Great attitude at this store, if you cant get it here, you cant get it. We had a little key fob issue which they fixed with diligence. Good communicators. And they have specials on stuff you need. I wish they had another store closer to DT Greenville.

When I originally brought my phone in, there was a lack of communication and I left without it getting repaired (not happy). I got a call from the store manager, Austin, that same day apologizing for my experience and offering to make it right. I was able to take the phone back, and Austin got me all fixed up quickly. This is what customer service should be like, folks -- excellent work on the part of Austin to make the customer happy. I will definitely be using them again for any phone/battery/bulb needs. Thanks Austin!

Just wanted to share my experience with the Batteries Plus Bulbs staff. Needing new key fobs I purchased some online and took them to this location to have them cut and programmed. Mike was able to cut my new keys and get them programmed to work with my vehicle in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend if you need key fobs programmed give them a shot they know what theyre doing.

If I could give this store a negative 100 I would! Their customer service and communication is absolute TRASH!! Every one of the boys that work in this store are narcissist. I dropped my daughters IPAD off on September 16 to be fixed before the 26th. Well no communication at all so I called on the 27th to be told they were behind and it would be fixed NEXT. Mind you this was her BIRTHDAY PRESENT and her birthday party was on the 26th. So on Thursday after no communication again, I went there to be told that it would be done by the end of the day. I called Friday morning and was told that it was a faulty screen and they would overnight one..... Saturday after no calls I called at 5:30 to be told there was another faulty screen. 2 faulty screens back to back seems to me like the tech DYLAN has no clue what he is doing....... Well I took the IPAD home and now it will not even turn on. When I dropped it off it had lines in the screen, now the screen is completely black and will not do anything. Fast forward to today when the MANAGER AUSTIN called me to inform me I can not come back in his store and he will not be fixing his stores mess up. I just got off the phone with a lawyer and Austin will regret speaking my name.

Went to Batteries and Bulbs yesterday April 3, 2021 to have the back of my Pixel 3XL glued back to the phone. Matt was super nice and took the phone back to repair it. He quickly returned to tell me that the battery was swollen and I needed a new battery. The battery necessary for that phone was not in stock and must be ordered. Matt ordered the battery and informed me that he would call when it arrived. Oh well, I must put up with this crazy phone for about one more week, but hopefully it wont be long before it is back to normal. Matt was so professional and courteous. I will return. I would prefer to support local businesses. I called for a price. $10/per bulb and I need 10 of them. Amazon had them at less than $1/bulb, from the US, fast shipping and free returns. I would have preferred here but the price difference was just too great.

I went there looking for a battery for my G-shock after surprisingly dieing on me out of nowhere. I went to two different places and the last one recommend to check batteries plus bulbs. The guy at the front counter was very helpful when I asked him if they had any CR1220 batteries and fortunately they did. Now I know where to buy batteries for my G-shock if it ever dies on me again.

Batteries of any kind can be found but I think the prices can be a little high. Did buy a car battery there, good price and so far its been a really good battery.

Once you get help they are normally pretty good. Once bought a car battery and sat in the parking lot forever waiting for the guy to come out and put it in. Why they only had one person working the store is beyond me.. Also needed a repair done on a cell phone, they wanted me to buy a battery and screen saying that its impossible to open the phone without breaking the glass. Wanted to charge me $150 just in case they break the glass. No thanks...I went to another store and had the battery replaced and the screen turned out just fine.

I went to take my phone to get fixed because it had black spots on the screen, & when I got my phone back my phone was glitching so when I take my phone back he puts another screen on it and my phone is still glitching. I ask for my money back he says only way is if he puts my old screen back on my phone. When I get my phone back my phone is totally blacked out and unusable! Guess it’s good I got my money back

Ive only visited the store twice. So, my perspective is a bit limited. The service was quick and professional. I was in and out of the store within ten minutes.

