Went through Amazon in early December & placed an order from Next Day MRO for my wife’s birthday on 12/27. Estimated arrival was 12/20-12/26. On 12/26, tracking showed detailed route up to that point & showed it would be delivered by 8p that night. Later that night when I checked status, all tracking info had been removed & now it just shows that it’s delayed & should arrive by Jan 1st. That’s when I realized tracking info is provided by Next Day MRO, not UPS or USPS. And apparently Next Day MRO can show whatever or as little as they want. Tracking is important and providing it up front then just pulling it isn’t acceptable. So now we are just waiting for Jan 1st to see what happens.

Ordered a fireplace through Amazon from Next Day MRO. Product indicated it had shipped. Approximately a week after it was supposed to arrive I had to initiate a complaint to get any information. Only then dd they inform me they were unable to fulfill my order and I would be receiving a refund.

Great company. Weve placed several orders with these folks. Theyre like an independent Home Depot, only better!

Bought Gas pack/AC unit from them and it was delivered in a perfectly great box. Signed for it, Rolled it into my garage. Opened the box later that same day, Only to discover that the Unit was majorly damaged on the coil side by what looked like a forklift and then apparently re-boxed and delivered to my home. Called MRO, They delivery a 2nd unit 4 days later. Being wiser, I unboxed the unit while it was still on the delivery truck. It too was damaged in the same location. I called MRO, who promised they would have a replacement at my house the next day. A MRO rep. called me back an hour later to tell me that they could not keep that promise and asked me if I wanted a refund. I did. The refund took another 4-5 days to be put back in my bank. The original unit is still waiting in my yard to be picked up even though I have called MRO every week now for 4 weeks to remove it. Do yourself a favor, use another company. Follow-up: Im easy, you want to satisfy me, all you had to do was bring an undamaged unit to my house in a timely manner and remove the one that is damaged instead of expecting me to store it for you! For those of you who dont know, Reviews on Amazon are skewed, have you ever tried to leave a negative one about a company on there? Amazon will reject it for not meeting their Guidelines, which can say nothing negative about the company you buy something from! I found this out the hard way after this sale. PS. Dont bother trying to call Mr. MRO owner either, he is much to busy to speak with his customers, I tried that also.

I recently ordered some door hinges on Amazon by this seller for a remodel on part of my house. When my order never arrived but said delivered I quickly contacted them to let them know I never received it. Their response was that they should be able to re send my order well what am I supposed to hang my doors with while they decide what happened to my package??? Ugggg I order stuff on Amazon all the time and this has never happened!!! Worst wait ever thanks!

Received merchandise with missing parts. Item was sent to another customer and repackaged with missing parts and sent to us. Even with photos of this company will not accept return. We are out $700.
