D & D Motors has been, hands-down, the best service experience Ive ever gotten from a dealership of any kind. Tom in service was compassionate and empathetic, thoughtful and responsive. We are so grateful for how he and his team handled our situation and got us up and running. I could not recommend them more and only wish we could have that kind of service in Dallas.
D & D Motors, just want to say thank you. I brought in my 2020 Ford Raptor and you guys were able to find and fix the problems. I’ve been to Vic Bailey Ford with the same issue and they claimed it was user error. I told them exactly what was going on with my truck and they refused to dig deeper and locate the issue. D & D Motors took my truck in and the next day were able to find the issue. Called me and notified me of the issue and that some parts were on order to get my truck done. Truck needed some main engine harness work, was throwing check 4x4 codes when trying to put the truck in BAJA MODEand a exhaust code. After getting my truck back and driving it for a week i am confident that the same codes won’t be coming up again. Thank you guys for taking your time and locating my trucks issue.
My experience at D & D Motors has been one of the best Ive experienced concerning vehicle purchasing. Randy Dunn, the sales person is a very caring and professional. He strives to help people make their purchase and save them money. I highly recommend talking with Randy if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle
They were great and very helpful. The salesman was not pushy.
Great service, April and team were in constant communication as they diagnosed and fixed my Escape.
I bought a truck from D&D back in August of 2020. The entire process was smooth and stress free. My salesman, Mike Smith, was very knowledgeable about the truck and didn’t BS me on the deal. Mike kept in touch though the process but wasnt pushy and he didnt blow my phone up every day while I was deciding. When it came time to make the deal, D&D was able to put together much of the paperwork ahead of time and I was able to sign everything on my lunch break. The dealership looks recently renovated and was clean and comfortable. I would recommend D&D to friends and family and will likely buy another vehicle from them in the future.
The staff here are always kind and professional. Services schedules are never an issue. They also help me understand my vehicle better and what to expect going forward. Great team!!
They are always courteous and take the time to explain things
Used the service department to repair damage to wires caused by squirrels. The repair was expertly and quickly carried out. There was good communication and a friendly and courteous staff. Had to wait several weeks for an appointment since they are the only Ford dealer around that can handle a 25 foot motor home and they are much in demand. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
Found a vehicle that their internet team had posted. Made contact with the dealership about the vehicle and was immediately placed in contact with a member of their sales team. He was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy and answered all my questions. I made the trip up from Charleston, S.C. to test drive the truch and it was everything they said it was. I would definitely do business with D & D in the future!
Very well pleased with the front desk service. We’re polite and professional. The oil change and tire rotation only took 1/2 hour and it was free due to me purchasing a maintenance plan. Enjoyed the service .
Looked around they have a little of most everything. Look at the bronco hard top and soft top. Waiting for maverick to hit the lots
Excellent service, very pleased considering I was there for body work from a minor fender bender. Very organized, had my paperwork ready to be signed & then called the rental agency to let them know I was ready to be picked up. Highly recommend if you need body work on your vehicle.
Evan and Dustin in the quick lane are always very kind. They are professional and extremely curtious. I really enjoy taking my 2 vehicles to D and D Ford for service. Josh M. (Sales manager) is also the best! You won’t meet a nicer guy! They all know me by name, and they make me feel like family!
I had excellent service... quick and very professional. Thanks Deborah
Patrick was our sales person. What a gentleman! Courteous, warm and welcoming. He treated my husband and I very well and was able to convince us this was the place to buy our new mustang by getting us a great deal. His patience with our many questions included answering us HONESTLY. Unfortunately some car sales people dont have that attribute. We feel our deal was fair and even our financing person Montey went out of his way to be sure we got the best interest rate from the bank and warranty coverage we wanted- not what extras he could sell that we wouldnt need.We are impressed and hope the future of D &D Motors is a prosperous one. They have earned our trust. We would definitely recommend this Ford dealership.
