Customer service was exceptional. They made you feel at home. Our salesman West, wasn’t pushy about making a sale, and genuinely listened to detail on what I was looking for. They were honest and thorough about details of each vehicle we looked at. They made accommodations to deliver my vehicle to me when I wasn’t able to come pick it up.

The service was really good however the tech wasnt as knowledgable with our services and wanted to charge me for tire replacement when we actually had a warranty for tire replacement when repair wasnt an option. The tech was advised by another tech to view our and they he realized we had tire warranty.

I bought 21 Colorado in lake Charles la.Im here working and was getting close to my first 5000 mile oil change. I showed up there unannounced on a day where everything was froze covered in snow. The maintenance boss treated me like I bought the truck with him very professional and pleasant morale. While I waited in lounge I seen a sign by a box if you wanted to be prayed for put your name in box, I really thought that was true concern for people.They are a super amazing dealership

At first, things started off sort of bad. I responded to and ad that was posted online. My dream vehicle was included in the ad . So I knew I had to chime in on it. I called to verify was it indeed there and I was told that it was and when could I test drive. I responded due to how far I am away I don’t want to make a blank trip. So, the salesperson told me then well we can see if we can get you pre approved. At this point everything seem to be going great! But then, after paying a down payment (half)I then was informed that the vehicle is actually in the shop due to the fact the windows had experience some damaged during transport to the center. So, the windows are on back order and they were awaiting it’s arrival. After which, they will give me call to come sign and get the truck. Fast forwarding, 3 weeks had passed and no word of them coming in. Now, I was full of doubt and concerns. On the up hand, Ray Beck had stepped in and save the day. He working none stop trying to find the truck at another dealership to get it from them. In two days, he had found it and started us on official paperwork of getting my dream vehicle. Although, I left with a higher than expected monthly payment (from $450 to $750) I still got my vehicle and was told how to get it lowered. My overall experience was good, but I would say communication within the dealership to one another needs improvement. But again,Thanks Ray for all you did and done for my family. Hopefully my next experience will begin and end on a better note.

I have a situation with Phil the service manager. my car was delivered to Kirk brother by another mechanic to program and install a BCM module refused the work because I didnt purchased the part from him. Remind you I bought the same part from GM exactly where he would have gotten it from. I paid $177 for the par . I called and priced it with him 1st and he told me $29 . So of course I didnt buy it from him but was willing to still do business with them by letting Kirk Brothers program it but since I messed with his commission by not buying it from him he refused the work and the bad thing is when I went to talk with him to get an understanding he refused to talk with me. A customer he refused to talk to and honestly I do not know why. I was told about him from a technician that works for Kirk and he talked about how prejudice he is and the ppl of Kirk knows how bad he is but still let him run the service department. NOT A GOOD PLACE TO TAKE YPUR CA . ESPECIALLY IF YOU DO NOT BUY THE PART FROM THEM ALSO AND IF YOU R BLACK. HE WONT EVEN Talk WITH YO . I will never advise anyone to go to Kirk Brothers Chevrolet

Took my truck to the service department to get them to fix the a/c and it sat up there for a week and a half nothing being done to it or anything. Had to call them everyday just for them to give me the runaround, then finally went up there one day and talked to the manager and he finally got to look at it after our talk and they fixed it within an hour! Then come to find out when I get my truck back they done busted up my dash and they expect me to pay for it! Probably the worst service department I’ve ever had to deal with anywhere!

I cant speak for the sales department, but the service department charged big money for something that should have been under warranty... but at least they relocated all of my belongings in the glove box to the rear hatch for no reason, parked my car in a field, and left me with a horrendous alignment. The wheel is canted 5+ degrees off center, the car pulls hard right, and is squirrely at high speeds.

The salesman was great but the sales manager, I guess thats his title, was not. Vehicle I was looking at was $5-$7k overpriced and he just doesnt want to work with you, he wants sticker price & no negotiating. Ive researched for 3mos., I know what is overpriced and I tried to be fair with the price I told him I would pay. I tried giving them my business bc they were who I bought my other vehicle from but in a different city. Weve already bought 3 other vehicles from a different dealership in a different city bc it was the exact same one we were looking at through Kirk but we got them $2k-$7k cheaper for the same identical vehicles we were looking at on Kirks lot.

