They spent 2 hours looking up all 4 belts for a mtd rider. Without numbers. Very patient, and dedicated to helping EVERY customer. I will return for all my needs.

What a life saver! I ran all over town to try and find a starter for my TroyBilt riding mower and no where seemed to have this specialty starter. Weedwackers had it. They even tested my old starter I took off of my mower to make sure it was the culprit. I thought I was going to have to order one online. Derek was a huge help and I cannot brag enough on my satisfaction with the service! She starts right up with no problem now! Thanks so much. I know where I will be going if I ever need ANYTHING lawn mower related.

My string trimmer would not start. Dropped by and the very kind gentlemen behind the desk took it outside and worked on getting it started. No charge. Could have easily just written a ticket and gone about his day. I regret not getting his name. Great example of superior customer service.

Highly unsatisfied with my service at this establishment. They will milk you for every penny you got for the smallest of fixes-$100 to fix a pull string, but then when I complained they said oh it’s $65. $300-plus to fix a push lawnmower but they don’t tell you the price until you go pick it up. Then it seemed like they diagnosed a new problem each time. I went back twice to have the same lawn more fixed for the same symptoms I described each time. My main issue was that the communication is just not there from them and instead of communicating what they were doing they just did it and expected me to pay it. I can buy 2 new ones for $300. Please look elsewhere for you repair needs or at least you owe it to yourself to get a second quote to compare against before you set your mind on letting them service your equipment. Keep that lawn mower.

Paid them to get a mower and a hedge trimmer that had been sitting for a couple of years running again. The mower only worked for the first cut and the clippers worked for 5 minutes-they didn’t even grease the zerk fitting so the trimmer seized up as soon as they got warmed up. eBay and youtube will be your friend and save you a bunch of money-stay away from these hacks

New management. Got picked up for a oil leak, 450+ dollars, I still have a oil leak but a new pto clutch. I did tell them NOT to fix the oil leak a week after pick up because it was going to cost a extra 200 dollars. Talk to mobile repair 20 minutes after drop off, they are going to fix for 80 dollars..........(edit starts) I dont think the owner read my review b/f this edit. I said I ask them Not to fix the oil leak b/c it was 200 mor bucks...as for helping push the mower on the trailer. He the damn repair man, I wouldnt have called him if the thing was in perfect running condition

I took my riding to have repairedTold needed more than I thought.I agreed to let them do work. They. Charged me 55.00 deposit before even looking at it. They told me it would be 180.00 to repair. I thought that was highBut agreed to it. Said would about 2 to weeks before can be completed. I called after 3 1/2 weeks said be another 7 to 10 days. I was not going to wait any longer. I picked it up and took to Another lawn mower repair shop. He did exact same thing they told me it needed for 85.00. They were very rude to me both times I called. They also kept my 55.00 and did nothing to lawn mower. What a rip out company. They told me had 11 in front. They have 3 mechanics How could it take that long.I would not recommend them to anyoneThey rip you off on price and don’t complete when promised

I have been here many times with various pieces of equipment. In every instance the work was completed in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. Theyre a little less convenient to me than some other options, but theyll remain my first choice.

I brought in my edger for service over the winter when I came to use it during the spring I realized it wasn’t functioning correctly I brought it back and before he even was willing to look at it the guy behind the counter pointed to the 30 day warranty sign. in South Carolina we have dormant grass until the spring, I had no need for my weedeater until then.and it spent the entire winter in my garage. I would not recommend going here.

Done ahead of schedule, charged less than I was expecting, made a dusty push mower that wouldn’t start run like new and even cleaned it up before giving it back. Good people!

Rip-off Artists! Told them to call if repair was over $50. Did $150 worth of unauthorized work. I refused to pay. They kept my mower to re-sell along with several others they probably aquired the same way. STAY AWAY!
