Sarah and Brooke are the best… all the staff very friendly.. Angie was awesome in working with my insurance also so I could get what I needed on special lens I wear…. Dr Pegg is very thorough and Dr Wall was nice also when I wore just glasses…

Everyone here is so nice and helpful. Very thorough exams and really keep a close EYE on diabetics. I wont go anywhere else!

Im not usually one to write a review but everyone who works here is very kind and courteous! They even were able to fill my daughters reading glasses prescription the day of appointment. They made the process of having drops put on my littles eyes a bit easier on her and made her feel at ease the whole appointment. This is the place to go for great service. The staff is so friendly. I have been recommending Dr. Wall and 20/20 to anyone that tell me they need to get their eyes checked. I have several members of my family going to 20/20 and they would say the same thing. They are the BEST! Let me also say this, I’ve tried other places due to my insurance. I went to another eye doctor that could not get my prescription right, my vision was so blurred. I saw Dr. Wall one time and I was literally just laughing I was so happy, I could see. So, take it from me, go to 20/20 in Grenada, MS.

The Dr was very friendly. He explained what was going on with my eyes in a way I could understand. There was no long wait time. The entire staff was excellent.

Had appointment a week after calling for an appointment. They called back hour later and said they had a cancelation and got to us the next day. Have been using them for years and have always been very happy with their services. Staff is excellent and very friendly and helpful 👍

Prices are too high with insurance glasses were 394.00 without would have been over 800.00. Walmart will save you some money even if you dont have insurance. Glasses at Walmart was less than 250.00 without insurance. Service was great at both places just prices was the difference.

Everyone is friendly and professional but as someone without insurance its expensive. A follow up was $60 dollars 3 days after over $100 initial visit. Helped me out on perception the first visit and a $400 eye drop the next. Not going back.

I didn’t realize that the whole place was run by saints. I had an appointment and nobody to keep my 5 week old son so I had to take him with me and he was not happy about being off his schedule. They got me in and out as fast as they could, nurses helped me get all the baby stuff and we’re very patient and kind when he acted up. They were so sweet and efficient and the doctor even rocked my son when while doing my exam because he got fussy! Such a wonderful group of people 11/10 will recommend to EVERYONE!

Great, I felt so respected with each procedure explained very well by I am a candidate been monitor for glaucoma with my diabetes. With Gods mercys and grace all is well. With a caring doctor and his staffs. Grenada MS 20 20 Eye Care.

The only thing I didnt like was, they changed my Dr. over they should have let me know or ask me was it ok change over.

Got in to see the doctor in about 35 min of waiting. STAFF is great! Took no time once in. Also got glasses there. The optometrist was really good at helping me with my chooses of glasses.

20 20 Eye Care in Grenada is really good! They can get busy and hectic but they work it out nicely. I like the frames they have also.

Very professional, kind and caring

Experience with 20-20 was very good, frames fit good, lens are way better than my previous glasses. The only negative was receiving my glasses, handed to me with a thank you & come back if you have problems! Maybe I’m just old school where they check the fit & read a chart for clarity. Fast paced world isn’t it!

Excellent service! Before I arrived, I was a bit apprehensive because of close contact during the exam, but everything was sanitized. Everyone was distanced appropriately and clean.

I was trying to wear contacts but it didnt work out so I asked him if I could go back to my glasses he said no problem we will get you fixed right up and he did lol I should get them this week . If youre not satisfied he will fix the problem they are the best in my book . Five Star All The Way !!!!

20 20 Eye Care has a friendly staff that greet you at the door. The equipment is modern and up to date. The eye exams are very thorough, going through all the eye tests. Dr. Walls is very personable, asks several questions, and shows interest in you as a patient. He makes very good recommendations as far as any issues you might be having with your eyes or glasses. The reason for not getting the 5th star is related to having to sit outside on the front porch in the heat due to social distancing/COVID19.

They thoroughly checked my eyes to make sure that they were ok. They also took safety precautions to protect patients and their staff. My experience was very positive.

Everyone greeted me warmly and I began my checkup in very little time.Dr. Walls and his assistants were extremely friendly and explained each part of the checkup. I was pleasantly surprised that I had only spent half and hour there!

I was over charged but the last saying I wasnt. I usually only have to pay $30 or less but my visit was $95 and I got the same services. Im not happy and I think I will be finding somewhere else to go. the only thing she could say is it was a different doctor. Im not satisfied at all. And no I didnt see Dr. Walls and thats who I always see.

I really enjoyed the visit but I was blind sided when I got ready to check out and was charged for a fitting for contacts when the doctor said thats what he wanted to put me in. All in all wonderful environment!!

Dr. Walls is very nice the staff on other hand is not, I waited over 1:20 mins to be called to the back and the lady the checked my eye pressure was VERY rude and did not act friendly at all, I also felt very uncomfortable while looking and picking out my glasses because the lady was literally standing right behind me looking over my shoulder like I was going to steal something. I have been going to 20/20 since I was 7 I will definitely be changing doctors after this last experience. I really agree the staff is running off customers.

Great customer service and outstanding professionaliam at all times. All of my questions was answered and they are great listeners. Appointment time and actual time was prompt.

Old old building tastefully decorated to provide a spacious atmosphere for vision correction . Modern equipment expertly operated by the staff and Dr. Pegg to determine I did need a prescription change to improve my eyesight . Eyesight is a blessing that needs to be treasured and checked ocassionally to keep peaked. Im glad we have a local Dr to provide that service. The prices however reflect a prime facility with an expert staff. If some one is shopping for the cheapest, Im sure its some where else . Quality isnt ever cheap. And cheap rarely, if ever, and has quality.

A very good exam with help from the aid in selecting the right glasses at an acceptable price. So far I am happy with the fit and vision.

The doctor at this location is awesome. As a matter of fact all the staff in the back are great. The receptionist o the other hand is very rude and unprofessional. She talks about your medical out loud in front of other customers which is HIPPA VIOLATION. she also put other patients in front of me

I got the wrong prescription. The receptionist is rude. I called to get my prescription faxed to another office and the receptionist said rudely she would get it over to them and lied. The doctor gave a prescription for a new kind of contacts that were known to not work well with most customers, although I was not told that until after I got them and had trouble with them. I was not given a full refund. I would never be reccomend this place to anyone.
