Staff was really friendly. Found some great deals on a new pair of work shoes and a new pair of hiking boots.

The layout of this place makes no sense to me. There doesnt seem to be any discernable sections by gender or age group. For example, they have kids shoes in multiple areas on either side of the store. And, mens and womens shoes are on the same isles together based on the brand of the shoes (as far as I can tell). The clearance section is a disaster with absolutely no organization by gender, age, or size. The only positive thing I have to say is that they had a pretty good variety for mens shoes, but even that is technically only true if you happen to wear one of the 4 sizes they had for each of the shoes. Maybe, all of that aggravation could be overlooked if they had really good prices, but they werent any cheaper than anywhere else.

Alot of shoe styles but popular sizes were gone in most. They should buy more of certain sizes not just one of each size.Clean and found shoes I wanted. But will have to order them

Not big on shopping. But my 16 year old son is and we go to the Rack Room for shoes.. Cause you buy one and get the other half price. I LOVE THAT!!😁👍👍👍

Great customer service! The associates at this location are always very friendly and helpful. I needed a different size for my daughters boots and the young lady working went above and beyond to help me find them.

Went in tonight. At 7:43pm a woman walked in and the manager said we’re closing in 15 minutes. The woman apologized and walked out of the store. Great way to lose business. Then the manager turned off the music and the lights as we are at the counter checking out at 7:43. When I went to the counter at 7:35 to ask a question about ordering shoes all 3 workers were talking and didn’t acknowledge me. I waited for a few seconds because I didn’t want to interrupt. When checking out one worker was training a new worker and said oh you can go slow. They have time. Then when speaking to my sister the worker said oh she’s your sister? She doesn’t look like you? Please train employees on customer service. I love your shoes and deals but have never experienced customer service like this before.

The store is a little messy and the prices are too expensive. Perhaps, they should not have moved in next door to a Ross store.

I think that for the most part, rack room always has SOME kind of promo going on regardless... sometimes its better than other times though . But irregardless they DO have promos going on for most part of time.

No help. Except at counter. Shoes were buy one get one 1/2 off. My daughter bought a pair of shoes for school. Very special shoes brightly colored with ankle protection. Good selection of shoes.

I love the bog selection of womens sneakers. Not cheap, but decent prices. The employees were helpful and the store was clean and well stocked.

Seasonal inventory for the most part but helpful staff. You can have a different size ordered and sent to your house if its not available in store. This would count as part of their BOGO discount since you pay for it in the store