I ordered a Ford Escape Titanium Plug-in Hybrid from D&D Motors in May, and got a call from Jimmy McCauley in late August telling me that my car had just been built and was on a train heading to SC. On August 31st, got another call telling me the car was here and ready to be picked up. The purchasing process was pretty simple and didn’t take very long at all. Everything on the car was as expected, and it was filled with gas, mostly charged & ready to go. Jimmy walked me through getting the car connected to FordPass, and explained the many complicated, but cool features that come with this car. All in all, it was a very good experience, and I am really enjoying driving my new phev. I smile whenever I drive past a gas station now.
Staff was not too familiar with the types or quality of the tire brands I inquired about. Did most of the research myself. Good people but not very interested in customer satisfaction!
I recently had an outstanding experience at D&D Motors. I brought my motorhome in for service and I couldnt have been more pleased. Tom went above and beyond to be sure everything was done right. And service on a motorhome is often a bit more difficult. The service manager was also very friendly and helpful. They have highly compentent people working in the truck service department. I wont go anywhere else for my service in the future.
Josh and Randy made the process seamless and had everything ready for me when I came in.Josh went above and beyond to secure my financing. Having purchased a car from Randy in 2017- I requested that he prepare this sale due to his knowledge and outstanding personality. This is the ONLY dealership where they still uphold true customer service and value you as a person not as a number.Fantastic service and PHENOMENAL talent are at this location! Thank you so much for all that you do!!
I am giving D&D motors a 5 star review, not because they are perfect but because they deserve it. My husband and I started looking at vehicles a year before we were ready to make a purchase and Patrick with D&D never pressured us to make a purchase before we were ready. In fact, when it was time to purchase he was able to scour the States to find the exact vehicle of my dreams! When making the purchase he made everything on his end go extremely smooth. My hiccup was with the financial department. Monte, whom did all of the financial paperwork was a wolf looking for prey. It was 8pm at night and my two young children were melting down before his eyes, but all he could focus on was making the sale of their extended warranty. Now, we knew we wanted extra protection, but we could not and would not do it in that moment because of our children and his attitude. I reached out to one of the managers, Josh, and he went above and beyond to rectify the situation. He was able to get me in at my convince, throughly explain all of the coverage and get me exactly what I wanted and needed for my specific needs. So like I said, they are not perfect, but when they came together as a team, they definitely deserve the 5 star revieve in the end. I would absolutely give them my business in the future and recommend them to friends and family!
Wow. The best customer service I ever had for a dealership. Tom McAllister was super super helpful. I wish I could give more than just 5 stars. I had a tough day all day and couldnt figure out what my car was doing. I drive to d & d motors to see if they could help knowing how booked they probably were including any dealership I called. He found a solution and they all helped me out with my key, the code for the door and everything. They turned my day into a crazy day into a holy moly wow to their customer service. Thank you again Tom. I definitely will be doing business with you guys again.Russ
Dealing with our salesman Mike Smith was nothing but the best experience I’ve had in all the vehicles I’ve purchased. The process was outstanding and the service from him was spot on.
Marcus is one of the best mechanics for diesel truck. I have used him for over 25 years. Hes very thorough before releasing the truck to be sure everything is working properly. Tom in the service area was great at keeping me posted with everything.
Do not take your camper here. While in the possession to be fixed it was vandalized and they refused to accept responsibility and it cost us over 2k to fix it. They moved other peoples campers to other locations to secure them, they left ours in a field off to the side. They are not trust worthy and there are other more reliable companies to go to.
My husband and I went for an oil change. The staff was polite, quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. We will definitely go back for any service our car will need in the future.
The Collision Service department is exceptional. They truly went above and beyond to make certain my experience was the very best it could be.
