I love the manager I believe his name is Jason. Really good guy and knows his stuff. However recently after leaving a packed Walmart my alternator sounded funny so I went to get it checked. Nope. Liberal policies prevent them and many other chain stores of doing their jobs or having any decent customer service. I went to midway down the road and got everything tested for free and got my alternator for about $200 less than what advanced wanted.
Employees were nice, would like to see masks being used more . Install of battery was fast but lost database .
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even installed the item.
Slow service. 2 clerks 1 other customer and I had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to pay attention to me.

Horrible services! Apparently, the computers are not used at all to assist customers in finding parts needed to fix their vehicles. Not sure why they call it an auto parts store.
Purchased part for over $69.00. Later was told by the body shop the universal part would not fit. Tried to return it to another Advanced Auto, but was told I had to take it to the store where I had picked it up because they would have a record of the purchase on their computer.Their computer did not show any purchase from me. How convenient. I showed the guy on my phone where I had been charged by Advance Auto Greer on that date for that amount. I am stuck with a part I cannot use.

My fiancé was getting a new battery at Store 15041. Greer sc. I went in and was ignored then was rudely the lady named Debra sighed in frustration and rudely said,”do you want to install battery here or not” I will never do business with them again.She gave the wrong battery size to the guy to install it and ended up buying a whole new battery and taking the wrong one out and putting the right one in,absolutely terrible experience!
Kayla, Bobby, And Adam are why I buy from here non stop. The service that Kaylas team provides is immense!!! Most Advance stores dont know a muffler from a intake, this store DOES know about cars. Kayla is probably more knowledgeable then 85% of men when it comes to cars, as her and her family run a very nice company repairing vehicles themselves. This store treats you like a freind, not just a number!
That boy Dustin is being under utilized there. If you dont promote him someone will make him an offer for better. I did 30 years in the Airforce and retired as a Colonel, in all my years Ive only met 5 others like him and all of them took their Units to the next level. Because of him I will continue to go to this establishment and I feel confident he will take care of my wife and daughter and will never lead them astray.

I have never really had any problems here but on this day the lady who helped me had absolutely no idea what she was doing. Came for the alternator and battery check and she was like could be either or could be neither. Next place I went(luckily was a friends house car died). Called my insurance roadside and sure enough it was alternator.

Adam is the man. He is a Mechanic that now works for advanced. He listened to me and my problem and knew just what to do. Adam checked the parts that he thought would be the problem and in 2 minutes he knew the problem. Keep me from spending $$$.He even fixed it in the parking lot in about 1 minute. Ask for the best on Ford stuff, Adam
Quality of the product I brought was of very poor quality and when I had an issue with the battery that I brought from them... New...(is went dead in 2 months ) I was only given a quick charge to it..and I had to do all the uninstallion and replacing it back in the Truck myself once it was charged..

Was there and had to wait 30 minutes for the old black guy. and the reason I use that term is because I dont know his name. for him to actually assist people in line. there was only one other kid there that actually did a great job. once he got back into the store from installing my battery yes he installed the battery or at least finished came in the store and finally help the people in line thats how long the guy just sat there and allowed people to stand in line that is very unprofessional
Gary is the man to talk to...he seen me walk in hurried to help me and helped me get what i needed...someone else was wanting to bother him who appeared to not be a customer but he politely explained that he needed to wait because his customers come first and that made my whole day and made me feel awesome...thank you Gary

My ignition switch broke in my car and a young Latin male employee took my order over the phone. I waited 90 min for delivery. Upon arrival I was told to come back in 10 min. I returned 15 min later and the female manager said my part just came in and it would be a minute or two. A few minutes later she asked me if I was sure that I ordered it! I recounted the story and she said well, sorry, it was never ordered! Thats it!!! I called Auto Zone five miles away and picked it up np problem. Do yourself a favor and go to Auto Zone!!
Susan and staff always help me find my parts and go out of their way to make sure its right. If one person doesnt know what I need they go get a second opinion from either Bobby or Claude who always have an answer.

Worst store in the area. I’ll stick to the one in Wellford or store 1156 before I step foot in this one. Whole management staff working today needs to be replaced.

Store hours on a Friday night are until 9:00PM. Came to this location and was here at 8:56PM and as we are walking up to the door the person locks the door in front of us. Very rude for one but we will take our business to OReilly from here on out.
