Staff was very helpful and friendly. Customer service at its best. 1st time visiting and it was a great experience. Also the quality of the costumes and accessories were ok priced. You get what you pay for so pricing was worth buying.

Horrible service. Never go this store. No room for try on the cloth and if it no fit you, you cant bring back because their policy no refund, no exchange and bka bla bla. Horrible, Horrible. The costume not cheap for having policy like that.

Made a 30 minute trip to get Halloween costumes, because their website said they was open. Get out there and there closed with a sign in the door saying opening soon.

It seemed like they were short on stock

Tried to go here because google said it was open but when we pulled up, it said it was under construction so do not go here until you know for sure it’s open

Definitely would never go here again bought a costume here for my 12 year old son and only half the costume was there there response when I called drive back an hour to the store on Halloween and exchange it was Halloween how bout make sure youre costumes are in tact before selling them

Was there the 28th of October still hsd plenty of costumes to choose from. Staff was pleasant and seemed eager to please
