Our units have not been working properly since Ida. Bryan United was perfect. Technician was knowledgeable and did a thorough examination of the units. He arrived on time and I paid exactly what was quoted.

Josh and his installation team were outstanding. We were in need of replacing our air handler. I received quotes from several local companies. Josh was very professional upon his visit, clearly laid out the options and costs for replacement. Bryans was the best price we received from the different quotes for the replacement. As soon as we accepted the agreement, Josh was able to get us on the schedule within two days. The installation team was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner - cleaning up after they completed the installation. Were thoroughly enjoying the new comfortable A/C!

Service tech did a great job but I do not know why the thermostat went bad because this was only about a year brand new system. Customers Service sent someone out the same day. All done i am happy with this company.

Bryans United installed my new system 4 years ago and the big capacitor in the compressor failed last weekend. The technician replaced it today (Monday) and added a little Freon after checking pressures. The system had a 5 year parts and labor warranty so I just had to pay a $49 co-pay for service today. I’m happy to have my cooling restored quickly and also that it didn’t cost anywhere near as much as I had feared.

Changed out my leaky coil. The tech found it to be under a manufacturers warranty which was not known to us. Honest, professional, and customer oriented. Great communication also. Highly recommend.

When I called with my issues, they got me in within a few days. They showed up on time and was very professional. When I answered the door, I wore and mask and he asked me if I wanted him to wear a mask as well. He was fast, efficient, and fixed all my issues! We were very happy with this company!

We are huge fans of Bryans air-conditioning. They did an install on our home and figured out how to get the hotspots in our home cooled down. I have an aging HVAC system and it was acting up - I had fully prepared myself for a recommendation of a full system replacement, and the costs associated with that. The service technician could have easily taken my preconceived notions into account and made a sale. However, he took a close look at the system, quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it quickly for a very reasonable cost. I went from that feeling of impending doom to being very happy that I didnt have to spend that money! A house my father-in-law owns is being updated. The ac system was over 25 years old and the entire system needed to be replaced. I called Bryans and Josh Foret their Comfort Consultant came out. He made an appointment with me, was on time. Upon arrival he inspected all parts of the old system, including the attic and promised a proposal. He came back with the proposal in several days (we were in no hurry). He brought the proposal out to me with sketches and walked me through what needed to be done. Everything needed to be replaced. Unit, thermostats, heater, duct work - the entire thing. He gave us several days to discuss it. And he thoroughly answered all the questions I had.We decided to go with Josh Foret and Bryans United. Booked the appointment. They came out as scheduled, ripped out the old unit and duct work. Disposed of all the old equipment and trash. The new system was ready to go in two days.I was very pleased with Josh and Bryans! I would recommend them for all jobs, big and small. A happy customer again!

I can’t be more pleased with Byrons United.We purchased a 2 1/2 ton unit in Nov last year which was running fine until this summer and the temperature started to raise. The unit couldn’t keep up with the heat. After a review with of circumstances they exchanged it for 3 ton unit at no cost. They really came through and stood behind their word. I would highly recommend them anytime.

Im grateful to Bryant for being prompt, professional, educational and non-judgmental. It has been a struggle to find techs that are flaky, disdainful and condescending. And dont get me started on cost! But for 3 years theyve consistently helped me out and chilled my kitchen all while being decent people. Will call again.

I feel the need to update my review. After my post I was contacted by Bryan’s who apologized for the service and immediately refunded the charges. I know mistakes happen and am pleased with their response. I should have done this update earlier but I don’t have a 12 year old around anymore to show me how to do these reviews.

I highly recommend Bryan’s United. They installed a new air handler, heater kit, thermostat, and serviced the rest of the HVAC system. The staff were knowledgeable, courteous, and on-time.

Scheduling of my service appointment took 2 calls and 2 weeks before a tech was finally able to visit my house.Despite having previously serviced my generac generator (I got their name from the sticker that they left on the unit in a prior visit), they informed me that they were no longer qualified to service.Still charged me for the service call.

My technician was very informative and very professional with the maintenance. I bought my complete A/C system from them a few years ago. Service is always great. Would always recommend them.

This company is simply wonders! Everyone that we’ve had contact with from the dispatchers to the techs to the sales dept have been extremely knowledgeable,courteous and professional! Technician Rahim did a wonderful job of trying to keep our system working and when it wasn’t possible, made sure we were immediately called the office to get us a sales rep appointment the next morning. Josh, from sales was just a superstar! He explained options, did a fill assessment of what was a good and as well as a better option for our needs and answered ALL the questions and concerns we had! Bryant United is a terrific company!

I made an appointment with this company two weeks in advance and the day of the appointment they called twice to say they were running behind but assured they would still be out. When it came time for them to come to my home after waiting on them for over 8 hours they said there would be an after hour fee. This was a scheduled appointment in which they assured they would be out for, then at the last minute, changed the fee for the service visit. This is completely unacceptable and a reputable company would not do this to their customers.

Great experience with Bryan’s United! Techs showed up early on the day of the appointment due to a prior cancellation. Within a couple of hours, they had diagnosed the problem and installed a separate wire for a power source that fixed our broken Google Nest. So happy to have heat and air conditioning again! BTW, there are only a few repair shops that work on Google Nests in the greater New Orleans area, and I recommend them highly for such services.

I had 2 different techs show up back to back days. Both were punctual, professional and very sense to the issue we were facing. They didn’t just try to sell up a new unit. They explained all our options and what they looked like. I am can’t say enough good things about Bryan’s United.

Our technician, Kenny, came to our house to repair an electric water heater the same day we called for service. He identified that the problem was with a blown fuse, and even identified the cause. He tested the water heater to make sure it was fully functional. Even though we have to bring out an electrician to fix the problem, we have a month to call Bryans back out if there is still a problem. We were only charged the diagnostic fee that we were quoted over the phone when we made the initial call. I am very impressed with the service, and we will definitely use Bryans again for anything in the scope of their services. Thank you Bryans and Kenny!

Excellent service!

I called Bryan’s on yesterday and was added to the list for the same day. My technician was excellent. We had another guy come in from another company three days before and after supposedly fixing the problem and coming out again, we were still having the same issue three days later. The Bryan’s tech figured out the issue in about two minutes. He was very through. Our unit was calling off in no time! We finally had a good night’s sleep after about four nights!!! They were reasonable too! Thanks Bryan’s!

My heat went out and I was freezing! Bryan Air was able to get someone out the next day, late on Saturday. The service was prompt, professional and they got my heat back on. Very pleased and I will continue to use them in the future.
