My daughter had a cute little blue Fiat Pop that we bought from David West at Benson a few years ago. It was the perfect college car and she loved it! She is a graduate now and has started her career in the mountains. She needed an all wheel drive to travel snowy mountain roads. David and his financial officer worked very hard to find a way for her to trade in her car and get a payment range that a recent college grad can handle. I just really don’t know how to thank them for helping her. They are very honest, truthful and caring people. They treated us with respect and like we were family stopping by for a visit. They explained everything to her in a way that she understood every part of the process. There was a lady that she signed paperwork with that took time to explain everything thoroughly, too. I believe they were just as excited as she was about the car. Thank you so very much for making this such a positive experience!

Great Buying Experience -Had a great experience which started with the after hours chat person at 11PM. We were able to review the car I wanted, discuss trade in etc... and they set an appointment for the next day since I had to drive about 2 hours to get there.I was called promptly by the sales rep during the ride up after they opened for the day, and he had the car waiting out front when we arrived. The entire staff was friendly and made this a fantastic experience. Overall made me feel like they treat every customer as if they are buying a top of the line car, which is rare these days. Would highly recommend Benson Fiat, and specifically David West, a top notch company and team of people!

I recently purchased a Fiat 500x. Tyler Young was my salesmen. He was fantastic. There customer service is great from salesman to finance. I had written off regular dealerships because of the high pressure sales that normally take place. Thanks to my friend Tim Cousins, I gave Benson Fiat a chance. There was a minor issue that that happened when they were detailing my car, but Tyler made the entire process seamless. Derrick at the body shop was nice and squared me away quickly. Overall this was a great experience and I will spread the word to my friends and family.

Great dealership. One of the best if not the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I drove for 6 hours to buy from them and thought when I got there the games would begin. I own a 2012 Fiat 500. I didnt buy it at Benson but I had my oil changed there this week. It took about an hour and cost me about $26. I live about 1.5 miles away. My car looks like the green one in the photo.Service is by appointment, so call about 5 days ahead. Service staff was very nice and helpful. They will be doing my oil changes from now on !

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! These people will add an extended warranty on to your contract after you have negotiated. If you insist on going to this place, good luck. Read your contract multiple times and Trust nothing they say. This happened at this location and the one in Easley as well. Not once, but twice.

Called to find out what was covered under warranty, and not only was the answer basically nothing but the service department was really unhelpful. I felt like they just wanted to get me in there to sell me services I didnt need. Without knowing anything about my car or the miles on it, they started talking about all the things they would likely need to replace. Red flags! Looking for somewhere else to get regular service on my Fiat.

I have always had the highest regard for the Beson Fiat of Greer service department until I experienced this today. I am beyond disappointed, upset and honestly humiliated to have experienced what happened today.I drive 90 miles one way from Georgia to have my car service at this location, I took my Fiat in on Thursday and was told it was going to need more testing, so at that point I was offered a car to get home with. It was my understanding that the car would be covered by Chrysler. On Friday, Will-very kind gentleman called and told me what was wrong with my car and that the warranty didnt cover it and my total would be $340. He did say that as long as I brought the rental back by Saturday I shouldnt be charged for it.Well I arrived at 7am as soon as the service department opened to be pick up my car. When I got there, will greeted me and showed me to the pay window. The young man in the pay window looks as if he wasnt quite ready for customers yet, I offered to give him a few minutes because I knew they had just opened. He declined and told me the total bill was $380. I asked to see the bill, only to see a charge of 70$ for a rental. I asked why I was being charged and he told me to wait he would call someone over to talk to me. Will was busy so another man came over and thats when my whole perspective of this place changed.He came over and glanced at my bill and said it not covered under warranty. I said I know my repair wasnt covered under warranty but I was under the impression that the rental car would be paid for and I hadnt prepared to pay for a rental. He said You werent prepared ? so, you drove off with a rental car and you werent prepared to pay for it? I told him what will had told me and that I was under the impression that it was being paid for. He then in the most condescending was said well who did you think was gonna pay for it!! I did explain to him that it was completely unnecessary to speak to me in that manner and talk to me like I was an idiot. I paid my bill and would have understood had I not been told something differently. It is never ok to speak to a paying customer like they dont matter, like you dont need to explain how things are handled, never is it ok to treat a customer with such disrespect. I was so upset after being spoken to the way he spoke to me, I was almost in tears. I will drive the extra 40 miles from now on to another Fiat dealer when I needs service or repairs done.

It broke my heart seeing the only review on google was a negative one so I had to speak out!My husband and I were in the market for a crossover we shopped around to several brands and dealerships. Tyler and Ric made our experience with Benson Fiat so easy! There were no pushy sales tactics, no bringing in the hard closer, no games. They were patient with us as we took 3 days to make our decision, Tyler even went out of his way to stay late and make himself available by cell phone! Of course as a vehicle the fiat 500x speaks for itself, we did a ton of research and couldnt be happier with our new car! From the first time we made contact with the dealership to the time our Alfa Romeo Guilia was delivered, we had the most professional experience ever, buying a car. Buying a Fiat 124 Spider Abarth from David West at Benson Fiat Studio was the most stressless car buying experience Ive ever had due to the professionalism and no pressure tactics of David and Bensons. Given the opportunity at Bensons to drive the Fiat 124 Spider Classica, Lusso and Abarth models along with the knowledgeable comparisons of each by David West made it easy for me to decide which I liked driving best and the features that fit my preferences so I could make an informative decision to buy. Bensons keeps a variety of colors and models of the Fiat 124 Spiders which is much better than looking at pictures to choose what I liked best. The buying process was quick and easy so that I could drive away in my brand new white Fiat 124 Spider Abarth with a smile on my face! I live in Asheville and Greer is the closest Fiat Studio to me, around 60 miles away. I’ve been to Benson Fiat 3 times. The first time was over a year ago when I had noticed a noise near the front right wheel, and also a rattling noise in the window. The window was just a loose screw, which they fixed, but they couldn’t determine the cause of the wheel noise and said everything looked fine. I went a second time to get the air bag sensor fixed after a local oil change knocked it and the light came on. They fixed that without much problem.The third time I went because another local mechanic had finally diagnosed the wheel noise as a strut mount issue, and told me that there was also a bulletin out from Fiat about it. My appointment time was 10:30, and I was there slightly early. (Side note, each of the 3 times I’ve been here they have assumed it is for an oil change even though I have never requested an oil change.) The service people who take the calls were not available, so someone told me to go ahead and go to the waiting area and that they would get it started. At noon someone came to me and asked, “What parts did we order for you today?” 1. I have no idea what parts you ordered for me and 2. Are you really just looking at my car after an hour and a half despite my appointment time and despite knowing that I drove in from Asheville? I told them that I had told them on the phone that there is likely a strut mount issue. They went to look and came back another 45 minutes or so later to let me know that there is no issue with my suspension and that I just need 4 new tires and an alignment. The reason that the tires have worn unevenly is because there is a strut mount issue, so when I had the tires rotated at my mechanic, the uneven wear was apparent and now makes road noise. Yes, I am due for new tires within the next couple of months, but those tires are not what is making the noise I was hearing.I declined their $500 tires and $90 alignment. I called Fiat Corporate to complain about the service, and they told me that all they could advise was for me to get a second opinion. I took the car to Fiat in Johnson City (an hour away in the other direction from Asheville) and sure enough, there is a strut mount issue and parts are being ordered. I could tell even from calling the Johnson City location that they were more interested in my customer experience; they asked questions on the phone, transferred me to the correct departments, and listened to my concern instead of just setting an appointment. I do not recommend Benson Fiat in Greer.