Last Tuesday I visited d&d ford to sell my 2015 Mustang GT. I met with the used car sales manager who walked around my car for 3 mins and told me it was worth 28k at the highest end possible. The day before I spoke with him over the phone and he told me the car sounded like a 30k dollar car and he’d love to have it and told me he needed a mustang for his lot. I told him he could keep the papers I needed 30k out of it (this was my negotiation tactic) he proceeded to hand me the papers with his signature and informed me I had 30days or 500 miles to change my mind. I left to meet up with my wife where we had dinner and talked it over (10 mins up the road at chili’s.) after less than an hour had gone by we came back ready to sell the car and lose the 2 grand I had hoped for.Upon approaching the door, I was greeted negatively with “why are you back so soon.” I told him “you can have it” and that I’d sell him the car for 28000. He then responded by telling me he could no longer buy it, he was backing out of his deal, and proceeded to blame the owner. THEN, he and 3 other salesman went and tire kicked my car and picked it over as they should have done the hour before. He comes back inside to my wife and I and insisted we go home. He explained he hated to back out, but the owner said no and that he would call me tomorrow to let me know a final answer from the owner. (Because the deal had been made prior.)I never received a call back and I was given horrible service. This is the 3rd bad experience I’ve had hear and my first negative review EVER. Never again will I do business with D&D Ford.If you need good service drive a few mins down the road to fairway. (Who purchased my car the next day and had excellent service)
Excellent service. They were very helpful and kind.
Highly recommend D&D Ford for any of your vehicle servicing and repair. My Class C motorhome had a check engine light come on during our latest outing. I called and talked to service advisor Tom McAllister who was able to get in in for repair within a couple of days. From the moment I dropped the vehicle Tom keep me informed of the issue and the repair. Parts were available and I was able to get the vehicle back the same day. Dont hesitate to call D&D if you need you vehicle serviced or repaired.
D&D Ford made the car buying experience pleasant. I started off communicating with Jill, the internet manager, who is very knowledgeable and customer friendly, and the manager Josh, who put it all together. My salesperson was Randy. He made the experience stress free. Super nice guy!! If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle, I HIGHLY recommend D&D. Ask for Randy!!!!We love the Mustang!!
Great experience buying form D&D. No pressure sales support, helpful in the transaction part of the sale, very accommodating. No sales slogans nor hype.
I leased my first car yesterday at D&D and I have an excellent experience. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and worked hard to make the deal happen. Mike, Nathan, and Monte were all wonderful to work with. I left happy with my payment and in love with my car. Thanks guys!!
Great service and fast process. I left with all my questions answered, full clarity, and an amazing new car!
Great experience. Went beyond expectations. Let my husband know everything they found on our truck.
D&D Motors have always been so good to deal with. Randy is the best!
I have found them to be rude (parts, autobody, customer service) and not very forth coming with info about TSBs and recalls. Its a fight to get warranty work done or should i say not get the work done. Im now looking for another dealer to bring my 2019 Ford 250 Super Duty to. Anyone have a recommendation?
Well yes the car is great. Although since you promised a 150 point inspection of the car you have now gone the extra mile to resolve an issue that had gone unnoticed.Thank You
Came to this dealership wanted to purchase a 2021 F150. Was approached by a salesman that said he was too busy with another sale, and directed me to another man. I don’t know either of their names. I’ve been researching this truck for months, knew I wanted a Lariat, just not with engine. I told him I wanted to drive both the 3.5 and the 5.0 on their lot. He said “I’ll let you drive this 2020, it’s the same drivetrain”. I said I’m not interested in that and he tried to talk to me into driving it again. I just walked away from him and went to Fairway where they were more than happy to help. Didn’t purchase that day, but am going wait till I can place and order for a 2021 Tremor F150. Terrible sales service.
They are charging 10,000k over msrp on new vehicles. Stay away if I was you
Had a fantastic experience having our mustang convertible repaired under warranty.Tom our service Mgr was great very polite and professional.Great job, thank you.
