The worst customer service we have experienced!Recently my older parents moved to be closer to family…. Personally went into the store to introduce themselves as a patient and had service transferred from another location- only to never have their product delivered. This is extremely frustrating…I feel bc my parent is kind and patient they have been taken advantage of.Someone please assist us and make things right!

The wait was foreverrrr my appointment was at 9:00am didn’t get seen until 10:11, then when I do finally get to the back ... the “NEW” “LATE” doctor didn’t even know how to work the machine, so I had to move to another room.. just for him to tell me what he “think” is wrong with my eye, wrote me an antibiotic and they sent me out the door. I’m like I could have stayed home because everything he told me google told me lol . Waste of time, waste of money. I should have listened to my husband and with to America’s Best, I won’t be GOING BACK TO “MYEYEDOCTOR” and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. And oh YEA I HAD TO WIPE DOWN THE PATIENT SEAT AND MACHINES MYSELF IN BEHIND ANOTHER PATIENT. So be carful with that. it’s like they aren’t to careful with Covid .. they was sneezing no mask when I first got there and didn’t wash hands. 🤢🥴😒

Answer the phone so I can make a appointment. I dont care about using the web site. Customer service is more important than your impersonal website. Take a look at Chick filet customer service. That will bring you business. Oh well. There are plenty of other eye care offices who would love my business. Shame on you.

The only reason I can offer 2 stars is because they are very nice, but I am completely unhappy with my frames and have been since I first got my glasses. This is my first time getting prescription eyeglasses, so I trusted them to guide me to the best fit and provide a proper prescription too. The prescription has never been completely right, and even after nine months, I cannot wear them all the time. I was told that I would get used to them. I have not. The bigger issue is the frame. The frames have never fit properly... they are too big. They slip down while I am wearing them, and if I have to bend over, they often fall off. I returned and asked that they please order a smaller frame, but instead they heat them up and bend them to make them stay on better. I guess that must be how you customize the size... even after several return trips, this was all they did for my over-sized frames (see the image). After several return trips, I finally gave up, and decided that I would find a different eye doctor when I need to get new glasses... in the meantime, I continue to be frustrated with the frames that were sold to me by My Eye Doctor in Greer, SC. I also purchased prescription sunglasses on the same day that I was fitted for the over-sized frames, and the sunglasses fit perfectly. One of the people there told me that I was fitted for 2 different sized frames, but another person there later told me that had nothing to do with the improper fit????

This place has went downhill every since Dr. Davis left. They send text reminders that your eye exam is due and then tells you that you have to pay for the exam because the insurance wont cover it until months later!!! My daughter has NO CLUE about how insurance works! We will NOT go back and will discourage everyone else not to go!

I was saddened by the news of Drs Dixon’s retirement; however, Dr. King was very professional and thoroughly informed me on the process used to check my eyes as well as the health of my eyes according to their diagnostics. I was highly impressed. The process of insurance coverage to picking out my glasses went very smoothly. I am very excited to continue with MyEyeDr of Greer.

Everyone here is so super nice and helpful!! I cannot recomend them more. I have seen 2 different eye drs here over the past few years, and they were both exceptional...and very patient and kind. The ladies at the desk are very knowledgeable and helped me figure out the most cost effective way to be able to see! During the pandemic, they are taking all precautions to be sanitary and clean. I felt very confident in the cleanliness of this office. Not sure why such low reviews here...but I was so pleased with my visit today, I had to log on to add a positive one. I will continue to visit the office for all my glasses and contact needs.

Just had my very first appointment here and it went great. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Dont understand why the reviews have such low ratings. They were efficient and carry top shelf frames. I have found my new eye doctor. Highly recommend to anyone!

I scheduled an eye exam a week in advance. Received a confirmation by phone a couple of days early. I showed up 10 minutes early and was told they had no record of my appointment. They also claimed I scheduled then canceled an appointment last November, which never happened. They had 4 patients waiting and couldnt fit me in. I thought thats what appointments are for. Last year, they did a good job with the prescription sunglasses, but I tried 3 different regular prescription lenses and they just couldnt get the lenses right, so I gave up, however I thought I could still rely on them for eye exams, until today. Convenient location, but can no longer rely on scheduled appointments.

I just had my third visit at this location. The folks up front were all very friendly and helpful.The doctor was friendly, informative and professional.She made me feel quite comfortable during my visit. I will certainly consider using these folks again in the future.

