This is my biggest problems you know during the pandemic people still have to use the bathroom you should at least be able to have a clean restroom why yall have put them things on the restroom to keep people from going in and your guest beds is mine yall should be fully staffed for all that and please do not see no comments that you dont mean cuz sometimes to please be closing the middle of the night Im just keeping honest with you and Im not going to sit there and lie to you

Door. prices on fuel. Main flaw is limitation to a $50 purchase which is not enough when you have an RVs 80 fallon rank.

The 2 young ladies behind the counter seemed to be inconvenienced to turn around and get some cigarets and when they got the wrong cigarets and I corrected them they rolled their eyes and then when they got me the wrong amount they then again rolled their eyes the staff here Is usually amazingly friendly and on point But not today. Also the amount of beggars in the parking lot that are screaming at you to get your attention for money is ridiculous. It has been like this for a while and no one seems to be doing anything about it.

They say the store is open 24hrs but its not. they close the store for stocking anywhere from 11:00pm to 03:00am. Thats a long time for a gas station to close just to restock a few shelves. Shame on them

When it was my turn at the register the cashier never said anything. I walked up she never told me what my total was. While I’m keying in my pin on the keypad she was walking off. Just nasty for no reason like waiting on me was a big inconvenience to her! You would think after everything we’ve been through in the last two months that people wouldn’t act like this. Lose the attitude lady customers pay your damm salary. If I could give my interaction with her less than one star I would!!!

The young man who makes the sandwiches is an asset to this newly renovated store. The breakfast sandwiches really hit the spot. They are delicious! The staff is ALWAYS helpful, friendly, and they are always smiling. They have the good ice too! I LOVE this store! Thank you for all you do and keep up the good work.

Always have everything I need. This morning I went to grab a fountain drink and they gave me a free one for being a construction worker. Thank you racetrack.

The manager Miss E was awesome! I really appreciated the great customer service. Its rare you find managers who actually put the customer first. Overall the store was clean and the people were nice. And at 12 am? That says alot! Thanks again

Clean lots of prepared food options a great coffee bar and fountain drink selection fresh fruit...even a frozen yogurt bar with toppings! The best local gas station!

Down hill.....Before remodel always had beer on ice.Now no ice and bathrooms constantly shut down.

#1 customer service issue.... always a line... 5 employees working only 1 oin a register.... is easy to get customer.... but hard to keep them coming back

Was told pizza station close at 8 or 8:30 never was told this before by many other Race Trac. It only takes a few minutes and since station is 24 hours i dont understand why it wouldnt sell them all the time.

The ice and everyone is so nice I am there everyday I stop there every morning before I go to work and sometimes when I am off I love the small ice,,,

Cheapest fuel in the area (.15 lower than others right down the street.) Cleanest we found as well.

This store has gone from being a great well kept and well stocked store to a horrible disaster. Since this store was taken over by this new manager they never have anything you are looking for. They are always out of cups or out of french vanilla or out sugar, cream ect. The coffee machines are dirty full of dust and goock, not to mention the floor look like they are never cleaned. Every morning we stop to get coffee and gas up but lately we have stopped going there and traveling farther to the Wall blvd. store for a simple cup of coffee. I wish this reviews are seen by upper management and something can be done. Signed a concerned customer.
