We brought a very urgent problem with a mission-critical workstation to AC Computers, and they dealt with it in a very professional and competent manner. When the problem could not be replicated at their shop, Michael came out to our business in order to trouble-shoot it in our own network environment. We would definitely do business with AC Computers again.
Michael is the owner who runs it. He’s a nice guy, I had a pretty complex issue with my PC and he tried many different things, starting with least expensive and moving up until it was fixed. Thanks Michael
Was overcharged for a charging cord that doesnt charge my laptop. $65 for a basic Dell laptop charger.
Very happy with AC Computer. Lightening struck our home recently and damaged the charger for my laptop. I had seen good reviews and decided to drop in and see if they could help. He was great and got me up and running ! Highly recommend!!!
I went to have a charging port repaired on my laptop. It was $160 to repair and I agreed to it. My charging port broke at the airport. However I was using the headphones to listen to music when I noticed this. However, after the charging port was repaired, I went home to find that my headphones wouldnt plug in. I brought the computer back to the owner and he told me after shining a light in the audio jack that a piece from my headphones are stuck in the hole and that it would be expensive to fix it. Also it would be cheaper to buy usb headphones. No need to argue being that the damage was done and he denied it. Wont be doing business there again and will spread the word what to expect there.
Over priced, outdated, and weird chinese parts, also doesnt seem to know what he is talking about. Made best buy sound like top tier experts. Dont shop there, I wanted a cheap power supply and didnt find nothing but cheap chinese brand for double the price of name brand parts with higher efficiency and wattage. Dudes a scam.
Honeslty, i had greatest computer experience. The owner is very negotiable and nice. Very reasonable and quick service of 1 to 2 days. He also does the full 9 yards and made sure my computer was complete upon returning it to me for no extra price. Really good service, i recommend you try it out.
Very upset, I took my computer to get my screen replaced and I got a call that I may need a new hard drive, well I paid I took my laptop to another professional shop and this shop did a full diagnostic and let me know my hardware connectors were damaged at the time of replacement, this place was trying to charge me another $200 to give me something I did not need I’m highly upset, he did not even take the time to see what went wrong he was just ready to take more money, I will spread the word in the Greer area that this place does bad business please be aware !! Then he had the nerve to tell me I had a family memeber look at it nope another professional shop that gave me exceptional customer service, there was also damage done to my keyboard !!
I was sold two power supplies that were both defective. I even paid more for the second one which was LESS POWERFUL. The warranty is a joke and no refunds accepted for faulty components. This isnt the way to do business properly.Buyer beware

We had a 24 port switch (Xterasys 100 M Switch) installed in May 2015 by AC Computers and after still experiencing very slow computers. We were advised that AC Computers installed (said new) a switch that was an obsolete switch that you can purchase on ebay for $10.08 which we paid $160 plus labor. We had to install a new switch (Netgear Gigabit Ethernet Switch $160) which AC Computers should have known we needed. The owner was very rude and was willing to give me credit for labor. I dont think I would like to have his services if they are willing to install an obsolete switch. I hope he thinks this is worth $160 to loose what could have been a very good customer.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ... EVER!!!