Well thought I would have learned from the first time going there and my prescription was all wrong. I had to resort back to my old glasses. Fast forward to this year a new doctor and Im optimistic so I was excited. Well same results even with a new doctor. Prescription was wrong again been back 3 times and still didnt get it right. Run people dont go there. This is the worst. So now Im having to spend more money to go to another eye doctor to fix my prescription. I wish I could give them no stars.

Booked an appointment online for Saturday morning at 9:20 as that was an option. Received both a phone call and email confirmation. No one (staff or doctor) ever showed up at the office for the appointment. 5 other people who had appointments all came and left in the 20 minutes I waited past my appointment time. We will take our family of 6 who have all been seen here somewhere else from now on.

Absolutely excellent!!!! My daughter who is 13 went in to finally get contacts. She had trouble putting the contacts in and taking them out, because this was her first time. The staff was absolutely wonderful, very patient with her, they even brought another employee in to help work with her just to make sure she could take them in and out alone. I do not wear glasses or contacts so this was one problem mom couldnt help with. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone, they are great if I could give 100 stars I would!!!!

Waited 2 month for my glasses staff is not really pleasant. There phone system is terrible. Just tto make an appointment have to listen to a 5 min speech. Now with this covid bull you have to call at the door to let them know you have an appointment 🤦🏻‍♂️ again 5 min speech before you dail #1 then all its missing they put you a hazzmed suit on. Once I hopefully get my glases so I can actually wear them without having double vision, Im looking for a nice eye doctor, thats accualy worth spending a 1000$ for a pair of glasses.

Worst place to do eye exam. They did extra eye exams that were not covered in my insurance without telling me beforehand. 100 bucks wasted. Avoid if you have other choices.

They owe me $429.00. Gave them my updated insurance information and I still ended up with a bill. After the third notice said that it’d be turned into a collection agency I paid it to avoid hurting my credit. I sent them the paid invoice and called to see where my refund is but nothing!Next complaint will be with the BBB

More like my scam doctor. The staff is kind of friendly, thats probably because I kept my cool with them the entire time customer service skills.... they lack them I dealt with this business 4 different times all times with a different person none could help me till I personally visited them thats when they understood I was serious. Something simple lets not get into details. Long story short they are overpriced, dont buy their 80 dollar sunglasses (which you can buy at target for 19.99) lenses overpriced, glasses overpriced and lets not even go into contacts they wanted to charge me a ridicules amount for the same contacts I pay half the price for elsewhere. Taking my money somewhere else. Thanks!

This was the worst eye doctor experience Ive ever had. I brought my son here for an eye exam but when I purchased glasses with the prescription he was given, my son couldnt see anything.I made another appointment with Greer Vision Center for a recheck and when the doctor walked in, he said, Whats the problem? very condescendingly. I explained that I believed that the script he gave my son was incorrect and asked him to check his eyes again. He refused, told me that it would take a while for his eyes to adjust to the glasses, and then checked the glasses to make sure they were made correctly (they were). He made me feel like a total idiot with his words and attitude.I had my sons eyes checked by another doctor two weeks later and the script was completely different. The doc at Greer Vision said my sons eyes were +1.25 when they were, in fact, -1.75! WAY off.If the doctor at Greer Vision had swallowed his pride and rechecked my sons eyes, he may have realized his mistake. I called the office to complain and they did refund my insurance co-pay to me. Unfortunately, I was out the money for a pair of glasses I couldnt use and had to pay in full for the corrected exam.I will never go back to Greer Vision.

If youre going to choose a MyEyeDr location, be sure to choose this one. The majority of the other reviews were posted when different employees worked there. Im very particular about the style and design of my glasses and frames. Caitlin and Lesley were helpful and patient enough to help me choose a pair of Michael Kors glasses that are flattering. SCOTT, at the Mills Ave and Bob Jones locations never ordered the Italian frames I wanted and blew me off every time I wanted an update on the order. The ladies at the Greer location were professional, courteous, and kept me updated on my order. I love my new glasses, thank you Caitlin and Lesley!!!!!

Our first time being in this office. I can give them two stars because the ladies in the front office were very nice but as far as the doctor goes... the worst. It was the female physician in the office who’s name I don’t even know because she didn’t introduce herself. She kicked my family member of the room, because of “hipaa,” when I work in the healthcare field myself and that’s not how this law works. Even after I verified with the lady who brought us back to the exam room if it was ok for us to in together. Very unprofessional and uncaring to her patients wishes. I’m sorry we were not able to get a better impression, specially with it being our first visit.
