I shop in your store everyday spend several hundred a week on lottery tickets and other stuff and i stopped in tonight buying tickets the lady looked me in eye and said do you have somewhere else to go i always show courtesy to customers that are only buying merchandise and let them go 1st you can ask any of the other cashiers if that isnt so im in several times a day please let me know. If my business isnt wanted my family and i can go elsewhere to shop

Been a customer since 1997 they have a new manager now check you purchase if you walk out your stuck with it. I purchase 20.00 worth of cigars a week they slipped me 2 packs look alike wrong flavor and wont exchange them and the new manager has convinced me I should spend my money somewhere else. Mr. Willis she is running your regular customers off. I spend 20 in tobacco and 40 in gas so 60 X 52 over $2.00 in cigars Goodbye to Willis # 4

W.E. Willis is a store I frequently going to, just about everyday. We just move near the #4 store but we e did live near the #3 store that I also went to daily. Always in stock with the items I need and always has had friendly employees.

Most of the time, this place is great. It is a very busy location at times, and sometimes, some of the employees can be a little rude. Maybe more training and starting them out in a slower store would be best. Job stress happens, even in convenience stores.

Just tried to buy a pack of cigarettes doors are locked at 8:57 p.m. and they were rude.. play completely ignored me, wouldnt even tell me they were closed

Extremely racist old lady 10/22/18 when I went to buy a lottery ticket with my son...she asked for my ID which I obliged and she checked it but then she asked for my sons ID and I was like why then she accused me of trying to buy ticket for my son and said I could go to jail and I was like what??? Prior to me entering the store, she complimented a white males really worn out hoodie at register but then falsely accused me, a minority, of trying to buy lottery tickets for an underage like if an underage could even cash a lotto ticket which wasnt the case. Within 7 minutes after getting home, I called to speak to a supervisor and she said there wasnt one. She said it couldve been anybody who sold me the ticket but clearly it was her voice and it was just a few minutes ago and then she threaten to call the cops on me to the cops of call harassment...unbelievable. I will be calling again in morning to reach a manager/supervisor...no customer should be disrespected that way. UPDATE: I spoke to a manager who said that she will be talking to this employee. To those reading this please feel free to post your own review if you ever come across this. This should not be tolerated.

The customer service usually isnt the best. Its also extremely annoying when the open light is on and by the hours on the door they should be open, but everything is shut down. Store has really went down hill the last 5 years or so.

This is a great store an for the most part the clercs or first rate. They treat u like family. Missy pam sonya all of them. I know as a clerc the customer is supposed to always be right. For almost four weeks i have sat outside this store and have seen none of the bad things posted in some of these reveiw. In fact in my espérance it has been the opp. They May close the gate de door early sometimes but this store is on the outskirts an some of the people coming in in the afternoon to closing can have had just a little to much to Drink an be a little roudy.closeing this door at du ski is a Safety mesure an there in nothing wrong with it

One time is understandable, but many times is a pattern of bad customer service. Ive came to the store before closing 3 times in 3 weeks. The open sign is on. The gas overhead lights are off. People are inside. The rail gate is over the door. Each time, I go to dollar General instead, as does many other customers (we all talk about willis being closed). Youre losing revenue, and you will lose cutomers, as many of us can get cigarettes and beer from dollar General and gas from spinx. Its extremely rude to be shutdown with the open light and the employees to ignore you at the door (during store hours). If you close at 10, why is it at 9:05 pm the gate over the door, doors locked, gas lights off? The same thing on a Saturday but at 11:40pm it was closed when open hours are til 12am.Aside from that, the employees are very often extremely rude. They do not seem to want to be there.

Gas prices are outrageous. I dont stop there unless I am desperate.

Would really like to talk management or Mr. Willis himself about a lady that works at this store. She had a very inappropriate conversation with my husband and I did not appreciate at all.
