John was a very accommodating salesmen. I found the truck I purchased from Sweet Rides on a local listing, went and test drove it, and decided to buy it. Id spent the better part of the previous week going back and forth with my bank and different local lenders trying to get an auto loan approved under conditions that would work for me for different vehicles. I did not have any luck. I thought my situation would turn out similar in trying to purchase the vehicle through Sweet Rides. However, John was able to go to bat for me to the credit unions, as well as adjusting his own prices in order to get me into the vehicle I wanted.When all was said and done regarding the loan, John made the process very quick on his end in dealing with all the paper work. He did not collect dealer fees, filing fees, or paperwork fees. We found an Audi A8L on CarGurus at Sweet Rides. Called John and he met us at the lot. Took a test ride, talked about making a deal and deal made in 1 hour. He is very responsive and not pushy like other salesman. Highly recommend checking them out if you find a vehicle on their lot.

Bought a 2010 Dodge Grand caravan 9 days ago, check engine light was on and in the display it had gascap was the problem everything else seemed good. I bought it and drove it home where its been sitting for four days now unable to drive for fear of damaging it more. It started a noise on the way home that only got worse, I now has a metal on metal noise when turning. The check engine light is for a leak in the vacuum line and it slips when driving. I paid 6,000 for a van that I cant drive and my four kids and I am right back into my Honda car. Beware of purchasing from them. I cant find how to reply so instead Im editing, why would I call to let you know that the van broke because I bought it as is. The engine was nice and greased up to run long enough for me to loose more and more money for repairs so I do believe people need to beware

Wow! What an awesome experience John not only had the best smile of anyone that has ever sold me a car but has one of the best business ethics a person could have asked for. I bought what I think is the nicest 2012 Expedition XLT on the local market at very below market value. Remember these are used vehicles and neither John or I can for see the formidable future on a used vehicle. After driving the vehicle home the Truck computer began shorting out. I immediately called John and with out hesitation he told me to take it to his mechanic and fixed the issue without hesitation, when I had signed an “as is”declared document. Great, easy deal on 94 Corvette. The car I checked out was a real cream puff, obviously taken care of by previous owners. John made the whole experience smooth with none of your typical hard sell tactics like telling me it might be gone if I shopped around and didnt give a downpayment right then and there. Wouldnt hesitate to buy from again if the need arose.

Must say never had any faith in the after care from a dealer if any issues occurred, especially a smaller dealership but John proved me wrong. Me and john traded trucks mine for his . Was a small issue with the truck after purchase and John made it right. He said you gave me a good truck and I intend to give you the same. A man that stands by his word .

Beware, this business is either a bunch of scammers or incompetent. Either way I would not recommend buying from Sweet Rides. Went to this small car lot to check out a VW Beetle and was told it was in great condition. Took a look at the vehicle and the shifter was falling off, interior door handle was broken, and other cosmetic issues. After identifying all these issues which any car lot should fix they told me that mechanically the vehicle was fine.This was not the case, an independent mechanic confirmed that the vehicle did not even warrant a full pre-purchase inspection after finding multiple problems with the suspension, overfilled fluid levels, a cleaned engine (which lead them to believe they were trying to hide leaks). The mechanic me the car had been poorly repaired (if at all) and that I should not purchase the vehicle.Lastly this organization does not refund deposits like other reputable businesses in the area. Do not buy from these guys, terrible business.
