Great selection of all sorts, prices are ok but I know some things they buy from China in bulk so i don’t know why they charge so much for it. But good selection.I have been to a lot of smoke shops around here and this one is the best. If you are not from here come here first.

Quick easy stop to grab a carton of smokes. The woman behinfld the counter was incredibly friendly.

Today was my first time shopping at All Stop, but my experience was wonderful. The young man working was so helpful and super patient with me. There was another guy working also that helped toward the end, and their customer service was AMAZING! Even offered to help me out to my car!

I get they have a no return policy, but if the product is defective I think there should be exceptions! Especially when all I wanted was an exchange. Last time I enter those doors

The vast array of products available at this store is exciting! If you come in knowing exactly what you want, the employees know exactly where it is and find it quickly for you! But if you want to browse, dont worry about getting shorted on your options. There are sooo many different styles of glass available, from pipes, water pipes, bangers and nails and dabbers and papers, candy, and a partridge in a pear tree! The employees are, friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and patient with MY lack of knowledge! The prices are affordable and reasonable. When I came in one day, I found out that the particular item I was searching for was sold out at a lot of pipe shops, however the employee was able to come up with an AWESOME idea that I could use a different product with the same result! This particular location is right off a busy intersection, so be careful leaving the parking lot! I could go on and on but I think I will end with: DEFINITELY try this shop!

I usually go to leaf tobacco to purchase puff bars because I’ve had way too many issues with all stop. But there’s currently a snow storm, and all stop is the closest walking distance. I know they’re more expensive than leaf tobacco is, so I called ahead to ask for the price of a puff bar plus. I was told “I cannot tell you the price over the phone” Not only have I never heard that before, but this is frustrating because now I have to walk through the snow to figure out if I even have enough on my card to even purchase (The bank is closed, so I cannot deposit my check) All in all I’ve had a ton of other issues here and the staff overall lacks in customer service. I would advise everyone to go to leaf tobacco on Hogan instead, I’ve had very few issues there and the few times that I did the staff corrected them- plus the guys that work at leaf are way way friendlier and truly know the definition of customer service.

I love the verity here, when all else fails me I know the all stop will have it, they even have wraps Ive never seen before. Thanks for being awesome 👌

Very upset. Called and asked what time they close and the woman said 11 pm. Pulled up at 10:50, I had raced there from Portland to make it on time and the door was locked. Why did she tell me 11 pm? I told her I was on my way. Bad service. Manager please talk to your employees about staying open the posted hours.

This is the place to go if you ever consider vaping or have any questions on the topic. The staff here are extremely knowledgeable and answered all of the questions that I had for them. Customer service was excellent. I will be coming back here for all of my vaping and smok supplies.

The employees were really nice and had a great selection. My issue is, I bought a bong for 120$ and after having it for 14 days it snapped in half. I called and because I figured I can get a replacement or store credit or anything if I brought it in to them and the lady said there is nothing they can do. She was nice but the quality of the product is not worth the money. Really disappointed as I was going to get more from them. I understand sometimes things happen and from the other reviews the product is great just not this one. I did get a torch that works really well!

If I could give this place no stars, I would. We made a purchase that wasn’t small, and got treated like we were inhuman. The customer service was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had when making any purchase. I hope this place gets better employees that actually care about their product and their customers. I use to refer people to here, but that is no longer in my agenda. My buddy had to walk out because of the lack of respect and manners.

Great selection huge selection as for the customer service and the prices outrageous! Owner will not stand by his products. The sales dude sold me a faulty vape set and when I went back I was told there was nothing they could do, that all sales were final. Wouldnt even exchange it out for another one☆☆UPDATE☆☆ Owner agreed to an exchange and ended up letting me choose any vape pen I wanted! Very cool! Thanks a lot! Changing my 1 star to a 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

ZERO stars, after admitting that they to me if my purchase didnt fit I could exchange it for one that did, I came in 2 days later to do exactly that, and they refused to do so, they are liars, take your money somewhere else, HeadEast for example.