Phenomenal customer service!! I take my nice Seiko watch up there for the lifetime battery. That alone makes them worth your business. If you have a watch you plan on lasting a lifetime, get the lifetime battery plan from them and its 100% free when you bring your watch for a battery change. Anyway, while changing the battery, they noticed something wrong with my watch that I am 99% sure didnt happen on my watch, pun intended. They didnt even question it, they are sending it for repair out of their pocket.

I liked it that I was able to make an appointment online (and save $10 to boot!), thus I didnt have to go in and wait around. At the appointed time, I left my phone and then went to eat dinner. Time got away from me while I was at dinner, and I didnt arrive back at B+B until about 3 minutes after closing time. The clerk waiting on me!! I was so grateful he did so that I didnt have to return the next day to get my phone. I was also happy that I got a discount for having 2 things done on my phone.

More than I expected to pay for 2 new Jeep key fobs, JUST the lock/unlock find, which were $20 each. But if we got them programmed as we wanted to have, looking at $180, prolly plus taxes and all. Gentlemen who help us with customer service tho was courteous and professional

Good selection of just about anything you may need. And if its not on the store, they can have it there within the next day most times. Associates are always concerned about helping the customer but not in a over the top manner. In less than 5 minutes, the associate here was able to determine what type of special battery was used by my aviators flashlight from the Air Force and i was out the door. Sure enough, it was the exact fit and worked perfectly when i got back home. Thanks!

Im conflicted, thus the three-star rating. Im very frustrated and aggravated that I had to return to the store four times to get my problem solved and every single time they said they would call me they did not. But Austin and Matthew, the two guys I dealt with, were friendly, polite, and cordial, so I kept giving them another chance. In the end my problem was solved. I was hoping for a discount or a coupon or something, but was happy just to have my phone back and functioning, and the price was fair. Due to the fact that it took over 6 weeks to switch the battery on my Google Pixel phoneand then repair the malfunction they caused, I wont be using these guys as my first choice for future phone repairs, but would definitely go back if it was a last resort.

Placed an order online on a Friday and charged and received confirmation email of the order. The next Thursday I get a phone the battery will be special order and wanted to see if you want it ordered? Had a rechargeable battery repaired that was not a good experience. Do not recommend!

I deliver food for a living and during a delivery I could tell the battery in my Jeep Renegade was on its way out. To play it safe I decided to buy a new battery on the spot and this store was near me. Not only did I get a good price on a name brand car battery, the associate installed it for me. Great guy, great store. I got a battery for a key fob some time ago as well and got good service also.

Took my Galaxy S7 in for a screen repair for a cracked screen. Took 3 tries, but ultimately appears to have gotten it right. The employees were super nice and professional.. They were great. I dont know about the quality of the parts and the labor, since it took 3 tries to get it right. The staff went out of their way, however to make sure that it was fixed properly.

In the middle of a move, my motorcycle was among the last things to be moved. The battery was so weak that the bike kept shutting down. I could jump it and make it about 3 miles before the next shut down. I limped it into their parking lot, and despite being busy, and not officially willing to change motorcycle batteries, they provided me tools and assistance to get a new battery into the bike.They also assisted in the disposal of some old electronics. (My wife was following in my truck.)The staff is friendly, courteous, and professional.They have earned a repeat customer.

Friendly service but when I handed them my phone they immediately asked for my password which I don’t understand? I’ve never been asked to give my password when I need my phone screen fixed. Then I receive my phone back they had been going through all my apps..not just the basic one’s. Now my phone has lines across the screen and my phone takes a while to unlock and the screen stays black when I try and unlock it. I don’t like giving out bad reviews but this has me very upset. I spent 100+ dollars and my phone is worse off than when I gave it to them.

Ive had a few experiences with thus place. They have usually been bad because nothing is repaired when they say it will be and then they tell you We tried to call you. I ask, What number did you call? and they give me my cell number, so I say Oh, you cakled called the phone youre working on? Well, did I answer?. However, the last couple of times, Ive dealt with Zack. He is prompt, reliable, and courteous. You can depend on him.
