This is the first mechanic shop Ive ever been too and the whole experience went better than Ive heard or expected. The customer service was great and they got everything I needed and could afford done. I really appreciate them working with me to figure out what all was going on and giving me options on what needed to be addressed first and also helping me with my Service Contract provider, AUL. Over all, 10/10 would recommend and will be returning for any future work.

I took my gas tank for my motorcycle in on February and got it back in May and it was not even painted. Was told in March it was painted but waiting for the decals to come in. After finding nos of the decals i took it in so it coukd be finished. After a week i called and was told it would be another week.then that week i called and was told another week. I showed up 2 weeks after dropping off the decals to see if it was done amd i was toled it was not done but the guy at the counter said he can have the painter put a rush on it. I asked to see what was done to my tank and when we came walking back up front with my tank NOTHING WAS DONE other then the tank sitting on the shelve collecting dust. Dont take your stuff in all they do is keep pushing stuff off if it is not for an insurance claim .

I had to take my wifes Forester in to have the drivers mirror and a scuff and chip repaired due to a motorcycle hitting it and with some hard work they found the right mirror glass as it was a dealer installed part, the car looked like new and they even detailed it in and out which was very appreciative. To say these people are substandard is a serious understatement. If I could give a zero star review, I would. But since that is not an option, I will be generous and give them 1 star. Superior Auto Body has had my car just a few days shy of 2 MONTHS!! which I consider to be a long time given the amount of repairs that were needed. At first I was told the repairs would take 2-3 weeks, then that changed to 4 weeks, then 6 weeks. Now they have had my car for almost 8 weeks and it is still not finished. They make no effort or contact with you to keep you apprised of your vehicle status; then when you do speak to them, they offer nothing more than excuse after excuse as to why they are behind and your vehicle is not done. It seems as though they baited me in with a timeline of repairs, only to get paid almost $8,000 by the insurance company and then shoved my vehicle to the back burner, once they received the check.. Mike in the shop is seemingly nice enough, but again does not offer anything more than I understand and we are short a guy every time you call to inquiry as to when your vehicle will be done. This has been so disappointing to say the least, and I will never recommend this place to anyone or bring any future business to them ....

I took my car here after an accident and Superior fully accepted the insurance quote and was really helpful along the process. They hooked me up with a local rental car place and fixed my car in a decent amount of time. It was shiny and new looking! Great service and friendly people. Highly recommended.

State Farm suggested body shop... at least for now.My mom was in an accident, about 5 weeks ago. My uncle went in to check on the progress about 2 weeks ago and said that he saw the car with a layer of dust on it. They hadnt touched the car. The damage was minor.My uncle went in last week again just to talk to them about what was going on... The guys response If she hadnt gotten into an accident she wouldnt be in this situation. REALLY!? Horrible customer service. No people skills. Rude workers.This isnt over reacting either. The claims department has been riding them the last couple of weeks and her insurance agent has as well. They have stated they will be letting them go after the service my mom has received.They told her last week if they didnt have it done by Friday of last week they would get her a rental because she needed her car for a wedding and she had to cancel 2 doctors appointments because this week they were supposed to have it done on Tuesday. Its done today apparently.Dont go here. Find a place that will take care of your vehicle and cares about the customer... this place doesnt.

Horrible Experience. 1st Mistake - Purchased upgraded headlights based upon recommendation from Superior Auto Body only to find out the headlights were very poor quality and even Superior complained about them. 2nd Mistake - had Superior install the headlights which were so far out of alignment from each other it was a total joke. They also were loose so I know there was know way they were adjusted correctly. They spent a day and a half trying to install the headlights and all I heard was how poor the aftermarket lights were when they were the ones who recommended them. Will never do business here again. Have to give a rating of 1 as zero will not work. Update: took my vehicle to another shop and had the headlights installed correctly. Also found out that Superior had broken the adjustment rod on one of the lights. Warning! Stay away from Superior Auto Body unless you like throwing money away!

Had an awesome price on the estimate. No other body shop could beat the price. I pulled the trigger and had the repair done. The work was good and I was happy with the repair. When I went to pay the price was $350 over the estimate. I said hold on a minute the estimate said one price and now its not even close. First they said no they didnt give me an estimate that low and I had read it wrong. When I told them I had read it many times and knew the price they said oh thats the cost of the parts. Basically their estimate didnt include paint or labor. They had the audacity to argue with me about it. I paid them the money and left their shop for the last time.

Came in for a car repair, everything went smooth and my car came out cleaner and better than it went in. No complaints at all. This is the second time I have used them for body work over the last few years and both times were excellent.

I have a 2001 Honda Civic thats been having a lot of issues lately that have been hard to diagnose. I took my car here and Tom has been nothing but helpful. He diagnosed the problems, and fixed my car with no hassle. He doesnt try to make you buy unnecessary parts, or fix things unnecessarily and if theres a problem with your car thats not urgent and you dont need to deal with it right away, instead of suggesting you fix it now, hell let you know that it can wait or when the best time to do it would be. A very great, helpful, honest mechanic. I will never take my car anywhere else. :)

Poor customer service. Parts were put on wrong and I was told my truck was just going to make the noises it was because of the lift. The parts were not put on correctly causing the noise. The mechanic also didnt put another part back on. Oops. And my truck is still not in pre accident condition and making noises that are around the site of impact. But I am told that it was normal. Not to mention their communication with me throughout the process was lacking, my bumper that was replaced and repainted still has a screw in it that we put in to hold it up from rubbing on the tire so I could drive it there after my accident. They dont listen to their customer and the quality of work is poor since my truck still has issues but is done.

Never go to superior auto body in gresham, i dropped my nova off on Monday as per their directions so they could do framework, and i come back to check on it today and not only have they not even looked at it to fix it, but theres funny wear on my tires and rubbery platter marks on the body behind the rears tires and they burned through over half a tank of gas! They would rather run around and do burnouts and joyride my car than work on it! Wtf! Are you kidding me?! Never go to superior, this is some bullshit, the manager just stood there and denied it with a smile

I have called three times, on high recommendation of others, to ask info needed to have them do work. All three times the employees assumed they knew what I was asking, not listening to my actual questions. Last 2 times I at least got passed initial person answering the phone. Not this last & final time, I will not be calling again.
