My ice cream was $8 at 60 cents an ounce. The edible cookie dough is so tasty 😋 but so heavy. I have been here a few times and the first time I went the cake batter flavor was good. This time I went and pineapple was okay but too sweet. Also, coconut vegan ice cream was gross but was refunded. Come taste for yourself.

Love this place ❤. It is relatively healthy - no sugar added, non-fat, and dairy free options. Has my family covered for those of us with dietary needs and for those who dont. Good selection of toppings.

Great indoor seating and an awesome way to escape the heat. Went here on a 104 degree day and it was blissfully cool inside with a great atmosphere.

Neat little shop with lots of toppings. The yogurt selection was about normal. Price was decent staff was friendly. I noticed only one staff on schedule. Counters were not real clean . I ended up with an upset stomach after trying this place.

Great frozen yogurt and the cherry on top is the excellent customer service. Especially with so many COVID restrictions in place, its great to see them comply (keeping employees and customers safe) without the customer experience suffering. I highly recommend the delicious peanut butter frozen treat!

Bomb azz froyo.

Just got food poisoning from this location. I use to go here all the time and this was the first time i took my daughter. The woman was rude and when i went back in the get a refund the woman said well just throw it away or pick something else. Seriously? Why would i want anything else other then my money back 😂 ordered food up the street for dinner i cant even eat now because ive got food poisoning from the peanut butter sour yogert she served me. I will not be gkimg back to this location again. I should have walked out when the customers beforee came back in to complain about a dead animal im the outside seating area. 🤦

We love going to Frenzi and we have spent a significant amount of money buying yogurt for our family over the years.The reason I’m giving it a lower score is because the owner refused to give a cup to my wife for water for our puppy. We were at the Gresham Art Festival and we forgot our expandable cup that we usually use. Fortunately, the first vendor we came to gave us a cup and wouldn’t even let us pay for it. That is how you run a business. 👍

Up until now I was very against frozen yogurt as it is a nothing like ice cream but this place impressed the heck out of me. I was completely unwilling to go but my ten-year-old daughter drug me in anyways and Im certainly glad she did.

Delicious! You get to choose what you want, how much, and they have a wide variety of toppings you can add. Everything is paid by weight. Their Caramel Corn ice-cream is to die for! Highly recommend trying it. They even have a milkshake machine that you can create your own concoction with. Nice outdoor seating area as well. Great dessert even during covid...

I love the ice cream at Frenzi it’s always been a favorite of mine but today when I went in to get some ice cream the cashier was on her personal phone talking about something that wasn’t work related the entire time, and didn’t pay attention to the fact that I was ready to pay and when I did pay she didn’t give me the correct change back due to her being distracted. I’m still going to come to frenzi because the ice cream is fantastic but please make sure your employees are doing their job.

This is my familys favorite go-to frozen yogurt in the area. They have the best flavor options, plus dairy-free alternative options (coconut milk and almond milk ice creams), and a great selection on toppings. Staff is nice and we like that you can eat indoors or on a patio. The indoor seating is also very kid friendly with toddler/preschool aged tables and chairs.

Peach yogurt bears no resemblance to peach. Strawberry yogurt weak on flavor. Almond yogurt was not much flavor at all. Are some and put the other half in the trash.

I love walking here on a hot summer day after playing in the splash pad with the kids. But you have to watch your kids closely, or they will get waaaay too much stuff! I have 2 kids so its kind of hard to regulate what they get at the same time, but I try my hardest. Anyway, their frozen yogurt is very good, and they have a wide variety of toppings. I love their cheesecake bites :)

One of my familys favorite places for dessert. My wife loves it because it isnt heavy and she likes healthier eating. The kids like it because there are good toppings to choose from. Good friendly staff and good flavor choices.

Was shocked to pay close to $22 for one large and one small container plus a few containers of toppings 😯!!! In the past it would have been $12 total--- not sure why such an increase in cost and unfortunately theyve lost our longtime business 😞.

My kids love this place cause they can go in, get crazy with their dessert toppings, and the staff is always friendly. They also have some good healthy options. I like the almond milk fro yo(sold separately in the side freezer). Its a perfect late night snack!

Love the food

Frenzi frozen yogurt is bright and clean and has a very friendly staff. Most importantly however, they always seem to have Cake Batter--the best flavor EVER! :) Also, Ive eaten frozen yogurt from a lot of places, and their prices are WAY better than most other shops. Some charge ridiculous prices per ounce, but Frenzis prices are extremely fair! I highly recommend you try this shop!

Favorite fro-yo spot!! Its in a great location. I usually get dinner from one of the many eating establishments within walking distance and finish off with dessert here!

My family has always loved this but Ive never been a fan of frozen yogurt. Luckily for me they started keeping one to two sorbets available. I am now a happy customer.

The frozen yogurt texture was very loose, like ice milk and had very little flavor. I was very unimpressed. The only positive was that the employee was friendly and helpful.

Every time I have gone to frenzi was with someone that made the experience positive. I like the variety of flavors and they have a good selection of different toppings. It is usually reasonably quiet as well.

Great little gem in old Gresham downtown. my 3yo loves it and its pretty hard to messed up DIY frozen yogurt. staff is polite and curious.

This is the worst place Ive ever been lmao. A sign said self-serve, so apparently that means not only do you pour it yourself, but you ring it up yourself too. There was no cashier on duty at all. I waited and wandered for about 5 minutes before giving up. Never go here. Ever.
