I came in for repair to a frame I received damaged from another company. Classic Frame & Mat provided quality work and excellent customer service. They repaired the frame in less than a week and I feel confident I will return for future work.

I ordered a print on-line from a third party with the intention of getting it framed for my wife’s birthday. The on-line company screwed up and mailed me the print the day before her birthday. I told told my wife there would be a delay with her gift. Today I went to Classic Frame with the intention of dropping it off and waiting a few days. After I picked the frame and mat - Tony said, “it’s probably going to be a week” I told him that works for me. He inquired if it was a gift and I said it was for my wife Birthday. He asked when that was and I said, “today”. He literally stopped what he was doing, went in the back - pulled the framing material - cut the mat and before I knew it he asked “can you wait 10 more minutes”. I sat down and 5 minutes later they had the print framed and wrapped. I was absolutely shocked. Talk about amazing customer service! I never thought for a second that I would be able to get it done in a day. I never even ask if he could expedite it - he just did it.Go to this company for all your framing needs. Don’t worry about price shopping - just go and be impressed with the care, craft, and price. He also has a little gallery of prints, sports memorabilia, photos, maps, and vintage clippings that are already professionally matted and framed - many are less than $100 and could make a great gift. With the holidays around the corner - you need to add this place to your list of stores to visit and possibly shop at. It’s great to do business with someone who cares equally about their customer(s) and their craft. Well done Tony - I will go out of my way to refer people to you.

I have been here many times, and have seen a lot of the incredible work that this frame shop puts out. They can frame anything, and they do it with consideration and thought because they know that youre giving them something that means a lot to you personally to preserve for the family. Tony is an expert craftsman, and his wife Paula is very talented as well, shes not scared to get her hands into the tools of the trade. Theyre great people, and are a local business that I hope stays around for a long time.
