Left work early to get there before they left for lunch. Got there and only counter person was assisting customer, so I waited. This encounter lasted over 30-40 minutes before it was completed. I then went to counter to buy fence posts but was told that I couldnt get them because they were going to lunch. I waited in showroom over 40 plus minutes then wanted to purchase product from you, and nobody at your store could just give me the fence posts to put in my car. I will never again come to this company, extremely poor customer service. Horrible way to do business when a customer waits for service then basically gets told you cant get service cause we have to go eat lunch. Would have taken somebody approximately 30 seconds to grab fence posts but I guess thats too much to ask for.

They were here every day at 8am. They did everything they said they would do every day. They were the best guys and did an awesome job. Would definitely use Westside Fence Company again.

Took a little longer than I would have liked but now that its done, I love it. The cedar fence makes the whole yard smell good. The owner Tim is very nice and the installers were very nice too. It was worth it to me just to have someone who would stand behind there work. I hope my fence buying days are over but I would call them again if I needed one

I called this place because I needed my fence repaired and theyre local. A guy came out to do estimate and measurements. We were talking about the work and he was telling me he used to live in Chalmette and move to Mississippi. Somehow he got on illegals and all kinds of people that now live in Chalmette and I just stared at him. Before he was done I already knew I didnt want to have any work done by him or this company. I had also asked do they do deck work because I wanted to enclose mine. He just straight said no. You do wooden picket fences and dont do wooden decks? He never called or emailed me the estimate, which didnt matter anyway.

If youre building a fence do not go to Home Depot these guys have better prices knowledgeable staff and everything you could possibly need to build any fence
