I go to get my ring cleaned and inspected twice a year. The people here are nice.

To be honest I liked the service they gave me today they were very friendly and apart from that they are almost always very helpful

The moment I walked into this location I was greeted by a friendly woman. It felt as they were waiting for me to enter. I came in for my wedding ring to be resized. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Everything was very quick and done before it was promised. I recommend this location to anyone looking for a reputable, kind, friendly and knowledgeable place for all jewelry needs. Plus the jewelry is well worth the cost. Kay will take care of you!

Highly impressed with the workmanship of Kay Jewelers, brought my wedding ring and promise ring in for resizing and repair. They were ready a week early, superfast and professional. The sales girl Ariel was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend for any work on precious jewelry.

The service is the worst of the worst. Waited to long!!!!! I liked that they carried the necklace & matching bracelet that i had BEEN LOOKING FOR. So, i bought them but i was told that it had to be ordered. I purchased them and. I was told they Will call me when it gets into the store. The order got to the store & soon after i did too. Look at it and it was NOT the set the sales person showed me. The MANAGER said she could Not sale the one THAT WAS showed by the sales person. Yes, $21 more. WILL NOT MATCH THE PRICE I WAS TOLD AND SOLD. OH, another dislike showed & sold wrong merchandise & did NOT care when i return it. Not a true saleman because if something. Was already sold why not do a little adjustments ($21). We also need customer service, BAD!!!!! Where i am at CUSTOMERS FIRST!!!!!

HORRIBLE.... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! WAITED WEEKS TO GET THE RIGHT SIZE RING ...CANCELING MY ACCNT. WILL NEVER GO BACK....THEY CANT GET ORDERS ON TIME...AND I EVERY I GO BCK THEY DONT HAVE THE RING