The service at Quick Lane is always professionally done and a full explanation of what was provided. They have the best tire prices in town too! Dustin and Evan are the best and always take great care of me and my family. Thank you for providing automotive care we can trust!I have purchased 3 vehicles at D&D Ford in the past 15 years and have always been treated like a valued customer. There are no high pressure sales and their pricing is the best in this area. I appreciate the good service after the sale.
Nice job regarding the factory recall service that I came in for. D&D is a fine dealership. However, I also asked that a 6-way power seat switch that was acting up be diagnosed for repair. The diagnostic fee (non-refundable) was $140! (Their diagnosis was that the switch was broken; exactly as I reported to them). Better yet, they wanted an ADDITIONAL $480 for the repair. YEP $620 for an electric switch that could be reached by hand and replaced with a common screwdriver.I must say that the $140 paid to say no thank you was actually worth it. I promptly ordered the OEM part for $200 (also ridiculous) and replaced the thing myself in 10 minutes. At least I saved $280.Ford builds a good vehicle, and D&D is a solid dealership with good people. If FORD could avoid the temptation to gouge customers in the service arena, they would truly deserve the customer loyalty that they tout so highly. Come on.. do it right and make believers of us, again!
EVERYTHING WAS GREAT AS IT ALWAYS IS.I HAVE HAD 2 YEARS DEALING D&D AND THE SERVICEIS ALWAYS GREAT
D&d motors claimed they couldnt fix my back bumper because it wasnt drivable. You guys are a experienced company, you couldnt tow it into the shop? ( which was 20feet away). However a few days later when I returned my car had magically been towed to a field NEXT to d&d. So why couldnt you tow the car into the shop and fix or replace the back bumper which would NOT have required the car to turn on. Worst place in Greer. I recommend Brad Mobile Mechanic which fixed my issue in ONE day.
My husband and I were searching for an auto that would provide more comfort and space than our current car. As my husband was unable physically to car shop with me, I was a bit nervous about being on my own while visiting dealerships. After much research and comparison shopping both online and in person, I decided on the 2019 Ford Flex Limited. The people at D&D Ford were super— answering all my questions, taking me on test drives, and arranging great financing. As my former car was 11 years old, it was a delight to experience all of the “luxury” updates on the Flex. Although the mpg will be less than our Ford Focus, the wonderfully smooth ride and comfort provided by the Flex far outweigh that issue. The automatic lift for the tailgate and ample passenger/cargospace are two of my favorite features. Handling, visibility and ease of entry and exit make this car a perfect choice for our “elder” years. Knowing that the crew at D & D Motors will « have my back » as to maintenance and service is also a huge positive!
We were on a trip for a few days to Greenville and on the day we were supposed to leave the idler pulley locked up and threw the serpentine belt on our Explorer. We called as soon as D&D opened and talked with April. She was able to get a tow truck out immediately to pick up our Explorer and get it to the dealership where they got it diagnosed and fixed in hours. They saved our trip and helped us out tremendously. Thanks for doing a great job!!
This is my second vehicle purchase through D&D. I have NEVER left their dealership feeling like I got a bad deal. D&D truly makes car buying something you look forward to.
Randy Dunn is excellent. Took care me in very area. I have told my friends and family about him. All other personal were caring and helpful too
I shopped several Ford dealers. From the moment stopping at D&D and meeting Comille and other staff it was a great experience. I ordered a Transit made just as I wanted it. Great communication during the build through the delivery process.
Everything went easy. Salesman was really good. Thanks for all the help.
Easiest car buying experience I have ever had by far. They went out of their way to make sure we got the best deal possible and even got us approved through another lender so we could keep the same payment and have a warranty on the used vehicle we purchased. Would recommend 100%.
So refreshing to deal with a dealership that has integrity and makes the car buying experience fun. I honestly felt good when I left D&D motors, which is the first time in 50 years of car buying. It felt as though we were on the same side. Thats priceless.
Would recommend D & D. We have have a good experience both in service to our Ford cars and buying a new used car from them.
