Horrible customer service. They do not honor their prices. I paid for 4 lifts on may 5th. My lifts came in today and they changed the price by $6,000. John from titan told me to bad, either pay more or get a refund. I waited 4 months for my lifts, just for them to hold them ransom for more money.

Specifically asked for transit times because I NEEDED the lift asap. Ordered it and they send it with the crappiest carrier out there to save a nickel.. I had to drive 3 hrs to pick it up from terminal at my expense.. Both wholesale lifts and titan lifts were full of excuses, heck i could have driven 2 more hours and saved the entire freight charge and been done with it. But sending a lift 240 miles that takes 4-7 days is unnacceptable.missing parts scratched everywhere in shipping because poor packagine.. And they say . It happens sorry.. Noooo, no its shouldnt

Purchased the 8000 XLT and with the exception of the instructions everything is better than expected!! Great lift, especially for the money!!. Double safety lock system and overall good design. Can you get a better lift...yes...for the money no!! I would compare this lift to Atlas or Benpak which all seem to have same design. Benpak has the airlocks but I did not want to deal with running separate air line to the lift. Also, I felt like it was safer to have use 2 hands to lower but not sure exactly how the air lock set up works...seems like more to worry about vs. simple tie rod set up for lock system. I also called Titan to confirm a few install questions and they answered the phone quickly and were helpful.

The directions to put this lift together were vague.. was such a hassle to put together and would not recommend it. Research more companies before you decide!!
