Ok then please right down what your telling me. I needed a prescription she said my insurance wouldnt pay for. I explained to her that I understood that. Before I could get the out-of-pocket cost, she slammed the window in my face. Very very rude and unprofessional. People that werent born deaf can speak but we usually read lips. With COVID19 I understand the dangers, but she is the required distance away. She was the most rude person at any pharmacy I have ever been to.

Couldnt possibly be more rude and uninterested there. One drive through line has been out of service for years so ridiculously long wait outside but also inside. Just spent 10 minutes on hold to ask a pricing question and was disconnected in the middle. Definitely going someplace else next time.

Regardless of the day or the hour you visit, its always poorly stocked and poorly managed. Staff that just couldnt be bothered at the front and the back. The nicest person I interacted with here was the lady giving flu shots.

If I could give this CVS negative Stars I would. Its the worst CVS Ive ever encountered! Whether youre going there to pick up a prescription or you need to call them and actually speak to a person youre going to wait at least 15 minutes. Not to mention the fact that they never have things ready when theyre supposed to even if you call and speak to someone they say youre going to have a prescription ready nine times out of 10 youre going to leave empty-handed and be told to come back in several hours. Absurd

The absolute slowest and busiest pharmacy Ive ever been to. Constantly under staffed. Half the drive through has been broken for years. They messed up my daughters medication three times in a row. She takes two pills everyday and the last three times they gave her a prescription for 1 a day. Its a huge hassle to deal with two weeks later when she is out. We have to call the doctor, insurance, and the pharmacy to get it all worked out. There is a Walgreens across the street that is cleaner and has competent, friendly staff. Do your self a favor and never set foot in this CVS.

Always understaffed. Sat in drive-thru for almost a half hour. If I had not been in so much pain, I would have cancelled my Rx and went somewhere else. What good is it to be open 24 hours if it takes 24hours to get the Rx filled?

Quick and friendly pharmacy. A few staff members at the cash register could be more knowledgeable and act like they enjoy their job a bit Unless that’s the norm. Otherwise 4.8 Stars.

Couldnt buy Bloody Mary mix on sunday because they coded it wrong as alcohol despite zero content. Its essentially spicy tomato juice. Supervisor was polite but couldnt override system. Needs to be fixed.

Had a great experience at the minute clinic; did not realize they were also open on Sunday so I waited to go an extra day and the illness was feeling intense. The online service was great for appointment reservation. I received prompt, accurate, and kind service from Kelly krol and appreciated the immediate relief provided along with cost concern of medications. Would go back here any day for same day care that you cant always get from a GP. The lobby was well kept as well; solid location, indeed.

24 hour pharmacy so win right off the bat. The women who checked us out at the pharmacy not only made sure we understood the medication, she also asked if we wanted her to contact the dr for refills and saved us over $60 by using the GoodRX app. Very thankful for the help!!

The pharmacy is unorganized and super slow. I was told the wait time was 30 minutes but I waited for 1 hour before it was ready. I am very disappointed and frustrated but looking at the reviews this behavior and understaffed keeps coming up yet the managers dont seem to care or do anything to make things better.

As a new customer because my old pharmacy closed, I have been treated kindly, but the wait time is awful. I understand with new customers they are probably getting more business and have more than they can up with. Trying to get there with the construction in Greenwood right now is ridiculous and then having to wait for something that should be ready this just plain Ole aggravating. I tried to pick up a prescription I called in twice now and have left both times without it. I need to find another Pharmacy like my old one. There is something to be said for a pharmacy that is not a nationwide chain. The old time family-owned Pharmacy. I really dont like to post negative comments about everything, but this morning I was fit to be tied. It doesnt matter what time of day I go, Ive had the same result. They really need more help.

Went to pick up my sons prescription made my line and the girl me i had to pay over $300 dollars for it which I told her is not posible since his health insurance cover that for years and ask me if I have his health insurance card which I did, had to go the consultation window so they can enter the information and the lady said I had to go back in line again which have over 6 people waiting already. I come from work and I made my line and it’s ridiculous I had to stand in line and wait just because today after years they needed the insurance information again 😡

ABSOLUTELY THE MOST RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF TIME IVE EVER SPENT WAITING TO PICK UP A PRESCRIPTION THAT WAS ALREADY SUPPOSED TO BE READY...an hour later and my 2 year old son and myself are STILL waiting!!! Im 40 weeks pregnant and had to stand in line for over 15mins/20mins to be told by the new girl at the counter to go over to another counter to be taken care of, something that she honestly could have helped me with instead of sending me to another counter to wait and talk to someone else. After I was helped at the second counter, I was told to go back in the long line I had just left, to wait again to get my medicine. If I wasnt super pregnant, uncomfortable, and if my legs werent swelling I would have gotten back in line. There wasnt much hope to go thru the drive up either, because the person running the window was running super, super slow, I would have waited another 20+mins from either line. I have ran into problems with this location running slow, which was fine but today was the worst service I have had the entire time I have been coming to this location for the past 3 years.

I have been a customer of CVS on 655 S. U.S. Highway for many years. I have always gone there and there is a nice man there who is very helpful. Steve. Always nice but they are in desperate need of help. They are slammed and their customer service is not near as good as before. The staff seems rushed and busy and just have little time to explain anything. Steve does help who and when he can.. Medications are never rarely ready and if they are it’s like 2 out of 5. Nobody wants a text saying your scripts are ready, drive there, and see that 2 are ready. Fix that issue for one. Let’s talk about Tracy. She is very unfriendly. She scowls as you walk through the door. She doesn’t smile. She didn’t say hello. There was a man behind me that she knew and she did say hello to him but that was all. They were a line of us and she just had the most frightening expression on her face. The other staff seemed terrified to approach her. There were two sides. One person was standing way over on the other end. I walked up to the other counter and she just snapped for me to move back into line. I went to tell her she was being very rude and unfriendly and it turned out several other customers agree that this woman is not nice. She didn’t acknowledge that or apologized. No. I also talked to her on the telephone and it was impossible to get her to tell me what I needed refilled. She said she couldn’t read off my list, instead I would need to drive home and look at my prescriptions. Now. That’s horrible customer service and I have never had that happen to me there ever. Where’s Steve? Where are his people. Ceara? These people now don’t smile, they don’t make eye contact, and they are rude. They have no manager at the time and Tracy needs an attitude adjustment big time. People come to CVS for medically necessary chemicals that some of us have to take either for our minds or because are bodies are broken. A smile would go along way folks!
