I didnt officially bring my TV in, but I called with an issue and Colleen gave me honest feedback, didnt try to Duke me for money, and recommended to me to purchase a new TV. I appreciate good honest customer service. If I ever had any issues in the future, I would use them just because of this experience!

Due to covid I could only get in touch with them through my warranty from geek squad. Of course uve dealt with so many geniuses before that I was somewhat skeptical of these guys. But t my surprise. Beyond friendly, answered my emails, and very personable. Once he was at our house to fix the TV...he was friendly, funny, and practiced all covid 19 safety guidelines. Fixed our TV, made sure everything was connected back accordingly, and made sure picture and sound worked like it did before.A+ service

Hired this company to fix my 70 inch tv. Tech, who is the owner, came and charged $109 to see the issue. The policy is that if I repair the tv the $109 is taken off total repair. All good here.When the part came and repair schedule made, the tech asked if my husband was home to help him with the tv. I explained that he was working and he said he needed help with tv to find a neighbor or if I could help? I was blown away by this, its like hiring someone to cut your grass and the person asks you for the lawn mower. Who is hiring who?To make a long story short he wouldn’t come past 5pm, after he had originally agreed. because he doesn’t work past 5pm and because I couldn’t find someone to help him with the tv, I cancelled the repair and purchased a new one.If you hire this company be sure to have someone home to help him with the tv. Go figure

Mr. Sunseri was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He didnt mind teaching me a few things and allowed me to watch as he diagnosed. Very reasonable prices for a house call to Metairie. I have a 65 Sharp TV. Angela in the office was friendly and responsive as well.