Had a good experience with Gentlemen that wrote my F150 up. And yes I would recommend this to my friends the service department they handled things very well and appreciate what they did for me.
The Collision team goes above and beyond to help the customer. This was especially challenging during the pandemic as parts for my car were hard to come by. I would recommend them for any body shop repair needs.
The five stars above are for the work provided by Dustin the Quick Lane Manager. Fast, reliable service, and have never felt like they push what some people call up sales for other services. I have dealt with many Ford Dealers in the upstate and the quick lane always out preforms. I have also dealt with the service department at D&D a few times and to be honest they are lacking. Not saying they are not capable but due to my experience it can get very frustrating. Overall if you are not dealing with Dustin, I cannot guarantee top notch service.
Service was good I must say, but what I dropped the truck off for i couldnt even get done. This is a true Ford dealer and to tell a first time customer that you cant do a basic tire alignment just really is not understandable. Even when I put the truck in it was never told to me until I received the call about a water pump. I personally dont understand how you can be a certified Ford dealer but you cant do alignments on anything bigger than a f150.
No pressure no masks! Great place to find a vehicle
Mike was great. This is the second car I have bought from here this past year and both experiences were fantastic.
D&D Ford made the car buying experience awesome. They did not pressure be and I was finally able to purchase my corvette eater. Thanks again for everything
Nice parts services department.
Mike is the BEST. Would buy from here again. Enjoying my 21 Ford Explorer!!
I have been twice to the Service department at D&D Ford for Oil change and Tire rotation. I also had a few glitches in my electronics on my 2020 Explorer. Tom Mcallister (service advisor) has been my contact over there and he is great. I will buy all my cars from now on from D&D due to the after purchase service.
Tried calling 3 times in one day to make an appointment for diesel service. No one in that department ever answered phone. Finally I left a message on voicemail. That was 2 days ago and still no one has returned my call. Taking our business to Fairway on Laurens Rd
Great guys at parts department!
35K service on a 2018 F150 2.7. Made appointment four days prior. Dropped off vehicle, returned later before service was completed to pay for service and arrange for son to pick up. All want smoothly.
I was not impressed with the service I received today. The technician talked more than he worked. I was concerned he did not give my $40,000 investment his attention. Its just another SUV to him but it is a $40,000 hard earned investment to me! A little disappointed today with D&D Ford.
Very nice folks... They were all so helpful and easy to work with. They kept me informed and updated with the progress of fixing my car after my wreck. Which was not my fault.
Dear D & D Ford body shop,When a consumer brings their new 2021 Limited Ford Explorer to you to be fixed dont try to give it back with the steering hanging to the right. I find it disrespectful that you try to give my car back without the center cap
Patrick was informative and new a lot about the vehicle I was looking at. Patrick and Kevin were polite and considerate (as was all of the staff) and were not at all pushy or rude. It was the most enjoyable experience Ive ever had buying a car. I absolutely LOVE my Ford Explorer! I WILL go there again and I will refer everyone I know to go there as well!
I had been looking online and mde several trips to dealers. I had one test drive that the salesman told me it was policy to go with costumers on test drives and so we went out. It was a very hot day and when I turned the air on high he turned it back down and kept up his sales pitch. By the time we got back I was car sick and in no mood to talk.At DAnd D I met a very young man, less than my youngest daughters age and he was very laid back, no pressure and showed me several cars. Not only did I test drive by myself but they really wanted me to take the car overnight and drive it as much as I wanted.I purchased the car the next morning. It’s the perfect fit.Y’all were great!Pat DTaylors SC
Tom and his staff did an excellent job repairing the recall of my 2014 Fusion. When a parts shortage delayed the completion, they went out of their way to provide a loaner. All repairs were properly completed. I highly recommend D&D Motors
Great experience, Patrick Brown was our sales person. He did a great job telling us about warrantys, deals, extras we needed. Everyone who helped us in any including the financial part was friendly, courteous and helpful. Overall great experience!