I don’t know where to start with the problems I had with this dealership. I wish someone had warned me before I purchased a vehicle from there. I took my Buick Encore in for a repair because my check engine light was on...luckily this issue was covered under warranty. The very next year before the warranty expired the same issue occurred plus something else that was not covered under warranty okay I was stuck with a bill which was okay. I just wanted everything working properly. I stayed at the dealership all day for this repair. I traveled home maybe 40or 45 miles home but before I could arrive home lights started flashing on my dashboard bells started ringing. I proceeded home only a few blocks away. When I made it home oil was everywhere I called the dealership and a tow truck came and picked my car up. I was given a loaner car while supposedly fixed the problem. I think it was a week later because when my sister went to pick my vehicle up oil was still leaking so they had to keep it a few more days...This happened March of 2018. Fast forward August 2018. I took my vehicle in for a basic oil change. I overheard a tech say “she got a bad oil leak” I question that and informed them that this issue suppose to be resolved and I explained to them what happened in March. The service manager sent someone over to look at the problem and asked me to bring my vehicle back to be looked at. After leaving the dealership I contacted the GM spoke with her and explained to her how I was not satisfied with the service. Fast forward the GM contacted me and told me that she spoke with the service manager he he told her that he had gave me a quote on the repairs...wow I was blowed away because I never spoke with the service manager about any quote for repairs. The GM offered to give me back my $100 voucher that I used from GM for my oil change...during this time I was unable to take off of work and I explained this to the GM by now it several months later and I needed an oil change I took my vehicle to another certified Buick dealer on a Saturday and was told that I indeed had a bad oil leak and I needed to take it back to the dealership. I reach out to Kirk Brothers again regarding this problem and I also reached out to GMC. In conclusion to this story Kirk brothers GM lied to GMC stating that they offered to repair my vehicle for $100 but I declined the offer again I was blown away. I don’t know much about vehicle but I do know something is not right with the whole picture. My vehicle went from no oil leak to a major oil leak after being repaired. Before these issues started with my vehicle I loved my Buick but now I don’t think I’ll ever get another if I have to get it service by Kirk Brothers service department. To this day I’m still having problems and this was a perfect vehicle. oh before I forget when I first purchased this new vehicle (Kirk brothers in greenwood,ms). My first oil change my friend took the vehicle in for a oil change and upon leaving the facility the tire on the passenger side dislocated from the vehicle. We were told that the machine had malfunction and the tire was not placed properly on the vehicle. I asked that no one contact me about the review because of the lies that was told to customer service at GMC corporate. I pray that all of my vehicle issues be resolved by another dealership service department out of pocket expenses that I have to pay but I will not advise anyone to take their vehicle in for service at Kirk Brothers you will be like me stuck with a bill and issues that was created by Kirk Brothers service department. What hurt me the most is the service manager knows that his department created the oil leak or whatever issues regarding my oil leak (the sad part about it the only way the leak was discovered was my vehicle was off the ground because the oil is not leaking on the ground)and will not take responsibility for the actions instead he would rather lied to make it look good for himself and take advantage of a young woman like myself.

My appointment was at 1 P.M. (admittedly it was orignally at 9 A.M., but I had to change that due to circumstances. I arrived early and was greeted by a very kind gentleman out front who told me he would drive my car around to the correct place. I thanked him and walked to Wendys for lunch.When I returned my car and not yet been serviced. I went into the waiting room and read for awhile. At 2 P.M., I noticed my car had still not been taken in for service yet some that arrived after me seemed to be taken in. I commented on this to the young man at the desk and he explained that one of the serviceman had a medical emergency. I certainly understand that, but......

Hit a deer with my 2017 nissan titan on Oct. 17, 2018. Got my truck back 3.5 months later. Called me down there 4 times and told me that my truck was ready. Everytime I went to get it, something different was wrong. Headlight didnt work, bumper and trim crooked as hell (everytime), fins for transmission cooler, radiator, ac condenser all bent up...basically didnt replace after the ins. co. had already payed to fix. Also when I went all 4 times, the excuse was that state farm put non OEM parts on it and that was the reason why the bumper and trim wouldnt line up. So 3.5 months later I bring it home, and I get to my house and the wind dam (plastic piece under bumper) is hanging on by 2 bolts. There are 10 that hold it on. So to keep from taking it back and dealing with people telling me Im ticky and hard to please and they arent going to f@#k with my truck anymore, I payed for the missing bolts and put them on myself. About a week later a damn bolt fell out of the plastic trim above the bumper and it started working its way passed the driver side fender. So again I had to go buy some more bolts and fix that. Shouldve just left this short and sweet and said...no one could pay me to buy a vehicle or take one here to get repaired! Hopefully other people have better luck.

I have never been more impressed with a car dealership in all my life. Our salesman Ray Beck was amazing and so very sweet. To start off I had a collision with another car. State Farm wanted me to take my car to Kirk brothers in Grenada to get fixed. I took it there and about a week and a half later came back to a car that looked sideways litterally!!! The hood was sideway, the fenders were pushed out, head light gaps, and worst it started leaking something. At first they tryed to send me home with litterally a 50mm spot of no paint (black undertone showing) (its a silver car) on my bumper. So they fixed that before we left and it was an ok fix. Then I got to greenwood and something was leaking, so I had it towed back because it was something serious shooting out. They towed it back and it litterally sat out side Kirk the whole time till i came and got it. ( they did nothing saying there is nothing wrong with my car! So we had to get in it and take it home but wait, the car broke down in Holcomb on the way to greenwood running hot!!! Called back up there and he said that all thats wrong with the car is on me!!! On me??? Parts you touched??. So pretty much they said do not bring it back so we towed it to my house. When we got there I had a fellow mechanic come and look at it to find out the fenders were loose, hood latch and hood bolts were loose, and radiator had a crack at the top!!!! They could have easily put a radiator in the estimate!!!! But anyways now c&c is working on it in greenwoos and they fixed everything!!! Looks great!!!! Dont take anything here if it means anything to you because they were super rude, wrong, and way unprofessional!!!!!!!!! Take my word people Im a Camaro owner that almost got stuck with a junk sideways car!! Kirk brothers in Grenada I hope your proud why dont you call State Farm or me to see what ya missed:)
