My bf needed to rent a scooter while we were in Happy Valley OR. We had such great service! Tom delivered it to his daughters home, showed us how to take it down for loading into her car, and gave us great advice! What a lifesaver it was....we were able to see many sites he otherwise wouldnt have been able to see. Many thanks!!

For a rental, I was floored by the kindness and support from the staff at Mccanns Medical. I chatted with a very helpful team member who worked with me on a special need, she heard me out, and came up with a solution to address my issue. Their support dramatically improved my quality of life while I began my recovery. I hope to never need to work with Mccanns Medical again - but if I do, or anyone I care about does: I really look forward to having this kind of business be part of how we heal comfortably.

We visited Mc Canns Medical in Gresham yesterday. I was experiencing some swelling in my ankles due to edema. My doctor recommended compression stockings. I needed to get the correct size and style so I asked associate, Brian, to help me, he was very patient and knowledgeable about the product. I purchased the stockings and am wearing them today. My ankles feel much better. Thank You.

Couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful at closing time on a Saturday. They have a huge selection and gave me plenty of options to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Will definitely be back!

Amazing customer service. My spouse had a double knee replacement and we quickly realized we needed a medical recliner chair. I called the Gresham store and Tom walked me through the process and then delivered the chair the same day, on his way home from work! In This day and age, caring customer service like that is hard to come by. The monthly rental rate is very reasonable too. I rented a hospital bed six years ago and also had a good experience. What a great business!

During this pandemic we were in need of a hospital. We’ve never rented one before. Had tried a couple other places. McCann’s made this process very easy. They were courteous, caring and patient. When we had questions they resolved everything promptly. They brought it in, set it up and were gone in no time. Same when we no longer needed the bed. For us they were a god send in a very trying time for our family. Would highly recommend them. I never write reviews but I thought it was important because of the service and the caring we received from this company during our trying time for our family.

I returned my mom’s rental wheelchair because she’s dying and can no longer use it. I am tired and sad, and a little out of sorts with everything going on. I was returning it and thought it was under her name, but it turned out it was under mine. The staff was short with me, frustrated with me. I know they didn’t mean to. They don’t know what’s going on with me, they’re not psychic, but they could have been kinder. I left nearly in tears.Do better. Be kind. You never know what someone is going through.

Great selection on scrubs. The store has so much more than listed on the website. If they dont have what your looking for, they will order it, if possible. Friendly knowledgeable staff always eager to help. Store is clean and organized. Big open showroom with lift chairs, scooters,walkers, and more. Great sense of humor and very compassionate people. Highly recommended by many.

I rented a power recliner for a medical procedure and the acquisition and rental period was fine. The recliner foot has had some issues and there was a massive clicking every time I came out of a recline position, but it did the job. As my pre-paid month was coming to a close, I called to schedule my pickup and received no returned call. I called a second time after my rental period was over to schedule my pickup and received no return call. I figured it was related to covid and waited. I have been annoyed but understanding to have a giant recliner in my bedroom. Its now been two months of having this recliner, and I received a call to arrange a payment for a second month. I explained that Id called to try to schedule a pickup twice now and the girl that answered the phone said I still had to pay for the second month but got her manager. Her manager got on the phone and immediately said that they check their messages daily and that I had not called, and that I still owed them for a second month. I didnt pay and was treated as if I was taking something from them - absolutely crazy. Im not sure that there are other options in down for power recliners but if there are Id use them in the future - the product was very low end (but served the needed purpose). The front desk service is ridiculous, and has been every time Ive needed to call. I will say I was a bit nervous about the delivery process and the guy who delivered was quick, friendly and careful. Now I keep my fingers crossed that he wear protective equipment when in my house, they seemed confused that Id ask that they accommodate social distancing at pick-up - very strange for a medical supply company.

Circumstances required the need to rent some medical equipment and I found the staff helpful but surprisingly not very respectful of their clients! Masks were not being worn and I found this inexcusable behavior when you consider their clients.

Amazing, helpful and caring staff! I spent quite a lot of time yesterday talking with the gal that helped me. I’m sorry to say, her name escapes me! My father has dementia and recently took a nasty fall. He has very limited mobility. My mother and I recently brought him home after a month in a rehab facility. I was introduced to several items (and ideas) to help care for him at home, things that I had no idea existed! If you or somebody you love struggles with mobility or a medical condition, stop in here. Chances are, there is something out there that can help.

Wonderful company to work with.

A good place to go if you need on the fly medical supplies like, slings or bandages. But the few times Ive been there the employees arent engaging and you need to ask for help, this should change.

We went in to check on price of a new scooter at the Gresham store and to rent a scooter for a week. Mccanns beat the price of the other scooter stores by about $400. Then when I went to pay for the rental they said no charge because I was buying a scooter. That sold me on this company. They also have the best prices on accessories for my scooter. I bought the new Buzzaround LX model. To let you know how impressed I was I am buying another one next month. Thank you Mccanns. (Also great people working there)

We ordered a hospital bed due to post op complications. Ordered online Saturday night, delivery said it would take 2 days. They had it set up in our house on Monday. Very professional, great service. Highly recommend them! Thank you for the quick service. Thanks Tom for the set up and pickup.

My crutches needed to be repaired. I called to see if they had the part before I went. I walked in; i walked out fixed. With the friendliest people ever. I was really impressed. I had been in the store before but never needed that section so I hadnt paid attention

My sister and I visited the Gresham store to order a chair and a wheelchair and a hospital bed for our mother. The service was wonderful and the man who came to the facility where our mother lives was so helpful and patient when he set up the bed and explained to us how it operated and he went out of his way. His name is Tom.Also, I was so impressed with the lift chairs that Im thinking about ordering one for myself as well.

I ordered Nova cane tips (they are the best for durability)McCanns customer service is exceptional. Jennifer helped me change the order via email to take advantage of free shipping. She was responding immediately.I did get more tips than I needed since free shipping starts at $50.The cane tips arrived and Im very happy to now have a lifetime supply. One little thing Id suggest is to reduce the minimum shipping cost for small items.

I called to set up a bed delivery for my nieghbor who was coming home from hospital. It was very late on a Friday and he was on Medicare which makes it difficult to get a bed, in contrast to other home medical devices. Doug at the Gresham store was very informative and courteous and it seemed the pricing was very fair. Given the circumstances he set up a tentative delivery for Saturday when they dont usually do delivery. I really appreciated that he went out of the way to set that up. Oddly enough the hospital delivered a bed late Friday night and I ended up cancelling the delivery on Saturday morning which may have been a terrible inconvenience for them. I will definitely call them again if the need arises.

I called McCanns 4 times over a 10 day period in hopes of acquiring a tab alarm for my mother because she had taken a bad fall out of her wheelchair. Each time I was told they were out of them, but they would have them soon and they would call me back with the arrival day and time. I didnt receive ANY calls back. Just FYI: tab alarms are available on Amazon.

We received great customer care and the people here are very friendly and knowledgeable with a huge inventory of medical supplies and Mobility units they have a large parking lot and of open Glass daylight showroom and if they dont have what you need in stock they will order it and have it for you quickly
