Worse Sonic poor management cold food order a. Burger when they brought it to the car it was cold felt like it just came out of the freezer. Booths always have signs saying out of order, parking lots needs repair, and the people that work there need to be fired or someone needs to train them properly.

Fast and got my order right. Outside area was nice. Alaina was very nice and was surprised by her tip.

I usually have great service at Sonic but these last 3 times have not been exceptional. This last time I was there when the carhop brought my order he asked if I “needed” my change because he didn’t have any. Ok what? Why would you be in operation if you don’t have change and then he brought my ice cream cone holding it with NO NAPKIN! I don’t know know if he washed his hands or not. COVID is still very much real and you are working with food. I’m over it at this point. Never again!!

All Sonics could learn from this Sonic especally Greenwoods . .Grenadas Sonic has great food that are fresh.In Greenwood you get brown lettuce, a few onions and if you ask for NO mayonnaise they will not listen to you they will have mayonnaise all over it or NO mustard or ketchup at all just a cold party of meat on a bry bun.

I dont believe the employees can hear or understand what is being said. I am sure my enunciation of Diet Cherry does not sound like Strawberry.

Hands down the best Sonic in North Ms! I can come here at anytime of day and I’m guaranteed fresh food! The carhops are delightful! Today I had a young man named Jack who introduced himself and made sure I had everything I ordered and needed! Been coming since I was a kid and they haven’t skipped a beat!!

The food is not how it use to be. Dont really taste like Sonics anymore. You know how all restaurant have their own taste; like BK or MD have their own taste. Well so did Sonics, and I just dont taste it anymore.

I use to enjoy Grenadas Sonic. However, the past 2 times I went the food was not good. They got my order wrong & didnt even toast my toaster sandwich. I was literally plain bread. Yesterday day after I got off work I got a number 9. The fries where cold & full of grease. The chicken plattie was cold I was hungry so i ate it anyway. Ive been so sick all night. Sonic in Grenada has lost me as a customer.

Too many kids operating and not verifying orders tonight or attempting to correct errors. While acknowledging that the person taking the order made a mistake, or misunderstood the order, there was no attempt to correct the error for the customer. I left with half my order an unsatisfied in the service. Understanding that they are all young, I want to hope that its simply a lack of training instead of blaming the young staff. I would hope they are trying their best.

I have more problems with this Sonic when using the Sonic app. Its like the employees never bother to read the customize options. I picked to my order today and they delivered the wrong did. Sent it back. Delivered the second time but it was still wrong. Sent it back again. Finally got it right on the third delivery. They did try to make it better by adding some fries that I forgot to order. But then I got home and was finished with my Route 44 Coke too quickly because they didnt read that I wanted easy ice. Its so frustrating!!!

Jalapeno poppers and Dr Pepper Make Sure you call them CHEDDAR PEPPERS they cant find the other button. I cant see very well but if you can call it what its says on the menu. It makes their life and yours a go a lot smoother. I dont get out much.

Go on the Internet or on their website and Order ahead sometimes you get discounts and of course you will find out about specials. Order ahead pay on your credit card then just go and pick up order and let them know youre there they will have it just about ready

I ask for no butter on my bun and asked them to please do not toast it. And they put butter and what seemed like 3x the butter on the toasted bun. And when I asked when the owner would be in they acted like they didnt want to tell they in turned questioned me. I told them it was something I wanted to talk to him. They finally gave me his phone number. This is the second time Ive ask them to not butter or toast my bun. I dont understand why its so hard to understand a very simple request

Great food! But the ap stinks! I had so many problems trying to order on it and then it told me it was having technical difficulties and couldnt order, but an hour later they emailed me saying Id been billed. I went to sonic and they said its not them its an online company and theyd have to give me a 1800 number to call to be refunded. Great idea in theory their AP, but great good!

Asked for a freshly cooked corn dog but didnt get it. Idk why this stores employees have such a hard time with this simple request. I ALWAYS request a fresh cooked corndog but for whatever reason, only certain ones will accommodate that instruction. The rest of the food ordered was good.