I stopped by yesterday to look for a new bong to add to my collection for my birthday and this store has so many pieces to look at! Every employee was super friendly, helpful, and outgoing which made the experience great! When I walked in I was immediately greeted by a very outgoing and friendly employee and he showed me around which was very helpful and awesome! I looked around for a bit and kept going back to one bong and just couldnt resist. I ended up leaving with a badass specialkglass bong and I am absolutely in love with it! So again heres a big shout and THANK YOU to the guys who helped me yesterday evening. I am going to cherish this blue bong forever lol! I will definitely be back again!

I purchased a defective item from this store In the late evening, and didn’t realize it was defective until midnight when I went to use it. I called today and was told that since I didn’t return it last night (which I couldn’t do) then there was nothing they could do about it. I would give a lower rating, but I’ve never had any real issues until just now and feel it’s unfair to leave a bad review based on one negative experience. I am upset that I wasted my money on something that didn’t work, but I guess I’ll just file a dispute with my bank. In general the prices are fair and the staff is friendly in general.

Tell you what the staff here is what makes this place. They have good prices and variety but the people who work here are some of the most down to earth genuinely nice people. I dont know how many times these guys have covered me when I was a little short. They are good natured humans. Love em.!

Frustrated and deeply embarrassed. This was going to be my go-to for my regular Kratom purchases. They sell a good product at a good price, But up until today I had kept my purchases small because I was still vetting other local merchants. So today, as I am preparing to leave town for the holidays I go in to make a larger purchase to ensure I had enough to cover my entire trip. While standing at the register, with several people beside and behind me in line, I am informed that there is a $50 limit on all credit card transactions. Now, for safety and accountability reasons, I dont use my debit anywhere but the grocery store. So I cannot make a large cash transaction, and wont make exceptions. Suffice to say, I was clearly denied in front of a crowd. Now, many, many items in this store cost well over $50, so it is beyond reason that this policy should exist. Its not a corner convenience store. I left angry and humiliated.All Stop, you lost me. Couldve been a good relationship, but you had to be petty and fearful about things. Change this ridiculous policy and Ill come back. Ill forgo the apology.

They are really solid, bought a few equipments from them over the last recent seasons. Kratom offerings are among the better, good for those new to it or for unexpected shortage. Lately I’ve noted how killer the prices are! Hemp blunt wraps and the classic, Red Bull, lighter gadgets, a mini torch and I Spent way less than I was expecting to! Minus one for sometimes inconsistent service, I prefer to go off peak.

Helpful staff and reasonable prices

I love this store! They have lots of great products and excellent customer service. I had trouble with a pen that I bought, but when I took it back in, Amanda walked me through what I was doing wrong and helped me to get it working :) I happened to be in the store when an extremely rude customer was in the store and I think they dealt with her very courteously. They are very knowledgeable about their products and I would definitely recommend this place!

Friendly service with a good selection of quality vape juices. A wide range of nicotine levels, and they have some of the best prices around. As much of a selection of vape accessories as anyone would really need. Also they have various smoking products if that is something you are interested in. I would guess that that stuff is also at a great price as well. Quality, professional, and polite service in a convenient location!

This place was one of my go to tobacco spots because it is close to home. Just because a location is close doesnt mean its convenient. For six months I tried to support a store in my neighborhood and they kept coming up short. Apparently my favorite e-juice was a popular one and they couldnt keep it on the shelf. I chose a back up option, which apparently was a popular one because they never had that one on the shelf either. Hint: if a product is popular you may want to increase your order.

One of the cheapest places that Ive found so far to get tobacco and tubes to roll your own cigarettes.

