I took my dad here for his hearing test and hearing aids. The whole experience has been great! We were seen at our appointment times and everyone was patient and friendly. We are very grateful!

Great experience getting hearing aids that are customized to my hearing loss that are comfortable and work as expected. Great support team helping me learn about the process.

First time getting hear aids. Explanation of test results that I could understand was fantastic. Didnt realize how much sounds I was missing. I recommend this place highly.

Upon checking in I had paper work to fill out. Taken into an office I was clearly explained how the test was to take place and in doing so I was placed into a sound proof booth - the test took place was about some 5 to 10 minutes. Upon completion we went into another room for the results at which I was told I had a problem. Different type of earing aids were discussed - I selected the one I wanted and purchased - will receive the hearing aids in two weeks.I am indeed very please the way the entire visit went down and will recommend to friends in need of their services.

Hi it’s Dave Fruge’. Was forced to use a slightly altered name. As always an Amazing experience! While visiting a friend in Gretna, my left 1 got stopped up where no sound and I called the location here and asked if they could clean it. The receptionist, I didn’t get her name but she was amazing & a sweetheart, said, Let me check the schedule...Lokesha’s here today. Can you come now? There were 2 ahead of me which were fully taken care of thoroughly but quickly, and what seemed like a moment after Lokesha took them from me, she came back with the right clean but advised me something was wrong with the speaker, & said the black needed factory repair and overnighted it. These people at all locations are THE Best & Friendliest in all of Audiologists/hearing aids!
