I am always quickly greeted by one of the employees or managers, they are extremely helpful in trying to find something, super knowledgeable about their products and do their best to give a great price on their items. They are also very fair with me when I needed to sell or pawn as well. Truly customer oriented.

Great experience everytime I go in there!Two times I have called and asked them to hold things for me until I get there and they have kept their word both times, most businesses these days would sell it to the next person that walks through the door just to make a buck instead of keeping their word with a customer and keep them coming back.

Make sure you count your money and double check on prices, They will try to test your intelligence.

Very clean and beautiful store with exceptional customer service. Took out a loan on my ring and received more then what everyone else offered. Also, noticed they have very customer friendly layaway program. Definitely will be back!

This is by far the cleanest pawn shop I have ever been in! The employees are always nice, are fun to talk to, and know their stuff! I have found everything I needed at this store..... I will always shop here now and cant to see how the other Pawn Depot stores, I bet that they are the same way!!!

Great staff. Very helpful and was in and out in minutes.

I went to buy a red box sig and saw a polymer 80 glock that I was going to buy as well. I went to pick put my sig and the old guy sold the gun out from under me in less than 10 seconds. He then proceeded to complain about me not wanting it until the other guy swooped in IN FRONT OF ME. Go to Bjs down the road instead. They have been around longer and at least treat customers with respect.

These businesses does bad business, not trustworthy and will try to scam you.

I normally dont give a five star review to any place I go but I must say that as soon as I walked into the door I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile by a beautiful young lady who immediately asked me if I needed any help. I told her this was my first time ever In the store and was told too take my time and if I needed anything to just ask. I also met the manager of the store because I wanted to let him know how amazed I was at the looks of the inside. This place is so well organized and it reminds me of almost shopping in a department store rather then a pawn shop and I will say this that between the friendliness and just the atmosphere in this pawn shop I will definitely be back to do Bussiness without any second guessing. Im a businessman myself and have been for 21yrs and I got to give credit where credit is do. I dont know the owner of the store but I take my hate off to you because you have what appears to be the A TEAM working for you so congratulations on your opening and Ill definitely be back wether its for myself or bringing someone else in who doesnt know or hasnt heard about you.
