Kayla and her team are always in the best spirits early in the morning when I usually come in the morning before work! It makes a HUGE difference when you start your morning around upbeat, positive people. As for the drinks and teas, Im genuinely addicted and probably need help. They are SO delicious and healthy too. As someone who works with skin, internal nourishment is a huge piece of the puzzle so I love recommending this place to my clients! 5 stars forever!

I wandered into this shop today and it was such a blessing! The peach cobbler shake I got was delicious!!!

Today I went in and got the orange sherbet mega tea. So delicious and Kayla and her staff were so helpful and willing to talk to me about choices.

Great addition to our downtown! Service was great. My tea and shake were amazing! Much better than other nutritional shops in the area!

Really enjoyed my visit and the strawberry banana shake. I came in hungry at lunch and was full until dinner. There was no aftertaste like I’m used to with protein shakes.
