Austin refereed a lighting guy and an irrigation guy to me in March of 2020. The lighting guy showed no real skill and the irrigation guy price gouged me, therefore I did not use either. Fast forward 17 months. Austin still holds a grudge over that. His ignorance is astonishing since he has never been on a customer call with either. I also found Austin to be disingenuous in general and numb and unaware of some of Vista Lightings newest fixtures.Smith Turf & Irrigation is a DO NOT recommend.

I cant begin to describe how impressed I am with Austin and his crew at the Greer,S.C branch. Recently, I witnessed him go above and beyond helping a customer understand the difference in irrigation sprinkler heads and why certain ones were more suited for different areas and needs. From personal experience at other supply stores Ive seen them just sell the homeowner whatever to make the sale and get them out the door. Then laugh and chastise them for not knowing what they really needed to other guys after they left. Not only did Austin make the sale and educate them, he surely made an STI customer for life! Fantastic company to work with. Carlo is incredibly professional. They stay busy, so sometimes contact is tough, but they always do what they say they will do. Would recommend them for anyone looking to have an irrigation system installed. Great work and no one could beat their price!

I cant say enough good things about Roger, Austin, Jason and Matt over at Smith Turf. They are the only Aqauscape supplier in the area. We do lots of high end water feature installations and STI always gets us what we need quickly. That includes free delivery and trouble-shooting when needed. They are a great supplier and they make it possible (and easier) for us to do the technical side of pond and water fall installations.

We had an appointment for Sunday at 1pm. Appointment was made on the phone and both of us listening so there was NO MISTAKE. Never showed up! Never called, never showed. Called him twice and he never answered. The NEXT DAY there were two messages asking us to call him but we will NOT be using them EVER>

I have used many other vendors in the area and now I only use them. Their customer service isgreat and they always have what I need.
