I love a good quality clean store. Even willing to pay more for it. Sometimes that is even double...because you get what you pay for. However, Publix is entirely TOO EXPENSIVE in every category. Produce, meats, and everything else. And I have lived in multiple states. This store takes the cake. I walked down every aisle just to prove myself wrong. Ended up leaving with some cookies from the bakery. I dont know if it was just this location or what...but I cant see me returning anytime soon.

Our neighborhood favorite grocery store and pharmacy.Excellent choices in all departments.A bit pricey, but well worth it.All of the employees and managers are very polite and courteous.A special shout out to the pharmacy and the super friendly and efficient staff.Sue is the main pharmacist, she is the best!

It was a great experience. I enjoyed Bonnie my cashier. She was very patient even though I had my earbuds in my ear. I chose to bag my own items while she was scanning. A lady came by to offer help i think she was a supervisor. I told her no thank you I got it. I found everything I needed & it was on sale. I might return again if I am in the area.

Pick up my mother and sisters things from the pharmacy as well as freshly prepared bread and desserts from the bakery. The food is always fresh. The pharmacy is mostly very quick. I have heard stories from others about having to wait long times for prescriptions but not experienced wait times that are abnormal.

Used the pharmacy the prices with good rx were fabulous compared to cvs, that I was overwhelmed. The service was friendly and honest and very helpful. I will be returning.

I got my daughters first birthday cake over the weekend and I loved it! It also comes with a free smash cake when they they turn one, which I thought was pretty awesome. I’ll see them again next year☺️

I always find good quality stuff here. Everything is well organized. The staff is helpful and courteous. The only thing they can improve would be the deli is always understaffed and it always increases the time I have to spend shopping.

Didnt seem to want to fry fresh onion rings. Four old ones in tray. Not even an order. Deli is only dept that has an attitude about everything. Needs help. Everyone else in the store is fantastic.

Its usually always a great experience. Our main go to here is subs and tea. Last 2 times we have ordered our subs we were not impressed. The laziness and lack of customer service was shocking for Publix honestly. Sandwiches were awful. No love was put into making them. A few months ago I rated a 5 but its definitely not up to that anymore. Cake ladies & Meat men seem to still have the positive attitude. We will try it again but this time is the deal breaker.

Publix is my go to place to get cold subs for picnic, but recently I have discovered that they make one of the best meatballs subs in our area. If you are like me and enjoy trying out meatball subs at pizza or Italian restaurants then you need to try out Publix.

Customer service lady was very rude, I sent money through Western Union all the time without my ID but this time this lady who didn’t even explain why she needed my ID started talking rude and making faces. It’s not like I’m there to pick up money, I’m only sending it, all the other people before me never asked for my ID when sending only for receiving. There was a white guy there before me that was also sending money and she didn’t even ask for his ID. Well I guess because I’m colored she needs my ID. She definitely ruined my day.

Publix Super MarketIs clean,well stocked shelfs.The store has a lot of unique products.This store has many employees working on the floor.Checking out was slow,they only had two registers. The Publix Super Market is in high income neighborhoods. They expect an exceptional shopping experience and they sure have it. If you live in this area you know what Im talking about.

Well, Lets start off with the store manager, Wayne Martin. Who thinks its just okay to speak and treat his associates anyway he pleases. He is the upmost disrespectful store manager I have ever encountered in my retail grocery job life. I was at this store for 10 years, and he was the cherry on top of my sundae for the reason I left. Since Ive left Ive had numerous of associates tell me its gotten worse.Publix is NOT the grocery store it use to be, for associates!!!I promise you, rethink before you apply. Youre better than how they treat you and make you feel. At least if you do apply and get a job here, STAND UP FOR YOURSELF, you will need it!You really never know when youve got it good til the good is gone.Dissapointed....

I love this store, they are always super friendly, and great service. I can always find everything I need. Also, I get my prescriptions filled here and on top of that I just got my flu shot for free (it is covered in full by my insurance) and they gave me a $10 gift card just for doing it. I love it!!

This used to be the best place to get subs, but unfortunately things seem to have gone downhill. Weve had back to back experiences now where the subs were not made as ordered and the vegetables lacked freshness. Very sad to see this has happened. No longer recommend.

Love our Publix at Thornblade. Today I heard an announcement over the loudspeakers to please wear a mask inside the store. I saw a few out of place people without them but most everyone was following the guidelines and thinking about others. The young guy wiping the carts down was super polite and appreciated and even told me to have a good day when I was heading out. Everyone was very polite. Thanks!

Incredibly frustrated with the pharmacy at this location. This makes the third time that Ive been to pick up my prescription and its not ready! I dropped off my latest prescription yesterday and told them that I needed it today, 24+ hours later, I go pick up my prescription and she said that it wouldnt be ready until tomorrow because its a controlled substance. Thats no problem, I understand that there are rules in place for this. However, on my way home, I receive a text saying that my prescription is ready! You have to be kidding me...I dont have all day to play tag with the pharmacy. Very aggravating experience.

New to the area and I find this place a Great neighborhood supermarket with excellent deals. The only downside is they up charge for custom cut meat especially chicken which is unheard of in any other supermarket even around here.

Clean and friendly. As all the Publix love their BOGO. Got to the register today, bought some Mounds, box said 1.79 but at the register it came out as 2.00. Showed the cashier the difference so he called a lady who said I was right so they didnt charged me for it. I wasnt expecting that, I would have gladly paid the 1.79 that was stated.Thank you!