Went in yesterday to buy a vape. I use nic salt devices, so I was very specific about that being the product I was looking for. Gabe was helping me. He showed me 2 different models and I chose the Smok RPM80 Pro, picked out my juice and left. First thing I noticed was that the device needed a battery which did not come included. I was a little confused but not upset, I returned to the store and bought the proper battery for it. After returning home for the second time, I let my device fully charge and sit with the juice. I took a puff off it, and it BURNT. like BURNT the heck out of my throat. After researching, the Smok RPM80 Pro is not a device compatible with nic salt juice. In fact; it can ruin the device. REMEMBER, I was very specific about the type of product I was looking for. All Stop; why are you hiring employees who don’t know anything about the products they’re selling? I have called this store over and over to speak to a manager or someone in charge, yet all I get is “They’re not here, they will call you back later today.” I was told this both yesterday and today. This chain has AWFUL customer service, and their employees are uneducated about the products they’re selling. As a customer, I want to be able to trust the employee about a product they’re selling me, especially when your stores don’t allow returns nor exchanges. This has been a nightmare and I am now at a loss of a total of $100 and a waste of time. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

This is a great shop for a variety of things smokeable. They have vape products, I really like the Hawaiian blends of vape fluid. They also have glass products, some expensive and some very affordable. If you just want to smoke on a normal cigarette, well they have that also. Stop by, theyre friendly and very helpful. Im sure they got what you need.

This place is great! A friend and I went to three different shops looking to buy our first vape mods and this place was the best! Neither of us knew a thing about what we needed but Dan helped us and hooked it up. He explained everything to us and taught us step by step. Also they have great prices! We got two mods and liquid and batteries for $200 whereas at 4 Elements they wanted to charge us $400. Definitely go to All Stop!

Shopped here for years, and always have enjoyed not only quality purchases, but also friendly staff. Honestly, the only part about the shop that I cant stand, is the entrance to the parking lot from the street. Seriously guys, level that out already lol.

The people are nice enough but they NEVER have what I want in stock no matter when I come in its always were getting a shipment tomorrow. I bought a torch lighter here about 2 weeks ago and a can of butane fuel for it about 1 week ago with no problem (Im 19). So I try to go in today to buy another lighter and they tell me I need to be 21. Theres no oregon law that prohibits sales on lighters for people under 21, so why would they not sell me a lighter? That doesnt really make sense to me.

Terrible experience here. Wasted $90 on a defective product to have no help and told some story about how the only manager was on a cruise so basically i am screwed. Caleb was far from helpful and even watched the vape leak in less than a minute of use. Do not waste your money here! Avoid buying from here like the plague because they will sell defective products and just screw you over.**Update**I returned to the store today and was pleasantly surprised when Faris was able to make it all right. Thank you for honoring your word when you said you would, I am satisfied with my experience today.

I had drivin by this place a couple dozen times and decided to stop in . I am glad that I did. They have a Huge selection of Everything you would need for any kind of smoking. Great prices and Amanda was the best at answering every question I had. Very courteous and i didnt feel like i was waisting her time. Told all my friends about them and will be returning in the future!

This place sucks, bad customer service and dont seem that the employees knows much, they charged me different prices for the same peace I bought twice there before, if its like prices are different every day, they are a rip off big time. Also to mention that the last few times I went in employees birth is too strong of weed blowing in my face! The management person dont seem to care much, I believe this place needs a new manager to keep track of his employees, then it may turn out to be a better place. Their selection of glass products is pretty good but the vape section is laughable. They have mods that are 8-10 years old and others that are so obsolete that you would be hard pressed to find coils for em now. They have some average juice along side brands Ive never even heard of and Ive been vaping for about 7 years.

Have made multiple purchases here over the years. From Hookah to Vape to cigarettes to smokeless tobacco. They have a terrific selection and the prices are always good. The employees seem to really enjoy what they do and have been very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when asking questions about things I know very little about (hookah and Vape). They have the best price in town for chew. They always have the vape juice I am looking for and an awesome selection of vape coils. My favorite vape juice was one that was recommended by one of the employees here and I have yet to find a brand that I like better. If you haven’t tried the Aqua line of vape juices I strongly suggest you give it a try. This store also has great hours and are open 7 days a week. If you are shopping elsewhere currently stop on in and see if the prices are better than what you are currently paying.