Excellent sales experience. Randy Dunn was the sales representative that assisted us and it was a pleasant experience from start to finish! He was very professional and courteous and I would recommend him if youre looking to purchase a new Ford!
Randy was kind and honest with us. He did everything possible to make sure we had a good experience buying a car from him, and I love my 2015 Escape!
My visit at D&D was great and my sales rep was awesome. Got me the car I wanted !!. I love my new Mustang.
Had our part ready when we arrived.Good service.
My family & I bought new f250. Michael & other staff were amazing. Strongly encourage if you are looking to come here
The staff at D&D Ford were very professional and follow up on everything they say they’re going to do. My wife and I purchased a Pre owned vehicle and Mike Smith was our salesman. Mike answered every question I had, he was never pushing me to buy anything but he followed up on everything he said even after the sale or deal was completed. Our next vehicle will come from D&D Ford and I’ll share this experience with all my friends and family.ThanksTim & Tina Blake
It was a very fast process. I test drove the vehicle one day and loved it!!! the next day I called and confirmed that I wanted the vehicle and by the time I got off from work I just walked in and signed a few documents and was out the door with the keys . Would recommend them to anyone thats looking for a new or used car or truck. Thanks D & D!!!
Worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I own an Hvac company so I purchase vehicles for my fleet all the time. The salesman was nice and helpful, but the manager Steve is terrible. He is rude and unhelpful. We had an issue with hubcaps that were supposed to be provided for the vehicle I purchased. After over 6 months of back and forth with the salesman and him trying to get Steve to do his job he finally called and said they couldn’t find the hubcaps and would not be providing them. After 6 months and a bunch of attitude he offered 50 dollars and said “I don’t have time for this and not what I wanted to do with my day today.” Terrible customer service. Take your business to Ford in Greenville. I just purchased a brand new F-250 from them and the service was great. They even followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Will never be back.
Quick and friendly service!
I was like most people, I guess, I didn’t trust in car dealerships. Most people I know don’t believe in the warranty, unless something big has gone wrong with a vehicle, and you take it to where you bought it hoping against hope that it’s somehow covered but usually it’s not. I always expected to be told that whatever the problem it’s not covered then they lower the boom on you and the huge estimate to get it fixed. Angry and upset I always walked out and found a cheaper remedy to my problem. That was until I went to D&D In Greer. I didn’t even buy my F650 rollback from them. I had an issue my turbo went out and nervously I took it to the only Ford dealership in the upstate that works in the large trucks they sell. All the other Ford dealers don’t work on the 650, 750 super-duties. So grudgingly I take it in knowing it’s the turbo and they never even blinked the part was back ordered six months the service person (April) helped find us a part and had it changed within a week and to top it off no charge under the warranty. They didn’t look for a reason not to do it they did the work put me on priority because it’s my business and they had me done and out within a week on a part that is backordered six months. What? How can I explain the customer they have gained. They did what I never expected from a dealership they were honest and treated me like I had purchased the truck from them. I can’t explain the relief to know that there are honest people in a dealership and that a warranty means exactly that. No questions no gimmicks. It was oh it’s broke we will take care of you because we know it’s your lividly hood. The mechanic jumped in the truck first thing in the morning as soon as the part came in and didn’t take a break until he had me done. Who does that now-a-days? D&D does that’s who. They have gained a loyal customer for life and I will never go to another dealership and as a tow truck company owner i have seen all dealerships within a 100 mile radius and this is the best service section and best people who understand how important your vehicle is to you. I try to do the same for my customers but they did it for me. Thank you for having values and for remembering how to treat a customer. You guys are the best. I will never go to another dealership to buy anything. Every truck I buy as my business grows and even my next personal vehicle Wil be from the dealership that still holds old school values in business as a virtue not just a poster posted on the wall. They show you who they are by their actions. Thank you D&D for your customer service and your honesty in providing the best service in the whole upstate.
