Oh goodness This company is the BEST! I have known and been helped by Larry for the last 15 years and Ken almost as long. These guys know their products and also our ears. Cannot say enough good things about them!!They guarantee their product but mostly they care about YOU.

I have had a very good experience using Best Care Hearing. I got my hearing aids through zip hearing and they referred me to them. I have worn hearing aids for 22 years, and Larry Trueblood is the best audiologist Ive ever had. He is passionate and knowledgeable about what he does and really cares about how I am experiencing the sound and comfort of the hearing aids. I have always felt welcome, comfortable, and safe there and found out more about my hearing, ear drum health, and hearing aids in such a short amount of time thanks to Larrys attentiveness to detail and thoroughness!

They sold my father in law a pair of hearing aids that were not meant for his hearing tone. He had trouble with them for more then two years... multiple appointments to get them tuned over and over again. At his last appointment they told him these hearing aids wouldnt work for his hearing loss. He was completely taking advantage of given his age, he wasted $3500, which is alot of money for someone on a fixed income. And then they told him he wanted them even though they told him they wouldnt work for him. WHO THE HELL BUYS SOMETHING THAT WOULDNT WORK FOR THEM. AND WHY WOULD YOU SELL SOMEONE SOMETHING THAT WOULDNT WORK FOR THEM? Shame on them. I hope no one else gets taking advantage of by this place.

Larry explained the entire process to me, showed me my hearing loss., and how to correct it. He is honest, and saved me lots of $$. I will recommend this place to my friends.