All of the requested service was completed on time and no extra pressure requesting additional billable maintenance -- Thanks
I cant say enough good things about D & D. Not only were they the only dealer of the three I visited to actually ask if I needed any help when walking the lot, they had excellent communication throughout the ordering process, right up til delivery. Very responsive, and excellent to work with. Highly recommended!
Patrick Brown and Steve Henderson just helped us purchase our vehicle from D&D Ford. I emailed the dealership asking about the vehicle, and Steve, the sales manager, replied and insisted that if I gave him a call, he would make me a deal worth considering. I called him, and he did EXACTLY just that. If you want patience without pressure, go see Patrick and Steve. If you want to be heard about what you want, as opposed to being told what to do, go see Steve and Patrick. If you want ALL of your questions answered instead of walking away misinformed, go see Steve and Patrick.Patrick, our sales associate, was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about the vehicle and all of its features. During the test drive there was NO “hurry” or no urgency to “get back”. Just patience and the opportunity to experience the vehicle. He even took me to the service department to have them answer all of my maintenance cost questions once the test drive was over. They even offer, as part of the vehicle sale, a 10 year 200,000 mile powertrain warranty. THAT is a D&D offering…NOT Ford!At the end of the day, Steve’s words were, “We want you to be happy, and if it does not work out, we will part friends with no hard feelings.” Can you find something cheaper? Probably. Can you find people just as decent and friendly? Probably. The difference is…I AM TELLING YOU WHERE TO FIND THEM! They have been there since 1937, let that tell you something. If you are looking for a car and do not find what you are looking for at D&D, the worst case scenario is that you leave STILL not having a vehicle, BUT you will be refreshed knowing that there are still decent people in the world having met Patrick and Steve. What are you waiting for?
We are not from the Greer, South Carolina area, but live near Atlanta, Georgia. However, after passing several other dealerships, D & D Ford was the first car dealer we visited to look for a replacement vehicle for my daughter. We actually passed by the dealership, but came back by to look at there available cars. We met Brandon Payne who was very helpful spending the entire day helping us find the right car. The other sales staff were very helpful as well. Even though our daughter was not with us while car shopping, she was happy with the 2014 Ford Escape. I would highly recommend the sales staff and other friendly dealership staff when searching for your new car or truck.
Very friendly I had a problem with my tire took care of it right away, they did a great job
Scheduled my service visit using their web site about 5 days ago. When I arrived they didnt have any record of it, but scheduled me in anyways for a 80,000 mile service for my truck. About 90 minute later I was back on the road. The price for the service was reasonable. I hope they can work out the bugs with the scheduling tool as I find this to be very convenient.
Did excellent job thanks!!!
First time I have ever purchased a vehicle that didnt come with a full tank of gas. Even ask for first oil change on the house. Came back with an offer of 90 days of free satellite radio. Didnt cost dealership anything. Car stood alone as the smart buy for us.
Staff always willing to help with any questions. This visit was for acquiring information to log in to an existing online account. Got that resolved in 2 minutes.
Always professional, courteous, honest and overall great people
Super cool Sales people. Nice receptionist, I recommend everyone go here.
They did what was needed and quickly, I couldnt be happier.
I absolutely recommend D&D motors. I just purchased a car and Gavin And Joshua took great care of me. Buying a car could be stressful and a hassle but not here, I had a great experience with them. Great deal and not a long process and I absolutely love my car!!!!
Staff was very courtesy and knowledgeable. Service was prompt.
I just wanted to say how very pleased I am with the attention and service I received from Tom McAllister and April Bryant, the service advisors forD & D Motors in Greer. My car was blowing heat on a 91 degree day and I wasnt sure where to turn. They both went above and beyond to get me back on the road in a cool car!! April got the process started and made sure I had a cold drink and a peaceful place to sit. Tom took the time to make sure the repairs were made for my air conditioner and to explain it all to me. I am so thankful these folks really cared!! They managed to put a good spin on a very hot day. Thank you both very much!
